Normally
I
wouldn't
bother
writing
a
review
about
a
place
&
the
bad
experiences
that
I
have
had
there,
but
this
has
happened
WAY
too
many
times
already.
Everytime
I
buy
food
at
this
location
I
spend
anywhere
from
$30
to
$50,
however
70%
of
the
time,
my
food
is
either
wrong,
missing,
old,
poorly
made,
or
overcooked.
Then
when
I
try
to
call
and
complain,
they
NEVER
answer
the
phone
and
I
get
the
fax
machine!
My
last
order
which
was
a
little
bit
ago
was
horrible.
I'm
missing
2
orders
of
Nacho
Fries
&
1
Cinnamon
Twist,
yet
instead
of
telling
anybody
that
they
might
be
possibly
out
of
those
items,
they
decided
to
just
substitute
them
with
chips
and
cheese.
Then
the
5-layer
burritos
were
both
made
extremely
wrong
and
missing
half
the
ingredients
on
them
and
one
of
the
tortillas
was
overcooked.
Also,
the
Crunchwrap
my
son
got
was
burnt,
so
he
had
to
peel
half
of
it
apart
to
where
he
could
actually
eat
it.
I
don't
know
if
it
is
maybe
the
quality
of
the
food
that's
coming
in,
or
maybe
lack
of
inventory,
but
I
do
know
one
thing...
The
kids
that
work
there
are
not
doing
their
jobs
correctly.
So
usually
if
it's
the
employee's
that
are
messing
everything
up,
that
means
that
their
managers
are
being
extremely
lazy,
and
not
providing
proper
supervision,
guidance,
or
training.
I'm
not
sure
who
actually
owns
this
location,
but
how
can
they
expect
their
business
to
thrive,
when
their
customer
base
starts
to
slowly
decline,
due
to
the
many
mistakes
that
happen
way
too
frequently
here?
