My favorite coffee shop! On the corner of Mayfield and Lee; These guys truly make you feel special when you enter the premise. Thanks to the Governor - Richard and the other staff. Great crew! Linsey, the manager, is perfect for this establishment. She personifies sunshine! She is a beautiful ball of energy. The sound of her voice is the perfect precursor to a double shot of Espresso! Thank you all for alert moments and sweet mocha dreams!

This is my second review of this wonderful Starbuck's location. Whenever I'm at this location customer service and satisfaction of purchases whatever it is are always exactly what I order and beyond expectations. I really enjoy coming to this store

Exceptionally clean store. The employees were very courteous and helpful. My coffee was fresh and hot and my food was delicious. Would highly recommend stopping at this location for breakfast or brunch. Offers great refresher drinks as well!

Truly awful coffee. Tried making a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew twice. Added the cold cream twice to the 2nd try's cup, and just could not figure out how to make it right so it sat on top. Was so sweet and creamy I had to toss it. Tasted sickly sweet. Waited 15 minutes for it too

The employees are very pleasant and friendly people. They remember the names of the regular customers. A good morning or afternoon when anyone walks through their door. A great place to start your mornings.

(Maps has suggested that I review Starbucks, after visiting recently. I love Starbucks, so that easy to do. But also, I will tease the algorithm because I think the suggestion is silly.) What an amazing time at Starbucks! You have to try this ubiquitous cafe! It simply has the best coffee drinks, sandwiches and desserts around! They are always open and there is always a seat waiting for you. Many different seating options, too. From coffee bar, to lunch table, to leather arm chair. The staff are friendly and helpful, to answer questions about coffee and to make your order perfect, guaranteed!

My drink wasn't mix well today. The matcha powder was at the bottom of my cup with honey. It was like eating a spoon full of sugar. Now I have to double check if my drink is mix properly. Update so today September 1 2022 the same girl was there. And this time ask her to remake it and she said she can't but she can stir it because the honey won't mix. It dont take long for honey to dissolve and I get this all the time and its well mix very single time. Don't know why its challenging for her. I'll show the difference. I'm posting the next picture tomorrow to show how normally it's made and it NEVER looked like the first picture

This location is like a bad fast food spot of the coffee world. They remind me of the soup czar in Seinfeld. Breathe wrong and it’s bad coffee for life. Yeah it’s a $6 coffee. If it’s messed up I want another one. Simple as that. I always order thru an app in the morning. They give me what their current mood feels like giving me I guess from asking for a correction before. Sometimes they give me what I pay for. Sometimes it’s borderline offensive. This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice latte for my teen daughter. Opened the cup. It’s a bunch of hot orange slop. I guess that’s the sauce??? Then they put these smiley faces on the bag. And an exclamation point after my name. It’s so bizarre. You botch a $6 coffee then put a smile on the bag??? UMMMMM… At this point I feel like it’s intentional. How do you mess up this bad all the time? You don’t need to work there to know that coffee, milk, and foam is part of a latte. I don’t know what the slop was. Or why they do it… That was my last time trying this location though. I don’t trust stuff like this when I’m consuming something. It’s bizarre…
