My kids doctor moved here recently and it sucks. She's never ever available. Had to see another doctor. My son had pink eye she ignored it and said he has an ear infection which he doesnt. They are so quick to shove antibiotics down the child's throat. No thanks.

I wanted to thank metro hospital my daughter-in-law in the past 2 months has been suffering from back pain so severe that You could barely move walk take yourself to the bathroom and keep and care for the little ones. After going to a medical facility, Parma hospital, More than once. They all did the same thing gave her steroids to take Never took even an X-ray to rule out anything And sent her home with ibuprofen and steroids telling her it was a sciatic issue. Told her to go to therapy. When she could no longer get up to even take herself to the bathroom we took her down to metro who took it took her pay level and cand condition very seriously. After CT scanThey determine that. She indeed needed to see a back specialist the disks in her back her back had been moved so far out or out of line they were putting pressure on all the nerves on the one side. Then seeing the specialist they determine they needed to fast track her for surgery. I know people usually only give reviews when something bad happens. But I have been to metro myself I've never had a problem. My back doctor is Through metro. As is my pain management doctor that gives me my shots in the back. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And now with how well they are taking care of my daughter-in-law they always have my vote of confidence

Staff is AWFUL!! had a doctor she was white kinda of fat with blonde hair. She laughed when I came telling her my issues. They talk about the patients in bad bad ways. The front desk is rude. It's awful. Just close this damn place down. Or get better staff, no one should feel uncomfortable going to see a doctor about anything!!!

Firstly, my nurse was amazing. An absolutely wonderful attentive gentleman. However, it was a shock to me that Dr. Narra did not even listen to me I spoke. She prescribed me a medication that is not recommended for people who have an issue I suffer from (which I told her about, twice). The medication she gave me made me ill due to the fact that it shouldn't be given to people who have my issue, and then brushed her hands of me when I told her I couldn't take it. I do understand that trying new medication is a risk, but listen to your patients. She was very condescending during my visit. Metro may be good, but avoid this doctor.

Went here on July 6 2022 for a UTI they prescribed antibiotics, wich I took according to directions. I ended up in Fairview hospital were the UTI had gotten into my bloodstream. So metro didn't follow up with me,they didn't cure my UTI but I still had to pay there bill...I will not ever be returning to any Metro provider.

Best x-ray lady ive ever had she was hilarious.

It is 8/14/2021. My friend was admitted 8/4 through the Emergency Dept. He has been in a bed every day. They have him sit in a chair ALMOST every day but not for long. I would like to know wjy they are so outdated not to have AIR MATTRESSES that sit on top of the foam maytresses? Or do they need bedsores for the Student Doctors and Nurses to experience and 'practice' treatment on?

I think they outsource their billing department to a local, particularly poorly run, preschool.

Doctors were competent but staff seemed prejudicial in implementing their policies. I am a 24 year old white woman, I was not asked for a photo i.d. the Hispanic family behind me was, a woman in a hijab was, a pregnant Indian woman was, a man in his forties was not. If your citizenship status is in question I'm not sure about this place. Police were coming in and out the entire time which did not contribute to a welcoming environment. Please ask your staff to behave professionally and consistently in implementing their policies. They should not only ask for identification for people who look like immigrants.

I've been to Ahuja University and Cleveland Clinic.I was told it was a pulled muscle sciatic nerve damage the pain kept returning I told.Dr Garcia something was seriously wrong with me Dr Garcia at West park took the time to listen to me take an x-rays. And finally after two years off and on suffering with pain I know because she was thorough and professional and a great Nurse Practitioner.Thank you so much

Have been coming here for 25 years. Love all the staff. Always in and out very quickly. Very thorough and compassionate care. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
