I have continually had bad experiences with the161 Riverside Dr. location. The problem is the front desk. I arrived early for my appointment at 9am. There are two women checking in patients. I am next. When one women finishes her check in she gets up and leaves. Apparently her first break starts at 9am. I continue waiting for the other women who is talking to another patient who is her friend. They are talking about shopping at Talbots and Thanksgiving, Where they're going, what's being served etc... All the while I am standing there in extreme back pain for which I am there. When I finally said something, she finished up the check in. Then it was my turn. I was treated as though I was Satan himself. She told me to wait and then pretended to make a phone call just to spite me for calling out the fact that she was not doing her job. This is nothing new for this office. The level of unprofessonalism is astounding. I have had it with this office. I will choose a new PCP that is not associated with Lourdes. The women at the desks name is Beth. I had to give one star to post this. they don't deserve any stars.

I called to schedule a follow up from a walk in visit. I was told I would get a call back. A few hours later I checked the patient portal just for the heck of it. There was a message asking for my availability. I told them I would come in whenever they were available as I'm still extremely uncomfortable. More than 24 hours later I got a call and got scheduled. This am I received the text to confirm my appointment this afternoon, which I confirmed. I also received a text about 3 hours before my appointment saying "see you at 3:40". Then I get a phone call that I have to reschedule next week. When I go to the walkin I feel brushed off. They tell me to follow up with my primary care. I couldnt get in so i followed up at the walk in for more symptoms. It's been 3 weeks now and a round of meds later, I'm not getting any better. If I go to the er I will get brushed off too because it's not a life and death situation like the er should be utilized for. I feel abandoned. I shouldn't have to leave town to get assistance, but I don't know what else to do.

Awful, could not find location of appointment within building. Everyone helping sent us to different elevators going to different floors. Even got to the correct location and was, what turned out to be, the right location and they turned us away. Even hospital drs/admins were helping.

Very rude staff. Doctor ignored complaints and went with his own schedule of te$ting. Particular te$t$ seem more important than needs.

Excellent intake, assistant testing and evaluation, and physician care and check out. Terribly ineffective business office help with updating credit card information for co-pays and paying outstanding obligations by credit card.

Dr. Rehman and the whole staff are excellent . They are a definite asset to the culture integrity and credibility of Lourdes hospital.

Dr Gawel has been my primary for over 20 yrs and found to be very thorough in his examinations and medical diagnosis. He also has a great personal connection with me as a person. Recommend him 100%.

Doctor Spivak and his assistants are wonderful. They take great care of me and my family. Have for over 20 years.

I have had my own primary care physician, Dr. Yu for 22 years. She gives me excellent care and I am always able to reach her by one form or another. She even checks ip on me when needed. Cardiologist is Dr Andrea DellaVelle and she gives me wonderful care with personal caring. She always makes herself available as soon as possible. Pulmonary is Dr. Bondalatati. I only see him yearly as of now and his yearly testing and follow up is right on spot. He always is friendly and sends me off for another year feeling like I will be able to run a marathon.

Dr. Yu and staff are the best !!!! She’s been my doc for going on 20 years !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If I could give no stars I would.they might just let you pass away in the waiting room.went here for carbon monoxide poisoning,couldn't feel my fingers felt like I'd pass out at any second and chest pain,couldn't speak right,could hardly walk.instead of putting me on oxygen (as your supposed to immediately) they took my weight and temperature and sent me back to waiting room.where I continued to feel like I was dieing.never received o2 ,they said they'd do a blood test,(2 hours later ) they must've remembered.dont go here if it's an actual emergency.you may not survive.

Judy RN as been an Angel while handling my very difficult questions, while I am presently a pt in Lourdes.

I was greeted promptly and treated with professional care. Dr. YU always takes the time to ask about all the facets of my life and takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed and I feel as if she and her staff do all they can to be sure my health is seen in a complete manner. Dr. Yu has earned my complete trust and confidence. I’m thrilled that she found room in her practice to include me.

Not knowing what to expect for my first time doing something like this I can say it went smoothly the lady that was helping me was so helpful along the way knowing when breathe then when not to breathe kudos to the staff at Lourdes Hospital that help me through this process thank you

My wife had a pretty major health event. The staff and Dr. Rehman have been nothing but outstanding with communication, and medical care being given. Very compassionate and take the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Very pleased all around.

Everyone is pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. They always have a smile. They also are careful to protect your privacy and know your medical issues.
