OUTSTANDING LOCATION! and now, my favorite location. it’s two floors so you get a better view. The customer service is fantastic. You’re served with a smile and they never get it wrong. The area is so so cute, too. I love this location.

Deserves more than a mere 5 stars. The staff is kind, remember both YOU and your order, and even your name. With them it's the little things that matter here. Given how many times I've been, I've met the WHOLE location staff. I'm an avid believer that their Honey Bee is their BEST bowl, but might be slightly biased because it's my favorite. If you think you'll be a regular, I'd recommend being apart of their rewards program. They send texts for deals, let you know when you've earned a free bowl, and more. This location also encourages you to bring your furry friends 🐶 which is refreshing given the limited dog friendly establishments in the city.

Love their bowls so so much! The staff was friendly and they got my order right! I order a deviation from the standard and they got it right without me having to remind them! The only thing I didn't like was they forgot the granola and coconut on the 2 bowls I asked for the toppings to be separate. Unusual request so its understandable.

Slow is not the word. I bought over $90 worth of juices and it was all stuffed in one single bag!!! When I asked for a box I was told no, that it was only for people who bought juice cleanses…. Uuhhh isn’t that what I bought plus more. The. When I asked for another bag I was looked at like I was crazy. I love Pure Raw but I will never come back to this location. With more locations opening I feel like they’re losing who they are. I guess I will stick to the federal hill location.

I love this place. I have been going for about 2 yrs now. I purchased the bowls, juices and smoothies. The staff is really friendly. I've never had a problem until today. I purchased 2 bowls and was very disappointed. The service wasnt that great and The bowls were sooo watery, luckily we had extra granola to use even though it didnt help. I didnt want to waste my money so we ate some til we gave up I guess every business can have a bad day, but i still love this place. Hopefully this is doesnt happen again.

Just like it's sister store a few blocks away, this spot is great! Super modern, clean, spacious, and trendy interior. They have a garage door style wall that opens which adds tons of light and a nice breeze. Smoothies of course are bomb.

The acai bowl was on the more watery side as the last time I had visited this location the acai bowl was more fulfilling and the customer service was not the best as one of the employees had her phone up to her face talking as she was working.

Amazing Employees and Smoothies. It’s so rare to be greeted when you enter an establishment now and days. The employees are either intimidated or don’t care. Not at Pure Raw Juice , Locust Point. I was immediately greeted as I walked in. The gentleman running the cash register was so polite and courteous with each customer. He engaged specifically with everyone, catering to their comfort level, and creating an experience with each customer ( that’s impressive). He was very patient. I requested to make changes to my smoothie by removing an item and I was okay with paying for additional items I added. But he took my experience up a notch. He excused himself, went back to the gentleman making the smoothies and verbally communicated my changes, instead of relying on technology to do the job. Then he came back and said, since you removed an item, you get to select a replacement (wait what, does this happen in real life). Then when I thought my experience couldn’t be topped, the gentleman making the smoothie, came out to give me my order. He apologized for the inconvenience of taking a little longer than it should have, but it was because he wanted to make sure the consistency of the smoothie was perfect ( I’m screaming on the inside because this service is immaculate). The smoothie was perfect. Not only was it fresh, clean and tasted good but it was a PERFECT consistency. It was not the fake you out smoothie where it’s runny. You know, when you take two sips and it turns to juice, or not too thick that you can’t even sip it, so you gotta eat it like it’s ice cream. It was perfect. Great spot! Lots of great smoothie choices and bowls and whatnot. Love the plants and looking forward to hanging out there post Covid. Big garage door side wall is cool so you can stand outside and wait. Now, service can be a little slow, but everything is made fresh. And they could use a better way to let you know your order is up or next, but it's still a good choice for a healthy snack. Also, try the flu shot in the drink case; it will light you up.

I think I’ve tried almost everything they have, and have never been disappointed. Their quality is consistently impeccable. They even went back to using glass for their juices since the pandemic died down. When most businesses switch from glass to plastic, it’s a one-way street. To my pleasant surprise they were able to make a u-turn :)

Wish the customer service was as nice as the building and location. Towson-York Rd location has much better customer service and actually act like they care about their job care and about their customers. Next time I'm in the area I'm going to support one of the mom and pop juice bars for sure.

The acai bowls are great but regretted choosing this location after I dealt with the boorish attitude of the girl at the register.

Loved the honey bowl! I'll be back to sample the juice and other offerings. Dog friendly inside.
