Went through the drive thru today and the person taking my order immediately asked me how I was doing today, and we had a lovely short convo. When I pulled forward to pay and get my sandwich I swear I was only there for like 30 seconds. They made my sandwich extremely fast AND it was delicious. Mostly I’m just satisfied with my order taker Jamie :) he was incredibly kind and fun, give him a raise maybe!

I ordered food for delivery and they only had 2 people working so they called me and asked me if I could pick it up instead, which I did. This particular location has been struggling with staffing issues since Covid.

I've been to this Jimmy John's a few times. They're always fast. Good service, and freindly. Can't complain. 5 stars. It's a chain sandwich shop. It is 5 stars for what it is. Don't expect the food to be as good as a expensive steak house or something.

Even though it was 8:52- and i Hate when people come to my work right before we close- she literally was so nice to me and let Me order a sandwich for my daughter. This crew made my night.

Convenient location though the drive thru is closed randomly (likely staffing issues) and unfortunately we're just outside of delivery area. Consistent quality sandwiches at reasonable prices. The employees lately have been very friendly and upbeat.
