The dosas at Hyderabad Indian Grill are a true culinary delight. The dosa batter is perfectly fermented, resulting in thin, crispy and golden-brown dosas with just the right amount of tanginess. The fillings and accompaniments are flavorful and well-balanced, elevating the taste of each dosa. My best pick would be Hyderabad Special Dosa. It is a must try at this restaurant.

The food was so good, I forgot to take pictures until we were almost done. My family has different dietary restrictions and we all found something for us. We got chicken curry, shrimp curry and lentils with spinach curry. Can't wait to go back, it's rare we all leave happy.

I decided to try The Hyderabad in spite of some of the bad reviews. They weren't wrong. The place is very basic with zero ambience. The booths were ancient and very uncomfortable. I usually overlook that but it was noted.. the service was as other review said not great. The person was wearing a dirty winter coat and also very busy with takeout orders. Not very attentive. We ordered lamb samosas, a chicken and noodles dish, and the tiki chicken biryani rice. The lamb samosas were okay. A bit saucier filling than I am used to. The noodles dish was served separately from the tiki chicken that I ordered. My friend shared a bit of noodles with me while I waited which I finished before my meal was even brought out. The noodles were actually pretty good. I was not very impressed with my choice when it was finally served. The rice biryani was overflowing on the plate enough for three people but it was bland and plain. Also I kept finding hard bits in the dish which I assumed were Cardamom shells. At least I hope that's what they were. The chicken tiki was portioned very small in comparison and I could barely taste the sauce. Incidentally, I suffered with nasty intestinal upset later on and also the next day after I consumed my leftovers. That was my mistake. I will stick with my favorite in the future Dancing Ganesha.. outstanding service, decent ambiance and much better food.

I usually don't leave reviews, but it was a very bad experience with the food. Felt sick the whole day just after eating a few bites. Had to throw all the remaining. It was overpriced and unhealthy. Gave me the wrong order and said that's what I asked for 👎. $42 in trash. Disappointed. (Shahi panner, garlic Naan, asked for veg Manchuria got Gobi manchuria)

As my family and I walk into the restaurant, there was no one to greet us for the first couple of minutes. And we were poorly greeted. As we ordered everything went fine, or at least we assumed so. When the food came through the food was quite alright tasting, however when it came to my dish they messed it up. I had ordered a Lamb Curry dish. Meanwhile, my group of family had gotten their dishes and I still have not received mine. As 20 minutes have passed by with no meal I asked one of the workers when my dish was going to come out. Continuing, he said, “one minute, I’ll check,” and as my food arrived somehow I ended up with lamb briyani. It wasn’t steaming of freshness nor heat essentially, as if it was left alone for awhile. I had begun trying the dish. Quote, I barely finished half of the dish because it wasn’t the correct dish I stated when ordering. As we begun paying the worker, he was having trouble with our payment. Evidently, after paying we left.

Exceptionally flavorful food but lapses in service, ambience and steep prices put this restaurant at a solid 4 stars for me, nothing more, nothing less. The Apollo fish and pepper chicken were very tasty. I highly recommend these, especially as low-carb options. The chicken biriyani, goat curry, and naan were also great. Food is halal. Prices are noticeably more expensive compared to similar Indian restaurants, sometimes $1-3 more for items. Unfortunately neither quantity nor quality quite make up for this. But it’s okay. There is also room for improvement in the hospitality department. Service was somewhat inattentive and water was given in the form of plastic water bottles. There appears to be a bar/dance/media area but it looks unused. This place has the makings of a 5 star restaurant but is not quite there yet based on my experience. Still, I left satisfied and customers seemed to be rolling in and out, pleased on a Saturday afternoon. Despite the poor logistics in some regards, the flavors and ambience of home go a long way.

We tried south Indian food with my friend. It was a very good experience and they have different food than other Indian restaurants. They have very very large varieties of food and the ones we ordered were delicious. It looked to me that the restaurant is for different events or for large groups but not for personal dining. I felt like they were not that welcoming. Overall, as I said, it was a different experience and taste.

I got the spicy chicken curry, extra spicy butter chicken. Paneer Naan and garlic naan. Really good. Kinda pricey. But still loved the food. I’ll get spicy next only extra spicy was edible however if you aren’t used to eating really spicy foods I wouldn’t go up past spicy. (I added the extra cilantro myself )

I’ve only ever gotten this for take out and have loved it every time. The chicken doesn’t always seem super high quality at times but food flavor is always great and they do spice up the food well when asked

This will always be my favorite go to Indian restaurant. You can dine in, or take out. The food is delicious and consistently made! Never a disappointment! The servers are extremely friendly! Even after we eat, they allow us to stay and hangout. Love the hospitality! If you come, don’t forget to bring cash to tip!

I wanted to try real authentic Indian food and I made it! It was my 1st time trying Indian food therefore I asked the waiter for a recomendation, I told him I was looking for some sort of soft/tender beef dish. He recommended lamb tandorii with rice and buttler sauce. The meet was super flavorful, kudos on that, but it was really tough to chew and swallow. The rice was delicious and puring some lemon juice on top the entire dish, made it more refreshing as it really needed the acid. By the way, you cannot tell from the picture, but the dish was huge!!... mostly filled with rice.
