Best Taco Bell in the entire area. They never short me any tacos and always give me plenty of sauce and napkins. The guys at the window are always nice, talkative and treat you with respect. The one dude Christian is a really cool dude and I always look forward to a pleasant experience. Sometimes the line is a long wait, just make sure you get there at a good time. The other Taco bells make me feel like I'm in a bad part of town.

*Bug in drink 2x and ground meat in vegetarian meal* Twice this year (2023), co-workers and I have visited this location during lunch and both times ended up having bugs in our food or drink. Today we contacted this location concerning the problem of having a large bug in our drink and having ground beef in a vegetarian meal we had ordered. We requested to speak to a manager and from there we were only offered a refund on our food however, I wanted to speak to the store manager & owner of the establishment as having large bugs in food twice within such a short time frame is pretty unacceptable. From there, I asked the GM if I could get a corporate phone number. To which she said there is no corporate phone number because they are a "franchise". So I asked to speak with the owner of the establishment. She denied saying she can not give out that information. So I asked for a contact number or email of the store owner. To which I was told I can not obtain that and she is not allowed to give it out. So I asked for just the first name of the owner or manager above her to which was told, again, she is not allowed to give me that information. I find it hard that a franchise has nobody to contact outside of a GM for big matters such as health of food being served to customers. I was not pleased with the service and her not having any information above telling me I can fill out a customer complaint card and have a customer service rep call me. I am now contacting TacoBell Corporation as well as the Board of Health to check into this location. There is no reason a bug should be in food twice visiting an establishment as well as no contact information at all above a GM for big matters such as health of establishment. (Will upload supporting pictures this afternoon) Update: Just spoke with Corporate office (the one the GM said they didn't have). Corporate office said it is against policy for a store to not provide the corporate phone number upon request. District manager will be contacting me.

Cinnamon Twists at this location are terrible. I've tasted bad one before, but these were the first I gaged on and had to spit out. My dog wouldn't even eat them. Definitely old oil and a dirty fryer! They are visibly off color, a yellowish orange. So gross! Please make sure that gets cleaned out. Favorite part of meal and its ruined. This seems to be a trend in the Taco Bells in this area.

I get food from here probably once or twice a week, and nearly every time it is perfect. I order using the app and make a decent number of changes to my food because my partner is vegetarian. Our food is almost always 100% correct, and importantly we’ve never received meat on an item that was supposed to be vegetarian. They are always efficient and will let you know right away if they happen to be out of something. We have always been happy with our service and we are thankful that we don’t have to fuss over getting the right stuff when we come. The only negative I can say is that they don’t seem to know how to make a 5-layer burrito or a Quesarito. They always forget the second tortilla which is what makes the items unique.

I was super nice to the workers as they all hung out in the dining room as I was the only car in line. I ordered two beefy 5 layers burritos with no beans. Pretty simple with no other orders coming in. And they both have beans on it? Taco Bell is definitely a go to late night but not this location. Not sure how they even have 3 stars right now.

This use to be the Go to spot -Not anymore Literally took 30 minutes in the drive Ordered at 8PM in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me. The car in front of us only ordered 1 box. When we asked what the hold up was they all looked dumbfounded like it was supposed to take 30 minutes to serve 2 cars. Slowest service ever and couldn't leave the line because the single file traffic. Never again.

Un able to eat the food from this establishment. The hard tacos have the weirdest burnt oil taste to them. Like the place hasn't been. Leaned in a very long time. Avoid at all cost!

There was absolutely no meat in this crunch wrap. it was extremely stale and difficult to eat. There was no effort into it at all.

The food is fine, drive thru management is not sufficient/timely. Once was told they were only taking online orders and could not take an order through the drive thru, which seems to be a company issue and not employee issue. It depends on who is working there but I have the most success during the daytime.

Ordered a Gordita Crunch and got just a taco. This is the 3rd time. My order only had 2 items and it was still messed up. To top it off the taco I did get was completely smashed to nothing so I couldn’t even eat it. And I never get a receipt so I can’t get the issue fixed either. I always swore I’d never be one of those people that goes through their bag before driving away but I’m just really tired of paying for stuff and not getting it.

Rude, ordered 2 hard tacos and somehow got a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights. Which I’m allergic to. Called the store and they said that I was some one’s upset boyfriend? Don’t know what’s up with that. Guess they also messed up the other of the person behind me.

Went through the drive-thru at 1030pm on a Wednesday. There were like 5 people in line. Took me 45 minutes to get my food. And there is nowhere to pull away once your in line. MISERABLE experience. And I counted at least 6 people working with no customers inside. Defeats the purpose of "fast food". I will never go here with cars in line again. Food was fine when I finally got it.

they didn't put any lettuce or cheese on my chicken tacos. I asked them to add sour cream and they assumed that was all I wanted for some reason. Why would anyone want a taco with no lettuce or cheese?.... if I wanted no lettuce or cheese I would have said NO LETTUCE AND NO CHEESE. And they gave me a beef crunchwrap when I asked for chicken. I don't like the beef at taco bell, it tastes cheap and low quality and looks like dog food.... the chicken is atleast edible even though it's processed too. I didn't even eat my dinner. Then when I called, they tried to tell me I have to come back for them to fix it. Like, oh, I'm supposed to leave my house and come back out at 10pm because you're an idiot and can't do your job.... just refund my card so i can order something else and get it delivered ......

this taco bell is absolute garbage. Pull in to order and it take 20 mins to get my order taken. I pull ahead and there’s only two cars in front of that have been waiting as well. I then have to sit in line for 30 mins for the 3 tacos i ordered.

Staff was mean, especially the one taller woman with black hair who is probably the main “member” over there, she told me to never come and pick up a food here ever again because I was “rude!”,even though I haven’t even spoken to her other than just saying what order am I waiting for.Food overall was very good,I am sure it is not the whole staff, but just something to be aware of

Came here 3 weeks ago service sucked. Decided to give it a second chance thru drive thru again and dude was rude as hell. They don't greet people. They don't say one moment please. It's dead silent. Then when you say hello They reply all snippy. Please retrain the entire crew!!
