It started with just browsing and then it turned into getting something to fix to entrusting him with a special family piece to repair and then finally to purchasing Carson's own unique creations. There is such care and craftsmanship that he pours into everything he touches; I fully trust him and appreciate his honesty and being open if something may not work or look right. I discovered him first in East Boston and then continue to follow him to his new location in south Boston because he iS worth it! Always an enjoyable experience learning and chatting with Carson - highly recommend his services and creations!!

I found this jeweler because I am very cautious to avoid going into places due to covid. Carson was so accommodating and very communicative every step of the way. He allowed me to drop off bracelets that needed fixing and he carefully went through what I wanted and was very honest about everything (or whether one piece was worth fixing). The work was done beautifully and I am so happy with the work he did. I will definitely return!

Carson has been taking care of our wedding rings for about three years now. The first time I took them in, I asked if he could do a full clean and inspection on my band and engagement ring, and after finding some loose stones and a pretty severe crack in the band of my engagement ring, found a cost-effective and expedient way to repair it. After getting my ring back, I knew I'd go to him again for the custom design of the second wedding band my husband wanted to get me for our anniversary. When we showed Carson the pictures of what we had in mind, he did some out loud thinking about how he could make a band that would last; the design involved a very, very delicate band embedded with small diamonds, and his concern was the band would wear over time, reducing the integrity of the ring. The band he crafted is immaculate--it's exactly what we had in mind. Carson's ability to make our design a reality is testament to his skill and resourcefulness in his craft. I can't say enough about Carson's ability, but I'd be remiss to not mention his care and patience. He really cares about his customers and wants them to have jewelry that represents something more than it is. He's a great guy and a top-notch jeweler. Check him out.

Best place to go for watch repairs and battery replacement! I had a different Eastie Jeweler break my watch and tell me to go somewhere else. Inner Harbor Jewelers took the time to figure out what went wrong and fixed what they could on my watch. Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the only place in Eastie that knows what they are doing!

Exceptional! Extremely pleased. I brought a Tiffany setting diamond ring that I chipped somehow, to have Carson convert it to a bezel setting and chain that I could wear without more damage to it. I'm hard on rings! He did a fantastic job and accounted for the Tiffany ring setting when he made the bezel. i have a watch that i will be bringing back to him to shorten the band. So pleased. Exceptional customer service.
