Loved this place! So relaxing, very clean, beautiful views all around as the rooms are nicely positioned, spacious and comfortable. The service was amazing! Sue and Danny are so welcoming and so friendly. Love the colours around the rooms and hotel. The pool is so large and heated, enjoyable all year round. Best place to stay in Terrigal!

Fantastic welcome at reception, very informative and great sense of humour. Exceptionally clean facilities, really close to bars, beaches, shops and restaurants. Pool and BBQ area wonderful. Highly recommend to all.

Amazingly friendly and hospitable from the moment we started in reception to the checkout. There were chocolate bars by the kettle and drinks by the bed that were complimentary. The cushions on the bed were upmarket embossed embroidered and the pool was clean and refreshing without being cold. The rooms were large with a lounge included

It was like a home away from home. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Accomodation was spotless and had all I needed. The bed was amazingly comfy, the pool was a great temperature and the whole place was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend

Had a wonderful stay! Staff and management are friendly and personable. Stayed in a studio apartment well equipped and has everything you need with a pool view. Apartment was clean and well presented. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Walking distance go lagoon, beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place, walking distance to shops and beach. Clean with excellent service. Family friendly and very safe, lots is amenities provided even on public holidays. The best was the heated pool and super clean BBQ area. Very friendly and helpful management and staff. We, our family group, enjoyed every second there. Hanna family.

This place is fantastic and very reasonably priced for how cool it is. Run by a Danny and his wife who are very friendly and welcoming. It’s super relaxed and beautiful. Amazing pool and hang out areas and the rooms are fantastic with very comfy beds. I’ll be back.

Super friendly Staffs. Beautiful location and everything in walking distance. Short drives to breweries and distilleries. Rooms are clean and fresh. Comfy beds and lounge. We upgraded into the Loft. We be back :)

Great little place for a getaway. The 2 bedroom apartment was massive, clean, and had all that you'd need for a family or 2. Nice pool with poolside BBQ area (yes, they supply what you need Inc condiments). Pub only 100m or so up the road. Approx a 10 minute walk to terrigal Beach.

Great stay perfect for quick getaway for 2. 3 minute walk to pub. We normally stay at the Entrance, Never again Terrigal is stunning and the people are great!. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Hide your valuables. We were having a lovely time until our second last day on the 8th of December in room 110 we discovered that my $200 RayBans were missing. We reported this to the reception and we were told that their cleaners are trustworthy and that “we’ve had our cleaners for 10 years”. They said that I may have misplaced them and that they would give their cleaners a call to see if any of them had seen them. However, if a cleaner steals a pair of sunglasses they obviously aren’t going to admit it. I also did not have my sunglasses out with me on this day as I came for a competition and barely used them. And whenever I did take them I would leave the case (which was stolen with the glasses) in the room. We looked at the hotel reviews just to find similar ones about the housekeepers stealing. The replies from the manager were “they are trustworthy members” and “we have had our housekeepers for 8/10 years” and the possibility that the customer “misplaced” it. We came back about 2 hours later to get an update and we ended up speaking to the manager who seemed to have no idea about the situation. Again he mentioned about how long they’ve had their housekeepers and that he trusts his girls and that I could have “misplaced” it. This seems like a situation that happens often and that the staff are trained the same phrase of “trustworthy members” and “we’ve had our cleaners for 10 years”. We ended up finding that this was most probably a lie. Looking through the Facebook page we saw two posts about a search for house cleaners back in September 2022. This means they’ve either got fairly new ones or a very limited amount therefore backing them up. It was also quite interesting that I discovered my AirPods underneath the same desk when searching for my sunglasses (I could have dropped it but I highly doubt it as it was directly in the middle and if it had fallen it wouldn’t have landed in a spot like that). It also wouldn’t have been a coincidence if they tried to hide it to take after we left. Also makes sense since my most two expensive items were off the table. Further considering I am only a teenager with teenage items on my table they must’ve thought I wouldn’t notice. However I am not dumb and know for 100% that I left my glasses on my table and did not leave with them. It is absolutely cruel to steal from a child who now has to wish for new sunglasses for Christmas. Without proof there is unfortunately nothing I can do but it is safe to say we won’t be returning due to the housekeepers. If you stay here I highly recommend you don’t make the same mistake as I did and lock up your valuables in your suitcase or take a photo for evidence!!!! Edit: The manager replied to this review, saying we had been away from the premises twice however we discussed with him very clearly that we had been away ONCE and shopping at Erina fair and left 9:30am and came back around 2pm (if you have surveillance cameras you can check those for proof). We immediately reported this issue when we arrived back and discovered that even the case of the glasses weren’t there. We very clearly discussed with the manager that the last time I had worn them was at the accommodation pool the day before and I had left the case in the room. I had not taken them with me as I was going to a shopping centre and therefore decided to leave it on the table and discussed with him that I did not need them.

Very comfortable rooms with all amenities. 10 min walk along the foreshore to town centre. Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay at the terrigal pacific costal retreat for the week . Great facilities and friendly staff Walking distance too many shops and the beach .
