    I did the 5 weeks beginners course with Chetana and have been continuing the live/replay classes since then. I find Chetana's yoga class very well balanced between the breathing, postures and stretching. I always feel relaxed and sleep well after her class. Highly recommend if you want to do yoga with a well-experienced teacher that will know when to challenge you or take it easy.🙌

    Thank you, Chetana for the 6 week yoga + meditation course. A gentle, effective and most educational introduction to asana, pranayama and differing meditation techniques. Your patience, knowledge & how the classes are led are perfect for a complete yoga beginner. I look forward to continuing to learn and practice.
