By far the best concert venue experience I have ever had! The Foundation Room was incredible! You access it like a speakeasy - very fun! The 3rd Floor patio is beautiful! The bartender and staff were very hospitable and fun! The logistics with entering and navigating the venue were smooth and made our concert experience memorable. The venue was well kept and very clean- no sticky floors. The restrooms were also well maintained and very nice. Thank you for a fun memorable, safe, fun experience, House of Blues!

This is one of the best venues in Cleveland for a concert. It's not the biggest, but it's wonderful. The location is amazing. So much to do around it that you can come early and not be bored before the event. The staff here is wonderful. Always fast, efficient, and helpful. Good drinks and great food. Absolutely love coming here for a concert. I know it'll be a good show and I'll have a great time if it's here. Venue has standing general admission, vip seats, and balcony seats. I've done the balcony and the general admission and had a great time in both. There are several bars in each floor so you never have to wait long to get your drinks or food. The staff keeps the place clean as well. Both show rooms / stages are great. Can't go wrong at the house of blues.

We went for dinner and a show. The show was great, and I love this as a venue for that. Dinner was a complete letdown. The food was bland and dry and seemed to be frozen, then heated and served. There are so many better locations right next door for food and service if you are coming in for a show from out of town. I will be attending again for a show but never plan on eating at the house of blues before the show again. If you found this review helpful, please give a 👍

I was visiting from out of town and with a fairly large group. We stopped here for dinner. Staff was friendly but service was a bit slow. I suspect this is due to staffing shortages. Overall the food was ok. We shared some appetizers that were decent. I had the Cobb salad. The ingredients seemed fresh but the chicken had no flavor or seasoning. The salad needed more dressing too. Just lacked flavor overall. I had bread pudding for dessert and enjoyed it for the most part. The caramel sauce was very delicious. The only thing it needed was a scoop of ice cream.

VIP was the best concert experience! We purchased a VIP table downstairs and it was worth it 100%. The view was amazing as the VIP area is higher up than the floor. We didn’t have to worry about anyone taking our spot if we wanted a drink or to use the rest room. I am socially anxious and felt so much more at ease not having folks standing right next to me. Many concerts I’ve been too the temperature gets quite hot, but it stayed cool in our area. I would definitely purchase again for the next concert we see here. I tried to get an accurate photo of the view we had since I had trouble finding photos from the vip area online.

Great ambience and delicious food. I now know of only 2 places that make a Cajun Chicken pasta and they did not disappoint. It was amazing! I know it's a small detail, but they way they serve their fries is brilliant. They stay very hot for much longer.

Smaller venue. Attended a good concert. Opening acts were enjoyable. I did think my balcony seat was worth the extra bit of money. Drinks are pricey but the bartender was willing to give me free seltzer refills once my beverage was decimated. I’m not a huge fan of the ceiling. It’s a tad distracting. Thanks to the crew who let me back in when I realized I left an item behind. Quickly found it.

This was a cool experience. If you want to go to show you need to come in later since the live music doesn't start until 9 p.m. but if you're a fan of blues it's worth. Once the music started playing though it was pretty hard to talk since it was loud. Our waitress was fantastic she did an awesome job taking care of us. We ate there on a Friday night and they were out of several sides. Bad planning on the part of management. The layout of the restaurant was cool and the dacor on the walls were fun. They have old blues artists on the ceiling also. Nice drink selection also. I got the steak and was not disappointed. It was cooked perfectly for medium rare. The garlic mashed potatoes were also tasty. Sorry I didn't actually get a picture of but you can check it online. I thought the prices were a little high but I'm not city folk so I may be off on that. Still, check this place out.

First time here. Great experience! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Will definitely go again. Smaller venue made the show so much better.

Foundation room is always a fun place to visit. The staff is extremely tentative and fun. The food is superb as are the drinks. Only wish I had is that the have a bigger beer selection on draft. Craft beer is here to stay so might as well get better drafts.

I enjoy this venue but for sold out shows at high capacity, the TV screens that broadcast footage of the bands playing is always shutting off and doesn't have a signal. Not great for people pushed all the way in the back and can't see the stage. Probably should fix that for people who spend money on this venue, really isn't any excuse to not have a working signal for television screens.

(WTH) what the heck... This place is one of the greatest BBQ joints ever created... food was so amazing, melt in your mouth brisket, and the savory burnt ends... I had a great time. The staff was super friendly and organized. The show was great. The only downfall was $20 for a drink before tipping. I had such a great time though and all the staff was awesome! I'll be back!

Cool place with a good vibe! Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Sound system was pretty clear as well. Security was very on top of catching the crowd surfers safely. They offered us free cups of water as well! All the workers were friendly as well.

This is my first time ever going to the House of Blues. It's good to see venues like this opening up again. I saw a band called Red Wanting Blue. The place was clean and the staff was polite. Check out Red Wanting Blue on Spotify. I look forward to my next show at the house of blues! I would definitely recommend it that people see a show there if you get a chance.

I’m not a fan of the music, and the food was so so. The location of the restaurant is in a nice district in downtown Cleveland though.

It was my first time there even though I live in Cleveland lol. So I was expecting something different. It was actually a open area and the back had a few seats but you have to pay for it if I recall. So mainly the whole place is a big floor with a stage. And a balcony that you have to pay extra. Sucks but I don't make the rules lol but I digress lol and I still had a good time. Went there to see that arena rock show special guest blackwater. Never seen them and they both rocked. So the venue is big enough for the stage and fans. But small enough that if you have to go to the restroom your not walking too far or if you have to go to the bar. Depends if you're hanging out back there then you're good. But still pretty short commute from the bar to the stage. So pretty good area

House of Blues and good foods. First time here. I was so excited didn’t get pictures of anyone’s meal. I did capture the inside. Full of interesting art works. The colors, the vibe all on point. At the table was a bowl of gumbo w/a mini cast iron skillet of jalapeño cornbread and sweet butter delicious 😋. Bread pudding, Vegan burger no cheese thank you. A everything legendary burger, a BBQ Smash burger and someone had a rock me hurricane. Good location in downtown, boxed off with many other restaurants & bars. Close to the city’s baseball & football stadiums. Good service, and friendly folks. I know southern hospitality and now I know Northern hospitality really does exists. I added a few images of downtown.

This place is a decent sized setting. There is a pit type/ standing area up by the stage. Then there is an area that has some seats. Both of those areas are a different price. Then there is an area that is general admission behind those which is a standing only area. But it is pretty easy to see no matter where you are. There is also a balcony area with seats at the front of it and some more general admission area behind them. The sound there is fantastic. You literally feel all of the bass. The sound is mostly clear and easy to hear, but there is always the unexpected issues that pop up with live music to be expected. They do have food and drinks, but like most places they are way over priced. But overall a great place to go see a show.

Food was great and even though it was busy, the manager was polite and checked in with us and our server Valerie was great. Recommend the Pulled Pork and Shrimp Po-Boy. Definitely a must if you’re seeing a concert at house of blues!

We really enjoyed this restaurant while visiting Cleveland Ohio! The food was excellent, the waitress very friendly, and the ambience was great! I loved the jazz atmosphere. Live Jazz music being performed, and awesome jazz paintings. Definitely a place to visit on 4th street while in Cleveland!!

Went to the monster jam at the Browns stadium with the children and decided to come here to get some alone time with the lady. The live band played plenty of songs I knew and the atmosphere was great, the bar was full of people singing along to the bands songs and the food was pretty good as well. What I really noticed about the place was the art work in the walls but I didn't get any pictures because I was constantly checking out new pieces. Go down and take a look yourself. We ordered the chicken pasta and I had a double parry smash burger

The food was good, and the environment was cool. The only problem was it took almost 15 minutes to even be recognized by a server after I was seated. This isn't a 'seat yourself' place - I was escorted to a table, given a menu, then sat by myself for 15 minutes. Every single employee that I saw also saw me.

Great place to see a concert, any view in the house is good. It can get a bit crowded so get there early and hold your spot! Drinks and food are kinda pricey, but to be expected. Very cool vibes!

House of Blues Cleveland is one of my favorite venues for live music in Cleveland. Both upstairs and downstairs have 2 bars, and they serve food all night long. The music and lights were good, and the artists were awesome. There was a mosh pit going and every so often you would see the security guys handing out little cups of water to the people in the pit. They did a great job with crowd control and keeping all the crowd surfers safe. Overall loved seeing City Morgue! Definitely recommend!

Thankfully they opened on a weekday for a concert. The brisket loaded fries were delicious! And the beer was cold! Perfect!

Finally got to this rating. Sorry for the delay. I went to see Lil Darkie and it was amazing! The pit, the crowd, and the environment. Energy was top notch. My friend couldn't handle the crowd so I had to escort him to the bar for some water while we got an amazing side view of the stage. There are no bad seats really it's just the people. I had already posted some photos prior to the concert because I had some spare time, but this is my full review. Fan Base 10/10 Crowd 10/10 Pit 9/10 And besides the one incident of my friend being a weenie I'd say we need more hype concerts here like this.

Great venue to see a show. Drove over from Pittsburgh for Big Head Todd and the Monsters. Loved the early start and finish with no opener on a “school” night. Excellent!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. We had for the most part a good time. However the seats for disabled people are the farthest from the stage that you can get. Plus sitting in a wheelchair you struggle to see over the bar and people's heads. The only thing protecting disabled people are movable rope off stands, which the drunks ignore. BTW you are very close to the bar... inconvenient. Another thing to note is that my safety that night was only due to one security man. Thankfully he did a terrific job once the show got really heavy. He was too busy with other things before the show started so we were hindered by drunks. This really needs to be improved. Also getting into the elevator was hard due to the metal racks in front of the doors. I'd really like to give this place 5 stars. Hopefully they improve soon.

I love a smaller theater venue. The smaller shows tend to be so much better and in the two shows I've been at recently here the sound was pretty good and the atmosphere was pretty chill. It sucks that there's a no moshing or crowd surfing rule but I enjoyed both shows and had a fun time anyway Parking was a bit annoying, we parked in the garage across the street and for the first show it was $20 to park and then $25 the second time. I understand concert parking tends to be more pricey but $25 really sucked, even for a conveniently placed garage

Honestly, perfect location and over all amazing venue! The way the security handled the crowed was organized and everyone was so nice. The bar could use some more drink choices but was still amazing overall. Also having a place to put our jackets/coats was so awesome! 100% will watch a Concert there again.

I loved my time at House of Blues, everyone was friendly and helpful. The only issue was at the end when I wasn't allowed back in, and didn't know that (the show was over but I still had a VIP thing to do inside.) I understand the policy, but it would have been nice to know! If there were signs, I didn't see them among all the people, and earlier I'd been allowed re-entry with my hand stamp. Eventually they let me back in after some friends and one of the artist's crew helped.) Overall it was great!
