I couldn’t be happier right now. Best Customer service I have experienced in years. For my first Mother’s Day (13yrs ago) I received a beautiful pair of earrings which I lost. I’ve been searching for the exact same pair for 5 years. I came across Freeman Jewelers and there they were! I purchased them. A day later Josh from FJ contacted me, apologetic that my earrings would be delayed by over a month. He offered a similar pair and stated when mine arrive I could exchange them. It was really nice gesture but, I told him I’d wait. So nice of him. Each time I contacted him he responded right away. Then he let me know they were shipped. I purchased a diamond ring from Freedman Jewelers recently. First the ring is lovely and reasonably priced. More importantly the service that Josh Freedman provided was exemplary. Tracking showed that the ring was delivered however it was not in our box. It was a couple of weeks before I noticed and got in touch with Josh. This was a new experience for both of us but Josh persisted and was supportive through the process. The insurer was incredibly slow but Josh was willing to send a replacement anyway.

Coming in to the experience, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Josh was very helpful and patient with explaining everything. Josh was also really prompt with all his communications and when my timeline changed he was on top of it. He managed to design and complete the ring way faster than I envisioned.
