So I wanted to grab something quick while I was filling up my tank. This location is at a Mobile gas station. I went in and saw two people at the kiosk ordering. I waited for a minute or two, but nobody else was in the store and I saw an employee behind the counter. I asked for two burrito supremes and she said "Oh, you're trying to order? Yeah we're trying to get everyone to use the kiosk." I looked over and saw there was a second kiosk, that was out of order. " Ok, no problem. I'm all set." She wasn't rude, and it's nothing personal, but if this is the way fast food is headed, where you can't use cash at all, and even if there is staff, you can't order. I'll be in better shape because I'll stop going all together. Some people have a hard time with those kiosks, and I'm not waiting while they figure it out. I wanted "fast food". Trying to get people to use the kiosk or not. Management should probably do a better job with this. What about the elderly folks? Not Taco Bells target base I suppose.

Can you go anywhere these days and not have to take your own order, bag your own groceries, or cash yourself out. You have to use a kiosk for the order, they have Noone to take your order, greet you, or give you a personalized service.

The Quality of the food has gone downhill. I got a burrito supreme and it was small. I can remember getting a big beef burrito supreme and it was big for the same price. It was good but because of the size not 5 dollars good

Ordered a short delivery was missing over half our order. Did it on Taco Bell’s website but the lady was very rude and informed us it was Door Dash and there was two bags sent out (we only received one). Call Door Dash and they got back to me and said Taco Bell was disputing the claim and refusing to remake the items we were missing. Now I have to call Taco Bell support tomorrow just to get my money back…. I just want the food I paid for get your delivery system fixed and don’t hire rude people to answer your phones

Nice decor for a taco bell. Clean and well stocked. Food is what you would expect from a taco bell. Ordering can be done at the counter or at the digital ordering terminal. Never had an order messed up here. Drive thru slightly slower than walk in.

The food was amazing, however six minutes later I almost didn't make it to the toilet in time because it was a 30 minute drive home.

The location is in a gas station lot. I do not like that if you go inside, you have to order via computer (Employees do not take orders unless you use drive-through). My food was prepared quickly

Nobody working front, sign says to use kiosk. Kiosks are broken so line was crazy long

The worst customer service!! The older lady at the drive-thru! Was rude! Like she was being bothered 😕 by waiting while I was looking at the menu. Not that it's her job! Or anything!

I like a clean restaurant, and this one is great. The staff pay attention to customers at the counter and are fast and helpful.

What good is having a kiosk if the employees can't read simple menu items? I'm tired of getting home & food is missing from our order, multiple times, I don't have this issue anywhere in New England but this corner of the state.

I just went through the drive through for breakfast. I have never had Taco Bell breakfast so I had asked for a minute to look at the menu. They did not have the whole breakfast menu up so I had to look up the menu on my phone. The woman taking my order was so rude and impatient. She rushed me through my order and kept pushing me to hurry up. When I got to the window she never even looked at me. She took my card and then handed it back. Then shoved the food at my face and still never looked at me. And then slammed the window shut. I have never dealt with someone so rude at a drive through in my life. There was no one else in line in front of me or behind me. There was no need for that. Then upon eating the food, it was cold.

I'm honestly so tired of every single time I go there they screw up my order. I wish it wasn't my son's favorite...but when I tell you every time...they forget one or multiple things, I have a stack of free taco coupons. I wish there was better quality control.
