Very disappointed to go to checkout to buy over $300 worth and the person could not find my membership details to receive friends of Harris Scarfs discount. All my details are up to date and I even showed young sales assistant that I get emails and exactly what was in the email & still not get any discount. I asked to speak to Manager and all she said was there is nothing else they can do. I then just walked out discussed and you lost a big sale Harris Scarfe. Not Happy!

Pathetic- Marion store - bought a pair of boots for son for Christmas in October. Only to find after Christmas box contained one size 7 and one size 9 boot. Due to fact I no longer had receipt - even though they could see on their family member system I purchased them there - and they were still in box and it was past their 28 ray refund I was only able to get a gift voucher. Questioned the staff that the cashiers should check all shoes and was informed it depends on who is on. And then it was thrown in my face that I should have also checked. WOW Today just tried to call and absolutely no answer for each of my calls.

Like the new layout. Good bargains in kitchenware, clothes quality and prices mixed. Pricing labels inaccurate.

Have just been into Harris Scarfe's Marion lingerie department and was served by an incredibly helpful woman called Lisa. Nothing was too much trouble, above and beyond the call of duty. Customer service counts in a bricks and mortar store when online is biting at the heels. Great range and always great prices.

Love this store and usually the staff are awesome! However today I had an awful experience with one of the older female staff members and didn’t catch her name unfortunately. I’ve never been spoken to so appallingly and almost left the store in tears as this worker was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. I simply asked for a shoe size that wasn’t on the shelf to which she was extremely dismissive and blunt and refused to help me as it wasn’t her area. She called someone over to help me but after waiting for 5 minutes nobody came to footwear. So I went to politely follow it up with her to ask if somebody was coming before she rudely cut me off and fully yelled at me with such an attitude and told me the staff member was waiting at footwear for me. I went back to footwear and still nobody. The lady who eventually helped me was lovely but I hope the older blonde staff member reconsiders her approach to customers as I felt awful after this interaction
