The staff is working very lazy and slow. Their service is pathetic. The restaurant is miserable and dirty as hell. I asked for owner and they said he never come. What kind of business owner is he? I will never come back to this dunkin. The Starbucks is the best. Their service is amazing.

It's not the news of bad experience... It was easy to order, but while I was waiting I was caught off guard by how difficult it was to understand the person who is trying to deliver them and having an attitude because a few of us couldn't understand what she was saying (accent). Hash browns were mediocre, pastries were great, latte was 7/10.

Love Dunkin Donuts coffee and having a location on the ground floor of the building is a treat. The iced coffee hits the spot during this hot weather.

Service is extra slow in the morning... They'll make you miss your train to work for ONE cup of coffee...

Not a great experience. The cashier was anything but friendly, and she pretty much threw my receipt at me after getting in a small fight with her coworker. To top it all off, my order was made incorrectly, though I didn’t have time to stick around to fix it.

Not much to say it's a chain in a failing shopping mall. Food and service were meh at best.

Dunkin’ Donuts (May 7 & 8, 2023) Your typical Dunkin’, but located very conveniently at the Tower City Station. You get to the station, leave it and escalator upstairs, and there it is ready to serve you Ordered Sunday and Monday through the App while sitting in the lobby area, and within 2 minutes, the food was ready. Very, very efficient crew. Note to Dunkin’ Corporate, bring some stores to the Seattle area. Starbucks does not cut it for me at all. Happy Eating !!!!

The staff are hardworking and try their best, especially considering they get slammed with orders in the morning. I have enjoyed everything I’ve eaten here. Keep up the good work 😌

It's a Dunkin'. The team who runs this one are good, as lines move quickly until somebody walks up to order a dozen iced coffees or whatever. Counters are clean and the area behind appears organized too.

Favorite place to stop for coffee in the morning. Not only are they extremely fast but their service goes above and beyond. The cashier always has my order halfway punched in by the time I make it to the register, and always greets me with a smile. Definitely my go to for coffee in tower city.

You gotta buy a cup of water for a $1 when you purchase $6 sandwich is insane & it tastes like rusty water such a rip off

I bought three orders of hashbrowns here and while the man was cooking them while bagging the food up he drop one on the floor and put it back in the bag. I don’t think that he seen anyone looking at him but I noticed I did not say anything right then and there because I know it would’ve been conflict and I didn’t want that so I just chose not to go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. so disgusting and disrespectful.

I like their iced coffees even though I cant have coffee anymore due to health reasons... They also have a variety of other things to choose from that I wont spoil for you, you'll just have to go and find out for yourself! I filled out an application online and I havent heard back yet but I would LOVE to work there one day!
