    Horrible!!! I would just pass by this location with the plan to NEVER order from here! Items have been going up in price but yet the portion sizes are less then half. I had to pull my crunch wrap apart and fold it in half to get rid of half of the tortilla.

    As far as Taco bells go, this is the best I've been too. The staff was attentive and polite. They were quick and they got the order rite!! Almost unheard of when it comes to TB!

    Only went here because the line at our usual Taco Bell was way too long. No line at this location, in fact not busy at all. We ordered two spicy potato tacos and a veggie jalapeño Mexican pizza. We get home and find that the pizza is meat...we're vegetarians. Couldn't eat it and didn't get a receipt, and didn't want to drive 10 minutes back. Hoping we can get a refund after submitting the issue through the app. Never going back.

    Normally I wouldn't bother writing a review about a place & the bad experiences that I have had there, but this has happened WAY too many times already. Everytime I buy food at this location I spend anywhere from $30 to $50, however 70% of the time, my food is either wrong, missing, old, poorly made, or overcooked. Then when I try to call and complain, they NEVER answer the phone and I get the fax machine! My last order which was a little bit ago was horrible. I'm missing 2 orders of Nacho Fries & 1 Cinnamon Twist, yet instead of telling anybody that they might be possibly out of those items, they decided to just substitute them with chips and cheese. Then the 5-layer burritos were both made extremely wrong and missing half the ingredients on them and one of the tortillas was overcooked. Also, the Crunchwrap my son got was burnt, so he had to peel half of it apart to where he could actually eat it. I don't know if it is maybe the quality of the food that's coming in, or maybe lack of inventory, but I do know one thing... The kids that work there are not doing their jobs correctly. So usually if it's the employee's that are messing everything up, that means that their managers are being extremely lazy, and not providing proper supervision, guidance, or training. I'm not sure who actually owns this location, but how can they expect their business to thrive, when their customer base starts to slowly decline, due to the many mistakes that happen way too frequently here?

    So sad, they take your money and give you bad food. Went through the drive thru last week around 3:30 pm. Something was hard and crunchy inside my burrito and on the nachos. Assume it was hardened beans. Had to dispose of all of it. I am done with Taco Bell.

    Cinnamon Twists, every single time in past year, taste disgusting. So bad I have to throw them out. Just got some in Streetsboro the other day, tasted great, exactly how they were supposed to. Made me think, yeah, I'll try them from here again... nope, still nasty. Probably bad old dirty oil is my guess. Taste like chemicals. Its a staple and a main reason I go there actually. If this problem can't be fixed I think I'll just stop going this location. Also similar experiences at the one on Snow Road. Has me wondering if they are owned by the same person? If local management can't solve the problem then corporate should step in, these local franchises are degrading the brand severely.

    Wrong order. No receipt rude worker. When handed drive thru order questioned where nachos were, he said " don't have them anymore. " I requestioned No Nachos? He said No and walked away from window. Bag had dorito taco instead. No offer to exchange order nor refund. Per online they DO still have tacos when checked at home. No receipt in bag to even know if charge differe. Really rude.

    When you pay high money for your food you expect to get a good quality of meat.... not even a teaspoon full of steak on the quesadilla.... And waited at the machine for a good 15 minutes no cars in front but a line behind me I heard them on the intercom talking about guys more worried about them then there own customers they have their waiting.... But when she took my order she was very snobby and I won't ever go here again... And smelled like pencil shavings

    By far the worst food and service I ever had from any Taco Bell!! Sloppy, cold, stale tortillas, inconsistent portions and every single item was missing something whether meat, toppings or sauce. One of the items I ordered wasn't even finished before it was wrapped. What I did taste before throwing everything away didn't even taste like Taco Bell. I hate wasting food but it was discusting! Requested a bunch of hot and mild sauce and received none. Young rude female employee who could care less and not very bright. Bye Bye Taco Bell Pleasant Valley! Not sure I will even have a taste for Taco Bell at all anymore.

    Worst Taco Bell experience ever. If you’re paying 7 for a steak burrito, you would hope they would have the courtesy to include it in the bag. You would also think they would make an effort in making a crunch wrap. Horrible customer service with employees that don’t care. Wish I checked reviews before we went.

    Came here after work at 10:30 pm Nov. 2nd. Ordered the classic combo, which comes with 5 layer burrito, a taco and cinnamon twists and a beverage (diet mountain dew) I also ordered a crunch wrap combo with a diet Pepsi. I added on a side of chips and cheese. I received my drinks of two diet pepsis, which was fine I figured she misheard and I kept them. I got home 10 minutes later and the only items in my bag were a crunch wrap, a burrito, one taco and a side of cheese. I spent $15. No taco for the classic combo No cinnamon twists No chips I called and could hear a lady in the background saying that's all I was supposed to get and that I was wrong. Until I explained again the items I was missing. Was NOT apologized to, the girl on the phone was very snarky.. was only offered to drive back with the food and get order replaced. When I asked if there was any other option she said no. I have been working for restaurants for 15 years. Management, serving and to go. I honestly have never been treated so rudely. And apology would've been a nice start, instead of talking about how I was wrong at first. At least put me on hold while you talk badly about me. Disappointed.

    Was the only thing my fiancé and I ate yesterday. Both of us woke up this morning with nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting. Coincidentally our daughter, who refused to eat her meal, is fine! Pretty sure we got food poisoning from this location!

    Don't even bother accepting any delivery order from here if you're a courier. 9 times out of 10 they will just waste your time. For all the people complaining about the food, that's what you get for ordering taco bell.

    The food was really good. Too bad I didn't get what I ordered. Two tacos were supposed to have extra cheese and instead had almost no cheese at all. One of my grilled chicken burritos was actually just a soft taco (wrong wrapper and everything). First time I've had a problem at this location or I'd give it less than three stars

    My and my family went to this tocobell and found that their service sucks along with the workers. The person that took our order messed it up the went on to give us attitude. When we pulled forward the food was shoved at us and the window was slammed at us when we got how and checked the food; the food was wrong they had forgotten things in the order and the drinks where wrong we paid for a medium blue slushy they gave us a medium. The food tasted weird likes it been sitting there for a while. Overall a horrible experience-

    This place is trash. Tried to oder 100 dollars worth of food like 5 hours before they closed. Yeah. I know. Sucks to make that much food. Do your job. And you want 15 an hour to tell me to go f myself? Yeah. You deserve it.

    Waited in line for over 30 minutes behind about 4 cars on a Friday evening, which I’m understanding of to an extent, but after 40 minutes of waiting received my order of food that had 2 incorrect items, 4 burritos made wrong and sour cream on items that don’t even have sour cream (I always order my food with no sour cream as there’s always way too much added). If you are short staffed so badly, with poorly trained employees, close your doors until you fix it. Will never go here again.

    I remember when Taco Supreme tacos were introduced. They cost more but the shells were bigger and they were the deluxe version of the smaller tacos. I'm not really sure why Taco Bell is still calling the Supreme a Supreme. It's not bigger and aside from sour cream, it's just a regular Taco! It was a good Taco. A tad expensive, I thought, but still good. The menu has really expanded. I only had a hard Taco but the selection was va$t.

    Just keep driving until you make it to the next restaurant. I was missing items and my chicken quesadilla barely had chicken or cheese in it. I was also the only car in the drive thru so it not like they could say they were busy! Wack!

    Everytime I've been here, they forget an item in my order or don't tell you that they're out of product for said item. Stood at the counter for about 20 mins before I finally got help, got my order then realized I was missing an item. Waited another 10-15 mins for someone else to come over to ask for help, told them they missed an item, they made it and I left.

    Staff is so petty. They literally put everything in our bag upside down. Like I get it, it really sucks to work at taco bell, I've been there. But it never gives you the excuse to treat someone who didnt anything wrong to you badly.

    Went there on 8/7/2022 at approximately 12:30pm and went thru drive thru. Upon pulling up to window to pay, there was some young kid with red hair and glasses dumping the contents of his dust pan into trash can. After he is done he comes over to window and just sticks out his hand to collect my money. Once he collects my money he proceeds to take off his dirty gloves and grab my food and pack my bag. The issue here is he didn't wash his hands after touching dust pan. Sorry but gloves aren't an excuse to not wash your hands. I asked to speak to the manager, he said "why"? I told him what he did was disgusting but don't think he understood. Explained situation to female manager on duty and got my money back. While I was talking to her, the employee did wash his hands. Now, I know if I would have came 5 min later I would not have saw this incident BUT the fact that I did tells me this location needs to do a better job training their employees on proper hand cleaning when doing house keeping chores in the restaurant.

    Went through the drive thru at this location after a late night concert with friends. Just like any other time, we wanted to do three separate orders. Tawnya T was the girl to take our order and when I asked her if we could do three separate orders, told us we’d have to go around three times to separate our orders or figure it out amongst ourselves later.

    My nachos bellgrande was not grand at all. NO MEAT. NO CHEESE. I received chops, hard beans, and some sour cream maybe? And the phone has been "busy" for 45 minutes. So mad. I have all 3 of those ingredients at home .....didn't need to pay $7!!!!! 😡

    They "forgot" the meat on my entire order. But I guess when you have a bunch of teenage employees that are more worried about hooting and hollering at their friends coming through the drive through than actually providing qualityservice; that's is what you get. I will never go back. I'll go all the way the taco bell in Middleburg before I ever go back to this Taco Bell and waste my money again.

    (Drive through) (noon) Service was quick, but the person taking our orders didn't mark down our orders right or even answer a simple question. When we came to the window to pay we didn't even get what we asked for nor what we were charged for. He didn't even give us our receipt and slammed the door before we could ask for it.

    I just went inside and ordered a Mexican pizza with extra pizza sauce. The pizza was smashed into pieces (that I can deal with) but when I was trying to eat it I found 3 large hairs underneath the mess of food. Definitely wouldn't go there again.
