Since moving to the area, this has been my go to place for spa services and I have had many services all over New England over the years, this place is well worth it without breaking your wallet! The staff has been nothing short of amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. If you are thinking about booking here, do it! You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I enjoyed our first trip to Body Balance thoroughly. Melissa G, Susan L, and Jayla M. are wonderful technicians, soft spoken, kind and amazing at what they do. We did a seasonal body wrap, mini facial, 90 minute massage and time in the hot tub. The relaxation room was perfect to sit in, in between appointments. Everything was clean and sanitary and there is so much care in creating a soothing atmosphere. Tammy took the time to give us a tour which gave us so many more ideas on what we can try next time. The Himalayan salt room is high on my list! The last time I tried a spa was years ago at a more corporate place and it was horrible. I love the personal touch to Body Balance and can't wait to make this a regular addition to our self care routine!

Went here for my first massage ever after a horrible week. I left feeling like a completely new person. Jessica was very welcoming and checked in about my comfort often and was an all around amazing massage therapist. The facility is also much larger than it appears from the front and has a ton of amenities. Will definitely be returning here.

I love this business! Not only do they have incredible staff, it’s a peaceful place to visit. The services are the highest quality and if you catch one of their promotional packages they offer you really get a lot for your money. I go at least once a year for my birthday and they always go above and beyond with their customer service. You are never rushed.

I've been going to body balance since I moved to CT 4 years ago. They are like family to me! I always try to book with Jillian but when she's completely booked I will be booking with Melissa! I recently had a therapeutic massage done by Melissa, and it was an incredible experience. Melissa applied great pressure throughout the session, effectively targeting and soothing all of my knots. Her extensive knowledge in the field was evident, as she skillfully addressed my specific concerns. After the massage, I felt like a million bucks, completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Not only is Melissa highly skilled, but she is also incredibly friendly, creating a warm and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend Melissa for anyone seeking an exceptional therapeutic massage experience.

This was a very great experience. I had a therapeutic massage done by Echo who I highly recommend. The massage itself was excellent and after Echo took the time to explain what she had done and how I could improve those areas with working out, stretching Etc. The place itself was a very relaxing atmosphere the other staff that I encountered were very friendly. It definitely put you in a relaxed state to be able to enjoy your experience with the massage.

Jillian is amazing-highly recommend her. From the moment you step on the property where the light music is playing to the relaxing atmosphere and wonderful staff, the whole experience is wonderful!
