😠 Well second day that I've come by here. And there's no internet, cash only transaction. With all the extra money the governor has this year. And Uncle Joe why can't we have internet at the post office? Lol 😅😹 People often mention mail, office, post, packages, package, delivered, mailbox, address, USPS, delivery,

They keep giving us other people's mail, and I am sure other people get ours. Worst thing: They lost a pair of skates that were being shipped to me, and they did not fess up to it until 10 days had gone by. Before that they blamed it on the weather in the tracking. What happened to "In rain, snow, or sleet...." I and everyone else in MN has to work when it snows. Once it was apparent that they had lost it, I couldn't get ahold of them by phone. There is no accountability because you can't talk to the manager to find out what happened to your package. UPS is the way to go if you ship a package.

Couldn't give zero stars. First the lazy government worker doesn't get our of his truck to collect the required signature for the package and instead just puts a sorry we missed you note in the mailbox. I fill out the form for redelivery and two days later, after it was supposed to be redelivered, I go to the post office to pick it up. They cant find it so they call the driver who insists he just delivered it. Turns out he delivered my prescription that cost $2000 to the wrong house. Fortunately, it was a neighbor that I know and they called to tell me they received the package. Government efficiency at its finest.

Lazy USPS workers don’t even empty the mail boxes. Your mail was sticking out and anyone could have taken it.

Got a funko figure size box delivery and said no location to deliver. Mailbox was clear of space and if mailbox doesn't fit just walk up the 20 feet open drive way. And another package with the same address on the same day and didn't even dropped the second one with signature off. No wonder this place got such bad reviews.

Mail carrier frequently returns packages to the post office that could be left in my mailbox or one of the larger parcel lockers, then leaves me a note to check my mail every single day. Go to the post office to pick up my mail and have to wait in line for an hour. Mail carrier also frequently delivers other people’s mail to me. If I could give zero stars overall, I would.

Very poor experience with this USPS branch. They have failed to deliver multiple packages to me this year. I have never previously experienced service this shockingly poor with the Postal Service. This would to me indicate a severe management issue. My advice to anyone reading this is to purchase a PO Box if you have regular need of parcel delivery. One year on and the problems have, if anything, worsened. Does anyone know if there's a way to ask the Postal Service to just hold my mail at the PO and I can come pick it up myself? That would be vastly preferable to the game of "Will they deliver my mail or not?" Update for another year passed: No improvement. It's a total crapshoot as to whether you will receive your mail or not. It's amazing to me that this has gone on for so long.

Drivers will decide to not deliver mail when it's inconvenient for them. Will mark packages as delivered when they haven't left the post office. Rarely will you encounter an employee at the actual post office that isn't annoyed they have to do their job.

The only reason it gets two stars is because of the awesome clerks and the one employee that helped me this morning track down my packages. Having ongoing issues with mail not being delivered and the supervisor/management has done nothing. Our mail carrier continuously drives by the residence without delivering mail even though according to the clerk I spoke with yesterday our address was not on the snow list. I am wondering when the USPS will crack down on this branch and improve. I grew up in Saint Paul and mail carriers walk the mail to the front door mailboxes, rain snow sleet or sun shine. Honestly, those delivery drivers complaining about a little bit of snow blocking a road side mailbox need to open their door and reach out and put the mail in the mailbox and just be thankful you aren’t delivering mail in St. Paul.

I love when you can get in and get out quickly. Everything you need is right at the front counter. The staff member greeted me with a smile and that warmed my heart. Nowadays you never know what kind of day a person is having. It was just nice to see.

Giving 5 stars for Joanne who was working up front. Sweetest lady ever. Always pleasant and kind. Please protect her at all costs.

This post office has lost three packages in one week for me. i cannot get any answers on where my paid for items are. I suspect either my mailman is a thief or someone at this office is a thief. until I get my packages I cannot believe anything else.

This seems to be an extremely busy place. Every time I go there there is a line. I think the workers do a really good job working they move as fast as they can. The public can help if they would be more prepared with there documents or lack there of. Remember this is a government entity they can only do there job as the red tape laws will allow them? So give them and all workers and fast food workers, delivery drivers the break they so deservedly so

Mail carrier delivers my mail to wrong address every week and I'm always getting neighbors or someone else's that lives on a different street. It's non-stop.

Went to this post office to inquire about my mail not being delivered at my new address but was told to write my information down and someone would give me a call that was 3 days ago and still no one has contacted me. Terrible service at this location!

This isn't about in-person visit at the counter, but about the mail/package delivery and inquiry service. My two packages were late for a week, and I finally got a voicemail from this office saying they weren't delivered because my mailbox is blocked by snow. ??? This is ridiculous because: 1. Those two packages won't even fit in the mailbox. 2. I have security camera footage showing that USPS was delivering mail to my mailbox almost every day.

Very disturbing the amount of mail in the drive thru boxes on Monday. Over flowing mail, obvious that the mail had not been removed on Saturday. The parking lot has not been plowed and the drive thru is very rutted. What should be a top of the line post office, because of it's employees, is an eye sore for Brooklyn Park!

this arrogant white man wanted to have an attitude when I asked called around all day to intersect my package that had the incorrect delivery address. I called 15+ times and they didn't pick up not one time . My package got delivered to the wrong address that i cant get back because ya'll can't pick up the phone.

Horrible horrible service. Have held onto a package I sent to an address on their route for almost a month instead of delivering it. Made two complaints and they marked the complaints as resolved without contacting me or resolving the issue. They do not ever answer their phone ever. I hope USPS audits them.

They posted up on the entrance door “internet down, cash only.” I waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that means their computer can’t even scan a QR code without internet and print off a label too. Who would’ve known that? At least put up a sign that lists things you guys can’t do so we’re not wasting our time waiting. I assumed it meant they just couldnt accept any electronic payments but everything else was fine. Additionally, they got the slowest clerks working. My GOD they really do take their time. No sense of urgency. I understand some take longer than other shipments but the lines wouldn’t be as long if they didn’t move like sloths.

Terrible service. They are literally wrapping boxes for shipping for customers when their sign says they don't. At least 5 min per customer. Lines out the door. Always poor service here.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have managed to lose two packages in the past month. One was marked as delivered, but was never received, and the other has perpetually been in limbo. They have also given us other people’s packages on multiple occasions. When I tried calling there was no answer and I got hung up on. And if you contact USPS, they tell you they can’t do anything and to contact the local post office.

I'm here 4-6 days a week dropping off packages. Staff is always nice and they're always keeping the drop off cart as empty as possible. Way better than the post office I used to use in Roseville when I lived there.
