Fresh Gatherings is a really cute little cafe located in the Allied Health Building on SLU's medical campus. They always serve healthy dishes - typically with a veg option. Their salad bar is phenomenal and has something for everyone. All of their ingredients are local, and many actually come from their garden on site. The flavor and quality that results is unmatched. Recent renovations have brightened the dining area and provided a new fresh look (pun intended) and more seating. Their new coffee bar also looks incredible.

I absolutely love fresh gatherings!! it’s the perfect place to grab a bite and study with friends! the weekly pop ups are always so tasty and made with the freshest ingredients! i love how the pop ups introduce me to so many cuisines from around the world! grab and go section is also so convenient and has many great options every day! the bakery and coffee are also amazing and taste so good!! my favorite thing at fresh is the smash burgers and chai tea!! the workers are always so welcoming and always have a smile on there face!

I love Fresh! Their coffee and specials are amazinggg. Best food on campus for sure! Only thing that could be approved is the lines but they usually work so fast and that goes to show how good they are

Fresh gatherings is by far one of my favorite place to eat in Saint Louis. The food is fresh and delicious, they are super accommodating with dietary restrictions, the drinks are amazing, and it’s fun having daily specials! I could not recommend FG more.

Always super tasty and fresh. My favorite is the vegetarian/vegan smash burgers. Something about that sauce just hits different. I also love the rotating menu, they’ve introduced me to some new foods. The pita and hummus are also amazing.

Love love love their coffee and how kind everyone is! They have the best popup meals and always have vegetarian/vegan/GF options. One of the best (if not THE best) places on campus to eat

Great place to grab lunch or a quick snack before class! The staff is very friendly and the menu always keeps things interesting. The lunch options are hit and miss sometimes but the pastries and matcha lattes are my favorite.

I love the idea of fresh gatherings. The cute drinks, fancy food that I have never heard of, the environment, it all sounds great. And it is for the most part :) I will say that fresh food is definitely overpriced especially with the target demographic of college students but obviously you know that the students are gonna pay anyways either bc it’s daddy’s money, or they want food and it’s the only option on south campus. Either way, good for you for making that bank. Also, as much as I admire the boldness and creativeness, last year fresh definitely made a lot of their dishes worse because it felt like they tried to hard to take their own twist on the dishes and it wasn’t executed amazingly. Sometimes less is more ya know? But overall, love the drinks, love being there and that y’all always have good music playing, and when a dish is good at fresh, it’s GOOD. Also breakfast burritos >>> breakfast sandwich. <3

The food is delicious. The presentation is spectacular. I love how they support local businesses and farmers. Their compost program is cool to hear about. 10/10 always recommend this place for their daily lunch specials. Yes, it’s on a college campus, but that shouldn’t stop you from eating here.

I love fresh gatherings! The food is SO good and they always add a fun unique twist to each dish. I can always count of fresh gatherings for lunch, breakfast, or a snack before class. By far, my favorite place to eat on campus. The staff is so friendly too!! Overall a great experience every single time!

i’ve been coming to Fresh Gatherings ever since I was a freshman in college! It’s always been a go-to spot for my friends and I before class, to catch up with each other, or to study! Fresh is honestly my favorite spot to grab coffee, breakfast burritos, and trying out different types of food! It’s also always exciting to see their weekly specials because it gives me something to look forward to <3 The workers are great and the different options for food (gf/vegan) are so convenient for people with different tastes. Fresh has been one of my favorite spots in college and I’ll definitely be here as much as I can before i graduate :)

I have been eating at fresh gatherings on SLU’s campus since day one of my freshman year. This place is BEYOND incredible and does not even compare to any place on a college campus anywhere!!!! It does indeed live up to its name of being fresh as they have a garden on campus with lots of fresh produce. Fresh gatherings gets me through my day, and I know I can count on a yummy cold brew with vanilla oat milk cold foam to help me pass my test. The burrito bowls, fried rice, hummus bowls, pad Thai, and literally everything they make are to die for. They know how to make every cuisine so perfectly and it amazes me every time they have a new special. I am going to miss this place after I graduate this year. It needs to be MORE PLACES!!!

If you ask anyone on SLU’s campus, you are almost guaranteed to hear that their favorite on-campus dining option is Fresh Gatherings!! Fresh offers an incredible array of quick and delicious to-go items plus fresh pastries and coffee every day! There is truly no anticipation like waiting for the weekly hot lunch specials to drop, and no better place to eat, relax, and study with friends at!!! I love Fresh Gatherings & am endlessly in awe of the amazing student workers who keep it running!

Want some comfort food on campus? Fresh gatherings is the place to go. Being homesick sucks, and the campus cafeteria can only do so much. Fresh gatherings offers food grown fresh and yummy. They always have something new and delicious each week which makes it always exciting to eat there! Great place to go in SLU!

Fresh Gatherings is always a positive addition to my week! The food is top tier and healthy!!! Their food leaves me wanting me more. Also, their coffee is to die for! I love everything from fresh especially their quesadillas! If you are looking for a good place to eat come to fresh :)
