I was on the way to McDonald's to grab something quick for dinner when I saw this new food truck. It had the name 'egg' on it and I was like I must give this a try! Long story short - I ordered one Istanbul and one Madrid. $10 each. Both of them were really good and tasty. Egg toasted brioche bread with all the fillings and sauce - it was a solid performance. Very happy 😁👍 The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and helpful. We have a lot of food choices in the area and this is definitely a solid and distinct addition. Thank you once again 🙏😁

Tasty Korean-style toasties with a twist & 100% Halal! The toasties are so thick & yum. I couldn’t stop eating their Spicy Fries! And you must try the dessert toasties, I had Choc Block & loved it 😍 I also love hearing how the owner was inspired to open Korean-style toasties spot after travelling to South Korea. I was also chatting to other customers, who said that they love the toasties so much that they go to Egg Hut often. I’ll definitely be back to try the other flavours.

MUST TRY halal, Korean inspired toastie with an international twist. Approaching this place, I thought to myself "how good can a toasted sandwich really be"? Korean and Korean-inspired food hasn't missed for me, but could this live up to its hype in streetfood culture? Well lets put it this way... I'm glad to have paid this place a visit. Boasting an extensive menu that combines the famous Korean egg toastie with staple foods from other international cuisines, the most difficult part of my meal was deciding which sandwich was best. All stood tall within their own rights and combatted one another with unique flavour profiles. With ample parking, seats aplenty and staff nothing short of great, I've definitely got to recommend paying this interesting joint a visit! Drove past this place and decided to give it a try. Boy I'm glad I did. The brioche and egg are a match made from heaven. Love the food here!

cute little food van on Liverpool road that does delicious cheap scrambled egg sangers. It's literally just a van in the middle of a former COVID testing site, but there are seats to eat in. I got the Madrid which is scrambled eggs in a thicc brioche slice with chorizo and beef bacon with bbq sauce. Istanbul which was same same but had scrambled eggs, sujuk and garlic aioli. Best thing about these were that they were only $10 each. Large chips were $6. Great dinner or snack that was Cheap and cheerful!

This place goes OFF!!!! The food is insanely good for the price. They have loads of different varieties of the same themed food which is good if you wanna make this a multiple occasion trip to eat here. People are super nice and have a friendly vibe to them! The only downside I can really say which isn't really a downside is that its literally next to a petrol station so if you're expecting a 5 star atmosphere experience you won't get that here BUT the food makes up for it...

Wait times were quite long (almost 40 minutes). It was however a weekend and they seemed to have a lot of Uber orders. Otherwise great business idea and unique food. Also halal and very welcoming service. Food was tasty.

Toasties with generous toppings and friendly customer service. Plenty of options to choose from. We got the fish toastie and the original egg. The fish filet toastie also had some greens on it. The wait was around 20min, there was quite a few people waiting. Recommend if you are in the area, or are stopping by to refuel.

What a great place for late night snack! I love how fluffy the egg here. The most fluffiest and thickest egg toast that we ever had. Not only that the price so affordable and generous of toppings. Definitely will come back for more. Try the Berlin, the fish and the egg toast if you come here!

This egg based food track is worth all the hype. There is a great range of savoury egg sandwiches to choose from and a couple of dessert ones also. The food is prepared and cooked with passion. The ingredients are always fresh and the presentation is excellent. The wait time isn't bad and the food always comes out hot. As the truck is situated next to a busy road it can be quite loud at times due to traffic, but you can still hold a conversation. Outdoor seating, which can get a bit warm in the sun. However I discovered yesterday that they have a retractable awning which they can pop out. Great flavours at good prices. We'll definitely be returning to try the full range of eggy toasted sandwiches.
