Mr. Khan is a jeweler of the highest caliber and utmost professionalism. He resized my ring on a same-day turnaround when every other jeweler in Boston said it would take weeks because of the holidays. He insisted that I look at the identifying number on my diamond both before and after even when I said I trusted him -- which he did not need to do!! His price was entirely reasonable and he even ensured the security of the prongs for free. Moreover, the business is run by a family, all of whom are wonderful people with excellent client relations skills. This shop will be getting all of my business as long as I live in Boston.

I appreciated the care he had for his work and for us as customers - walking me through several scenarios and price points to make sure I could deliver the ring my (now) fiancée wanted. Since there are many factors that make up the price of a ring, you can find the area you are willing to compromise on a stone (size, clarity, color) to find the best ring for your budget. Once I found the one I wanted online, I called him and he reserved the ring until I could come meet him the next week. I came in, picked a setting and bought the ring in under 20 minutes. No hassle, no negotiating back and forth, his prices are clearly stated on the website and I got the ring of her dreams. It’s been 1 month since she said yes and we have had no less than 10 strangers complement her on the ring, and that’s all that I know of. Very pleased with my custom ring. Great selection of loose stones to choose from. I’ve ordered custom pieces from other jewelers before and didn’t get the detailed rendering which Khan provided and made the process easier. Was able to request changes to the ring before it was fabricated. Very easy process.
