Slick sales approach, but be sure to ask for all of their "terms and conditions", as these weren't made available when they took my money; but then they started quoting them afterwards. At no stage was it said to me that we were signing up to a fixed term package, when we tried booking a couple of lessons when it suited us. And when we asked if we could just have the lessons we had booked, the customer service disappeared all together, and become abusive, sexist and racist. This caused me to complain, to which I was told there was no body else I could speak to. Arrangements were made for us to hear back about our complaint, and none of these were kept, in fact effort was made to avoid sticking to their promises. These dance studios could be good, but ensure you do your research thoroughly. And before you pay any money, ask them what you are paying for, what the hidden conditions are, and ask for them in writing. Do not expect to receive any real customer service, and avoid their "packages". I'd also recommend paying by credit card, and ensuring your bank has a reasonable way to reverse transactions if they try to charge you more than you agreed to.

My fiance and I booked a wedding dance here to try Steven Kelly Dance out. The dance was enjoyable but the lack of listening to what we wanted and the hard sales tactics were a significant disappointment. Their 'lowest' lesson price was from a package no one would choose, as I highly doubt any couple will need 40 lessons to learn a 1 minute wedding dance. We had to aggressively state our disinterest for continuing the expensive lessons, before being offered a cheaper price. The majority of their Google reviews are from fake accounts and we wouldn't have booked this lesson if we knew this was the case.

PLEASE BE AWARE! I am only posting 1 star as I am unable to select none. I enrolled for classes, filling out an enrollment form, believing I was paying $118.00 for half of the total cost. The form was generic and said nothing about a contract. Simon never mentioned the word contract and did not point me to any terms. The total cost was never shown to me in writing and another staff member began talking to me while the pay-pass machine was given to me to wave from a distance. I have inadvertently paid $1180.00!! and they are refusing a refund, based on me signing a contract! The manner in which I was dealt with was misleading and distracting. I advised that I could not afford that amount once I realised what happened and this request has been refused and now ignored. This has put me in financial hardship and now no person from Steven Kelly is contacting me despite numerous requests. I have not received a service whatsoever. Please BE CAREFUL when engaging these services. This has been a horrible experience and caused great distress.

The instructors at Steven Kelly Dance Studios made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the very first lesson!! It's also exercise in disguise! And the space is beautiful (great for a good insta pic) 😄😄😄

As soon as I stepped foot into Steven Kelly Dance Studios, I knew I wasn't going anywhere! Over the past 5 years I have seen an enormous amount of progress in my dancing and my passion for dance only continues to grow stronger. I have met some amazing people, professionals and trained instructors and feel lucky to be part of a studio with such great vibes and atmosphere! <3

Very experienced instructors that knew exactly what we wanted, and how to execute the lessons. On our wedding day, we were prepared and relaxed. Highly recommended.

This has been my second home for about 5 years. They are always welcoming and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Love the atmosphere of Harleys hip hop class and even the privates were so much fun. Everyone who works there are great. Keep up the good work Steven Kelly Dance 😊😊😊

If you are happy paying too much for very low quality instruction then you should learn to dance here! Check out all the 5 star reviews - all from fake accounts. There is nothing 5 star about this place. Steer clear - you have been warned.

Absolutely AMAZING PEOPLE AND LOCATION!! If the eye catching, jaw dropping venue wasn't enough, from the first phone call the people here have been nothing far from amazing. I've had to wait no time at all to get a response back. Information was thorough and accurate. Everything as promised. They really try to help your vision come to life. Also the pricing is great. Every other location was pricey and didn't have much to offer. Here you get a great price and it comes with so much! I am beyond impressed and would recommend the Kelly Dance Studios to anyone.

This dance studio features a staff of instructors who've been the Ballroom Dance world for yrs. So you know that you will definitely get your bang for your bucks. The studio itself gives off the vibe of family and encouragement. They care for you and are always pushing you to reach the goals that you set yourself. The space is very accommodating and the floors are meant for dancing so success is on the horizon. Highly recommend to check it out!!!

I took lessons here for a for an extended period of time to improve my lack of rhythm and coordination. The teachers at Steven Kelly were amazing and professional. They made me feel relaxed and positive about myself and my dancing. I would recommend anyone who wants to dance to come here. thank you to all the teachers you have improved my confidence so much....

Perfect studio! Very patient teachers devoted to dancing, ready to share their experience. They opened a wonderful world of dancing and helped me to become confident and (hopefully) more graceful. Definitely recommend everybody to study dancing through private lessons.

This has to be the best place to learn to dance! Warm and inviting place where the instructors really want to help you have a great experience. I think that learning to dance could be a little awkward but the instructors here make it creative and fun.

My fiance Ben and I have been taking weekly dance lessons here for our wedding in December and we've absolutely been loving it! Neither of us are naturally born dancers but at the recommendation of a friend we decided to come to Steven Kelly and are so glad we did. The studio is a great fit for us and our busy schedules, and we felt completely comfortable from the get go. The teachers are professional, friendly and so patient (thanks guys haha) and they make each lesson heaps of fun. We started as complete beginners but we actually have a lot of confidence now. Pricing is great when compared to other places and it includes a lot more, plus their studio is to die for! So pretty. We opted for the Gold package so we're getting amazing value for money since we can divide our lessons however we want, which is handy for us since we're doing a First Dance mixing 3 songs, I'm having a father daughter dance AND we're having a few lessons with our bridal party as a surprise. It will definitely be a highlight of our wedding day and that's what we wanted! I can't recommend these guys enough. See you Friday, Bec & Ben x

Extremely supportive environment for everyone from complete beginners to advanced students. I've been coming for several months now and never thought I'd feel this comfortable in a studio space. All of the instructors are fantastic.
