😠 Went for brunch with our family of four. Everything was lousy. The chai tea I had ordered was delicious in flavor but wasn’t hot and the cup barely had any in it. We did not receive any refills of our drinks nor were we asked if we wanted them. The $25 brunch charcuterie board was an absolute joke.... People often mention good, brunch, server, great,

Went for brunch with our family of four. Everything was lousy. The chai tea I had ordered was delicious in flavor but wasn’t hot and the cup barely had any in it. We did not receive any refills of our drinks nor were we asked if we wanted them. The $25 brunch charcuterie board was an absolute joke. The “pastries” were these thawed out puffs filled with chocolate. They did not have too much flavor except for the fact that they kind of tasted the way the inside of a refrigerator smells. The bacon was not cooked the greatest. The waffles that came on the charcuterie board were dense and very sweet. The two eggs breakfasts did not come with any butter, jam, jelly or anything to put on the toast. The Margherita pizza was not good either unless you tried and liked those kid cuisine microwaveable pizza from the 90s. If you liked those, this would be a go to dish for you! It had pools of tomato water on top of it. For over a $100 meal, I am incredibly disappointed.

Had the meatballs for an appetizer -- incredible. Fantastic wine selection and drinks. Our server was so personable, sweet, and funny. I had the lobster bisque and braised short rib and my husband had the NY strip with mashed potatoes. Portions were great size, he had leftovers. The sides in particular are really large. Would absolutely return.

The burger wasn't edible. It's what I would expect a $1 mcdouble tastes like. Sent it back and still had to pay the $8.50" didn't like" fee.

My husband planned a staycation for us at the 9 and we had dinner at the on-site restaurant. Our server was very attentive. The food was EXCELLENT!!! The restaurant was beautiful. The table scape was so pretty! I loved everything about our visit!! Can’t wait to dine again!!

Lacks good customer service. The drink I had was good, my partner hated his. The desserts were 👎 we had the chocolate cake and the cheesecake, would not recommend. The chocolate cake had a fruity syrup over it, did not like it at all. The cheesecake was grainy and bland.

My husband and I were looking for something easy for brunch. Luckily, Centro, located in our hotel, was right downstairs. While the atmosphere is a bit fancy, we felt comfortable and not underdressed. The menu is small, containing basic breakfast dishes, and some brunch options. Our drinks were not very strong or flavorful. That disappointment dissipated when we were delivered our delicious Brunch Charcuterie board. For $25, you and a friend can chow down on delicious pastries, sausages, and pastries. One of my favorite menu ideas and I wish more restaurants would follow suit.

Good spot for drinks and apps before a show. Usually pretty empty. Before a Saturday 7pm show, most of the bar is empty so easy to get a spot. A little overpriced. $25 for 3 overcooked shrimps. Meatballs were great. Nice atmosphere.

Solid food and good central location downtown Cleveland in The 9 hotel. Good option for shows at Playhouse, around the corner. The prices are tough to swallow (figuratively). Pasta dishes are all $35, steaks are $60, and specialties are $40-50. On the other end, they have reasonably priced pizzas at $15, however there are better pizza options throughout downtown. I understand that you are paying for atmosphere and this is an upscale hotel, but there’s not much in the middle price point range to make this a regular meal downtown, unless you are there for a special occasion. Entrees were above average, though a little salty. Recommend the meatball and crispy polenta cubes.

We had a reservation for brunch before a Browns game. The food & drinks were amazing. Started with loaded truffle fries & also had the Centro Omelet as well as the ploenta cakes with poached egg & spinach. Espresso martini with amaretto was a unique twist. Service was perfect & ambiance was relaxed and inviting. Definitely recommend!!

Alfredo is hands down the best server I've ever had!! He made my husband and I's 3rd year anniversary so incredibly special. We never once were lingering for anything and he was always there to anticipate our needs with a smile! He was so incredibly personable and his recommendations were awesome!!! Thank you for giving us a dinner to remember Alfredo!!

Sooo, as a resident at The 9, I was skeptical and fearing the changes that were announced for our in building restaurant. But I’m proud and happy to say that Centro is awesome!! The new atmosphere is open and brighter. The menu changes are excellent! There are several new options for dinner, brunch, desserts, cocktails, etc. that have options for all dietary needs and specialties. And as always, our staff is exceptional: Gerard, Erica and Chrissy manage an awesome team, Lisa, Will, Jay, Carissa, Kat and Kelly with a number of new faces that are dedicated and attentive. Chef Frank is kicking it! I have definite high hopes for continued success! Good Eats, Drinks and Atmosphere!!!!

Had dinner there last night. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Eggplant parm, chicken piccata, chocolate torte….can not say enough good things. Drinks were phenomenal and our server, William was outstanding-knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and attentive even when he had several tables. First time in a long time I was excited for leftovers the next day.

Great food! So many different options on the menu. We celebrated our friends birthday last night and we all got something different. We all got served at the same time and our food was hot! I have to say our waiter was the BEST! William went above and beyond to accommodate us. He never missed a beat. Always checking on us. If we go back I’m definitely requesting this guy.

Food was fantastic! You can tell they use fresh ingredients and everything is made from scratch. The Short Ribs were particularly good and were very well prepared. High compliments to the chef and kitchen team! Service was excellent as well. Kelly was a fantastic waitress! Really great personality, knew the products very well, and provided anticipatory service that I would expect to see at a 5 star hotel. We will definitely be back!

We stopped in and enjoyed a great bottle of wine recommended by Lisa. Two enthusiastic thumbs up that complimented our meal. As gluten free and vegetarian and my boyfriend a meat eater. We were able to eat together and create a meal we both could enjoy. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. Thank you so much for the attentive details and company.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience at Centro. The management and service are impeccable. The food… delicious. We had a large group which they were able to accommodate on very short notice. Our server, Joe, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience fantastic. He had a great sense of humor, was professional and knowledgeable about the menu. His confidence in the sea bass recommendation was spot on. It was delicious! I can’t say enough good things other than I highly recommend Centro… ask for Joe to be your server… you will not be disappointed!
