I ordered the Rasta Pasta with Shrimp. The taste was amazing however I could not enjoy my food because I had multiple pieces of hard stem in my food which I can only assume was from the poblano peppers they use. It was very uncomfortable to eat.

I love this place!!!! Mahesh is our favorite bartender...and salsa night was the best, most fun I've had in a long time!!! Everyone was great. Atmosphere was very class but stylish. Chic and stunning. Love it*

My niece had a wedding and this establishment did the catering. Horrific food. Meat was so tough we could not cut it. The salad was nothing but lettuce. The salmon was slimy. And the chicken was unrecognizable. Embarrassing. For the price and the service I would not recommend using this place ever. Could not even keep the cookie table restocked. Horrible to say the least.

Sausilito catered our wedding recently, and the experience was incredible. Especially during a time where staffing is difficult to come by, in both sheer numbers and quality alike, we had an exemplary experience. The food was as outstanding as it was the day we did our tasting, and we got EXCELLENT feedback from most of our guests on the quality of food, and the professionalism of the staff. The head table server was so kind, and took extra care of my new husband and I, as well as our bridal party. I would recommend Sausilito to anyone looking for a top-notch caterer, and am so grateful that they were a pivotal part of our most special day.

I have been to a lot of places in the downtown area but never have I ever had to pay tax on liquor. The drinks were extremely high!! It was a private event but they were letting people walk in to use the restroom and ask for directions. It was a security guard who was suppose to be securing the place but to busy line dancing with our guest & scrolling on his phone. They even had a gentleman sitting upstairs by the kitchen area just watching our every move. It was also hot in the establishment.

Good thing going here. Stop in. The bread pudding is to die for. Oh my goodness.

We hired Sausalito for our wedding and really cannot say enough positive things about the experience. First off, the food was incredible. We had so many people come up to us raving about the food - it was delicious, the portion sizes were perfect, and the wait staff was top notch. The price is fair, too! The food and service aside, it was truly a delight working with Charlotte. Of all the vendors and professionals we worked with, she was a breath of fresh air - communicative, energetic, patient, and was the one person we felt we could actually rely on. She took on more than she had to and I'm sure more than we were even made aware of behind the scenes. Thank you so much for all you did for us!

We used Sausalito for our wedding catering they were amazing! We worked with Charlotte from our tasting to the day of the wedding and she was AMAZING! She knows how to get stuff done! We used Sausalito for our wedding 11/18 and they were fabulous. We worked with Charlotte and Babu from the tasting to the day of the wedding and they delivered 110%. The food for cocktail hour was outstanding, the bartenders fabulous, the entree just as delightful as when we chose it. The chicken was tender, the green beans well seasoned, and the potatoes still the best I’ve ever tasted. Babu made sure everyone received their food on time and was so thoughtful and attentive. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!! Thank you to everyone at Sausalito, you made our day more fantastic than I could have imagined.

Sausalito catered our wedding and it was phenomenal!! The food was outstanding, but what really blew us away was their care for us during the day; Charlotte, our coordinator, was so sweet and wonderful. She got us drinks from the bar while we took pictures during cocktail hour; she made sure that some appetizers were saved for us and waiting at our table when we entered; she got us plates from the buffet; she saved us samples of all the treats at the end in case we didn't make it over in all the craziness of the day. All of our guests were impressed - and so were we. Thanks Sausalito!!

Had the best burger I ever had tonight. The 1/2 POUND COWBOY BURGER 1/2 pound angus beef patty topped with homemade onion rings, pepper jack cheese and roasted garlic aioli on a brioche bun with a side of fries

Very underwhelming, especially for the price. Went there for my birthday lunch , and felt very profiled until we pulled our Amex out to pay. Never offered us dessert and then the waitress comes back with the check with a chocolate cake boxed up. I don’t even like chocolate and she never clarified if that would be fine. Save your money and energy. We will spend our hard earned dollars elsewhere

They were our point of contact for our wedding at Forever Blueberry Barn in Sept 2022. We didn’t actually use them as a caterer so I can’t comment on their food. I mostly worked with Natalie and she was always very quick to respond, she was kind and always answered questions I had. We also worked with Charlotte when it got closer to the wedding day and she was great too. As it got closer to the wedding there were some communication errors and we had an oops with wine and water that we ordered not being at the venue but they were quick to resolve the issue and got both the wine and water to the venue quickly. They even gave a discount for the inconvenience.

I can't rate this restaurant because I didn't go to eat so you will have to try for yourself.

Went there for an event no room for an event of 40. No where to sit. Walking up and down those stairs better have comfortable shoes. The bar tenders she was great. But I wouldn't come back unless I had better shoes and they had better seating

Sausalito catering was with us since day one of wedding planning. They catered our wedding and we also added on a coordinator with our package. They helped us so much with the planning and reassuring us about our big day. Babu was honest and his costumer service was impeccable. That type of costumer service was reflected also by Charlotte. She was absolutely amazing, honest, helpful, and she helped me through every step of the way up until the very end of the wedding day with planning and coordinating. She did an impeccable job with Organizing everything and was so supportive and KIND and compassionate. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to coordinate our day. Charlotte and Natalie both went above and BEYOND !!!! We were taken care of all the way through by them and we are forever thankful they coordinated our big day. The food was absolutely AMAZING, all the guests said they’ve never had anything like it at a wedding and we’re overly impressed! The portions from the adult meals to kids meals were absolutely amazing and we keep hearing wonderful things! I highly recommend them as your wedding caterer they deserve more than 5 stars! You and your guests will have the top tier food on your special day and that goes a long way!

The small group I went with all agreed - the food was incredibly mediocre and priced too high for how bland it was. After we ordered, we waited over 45 mins for the food to come out. I don't recommend this spot.

Prices are a bit high for plates and food was average, not great. Drinks were high as well for what was served but at least tasted good. Nice location, can around the park and be near the lake. Service was excellent

Excellent place for a quick business lunch. Not too crowded, and even when full, the noise is barely a din. Quick, friendly, professional service with reasonable prices. A nice place to duck away from the office for a relaxing bite with a few co-workers.

Wow! A restaurant that actually cares "post covid"! First time stopping in and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The guests were nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. I just wanted to grab a simple burger and it was prepared very well, gourmet. I will definitely be making this place a priority.

We had an incredible time at Sausalito! We came here for a casual night out and had an incredible time. The bar staff and the owner interacted with us and we had an incredible time. We definitely recommend you coming here for an evening out in downtown Cleveland. Could not recommend further!

Small place but good food. More upscale than I thought it would be but that’s a plus. Small menu, I prefer that since it means they are taking their time preparing the food.

After a fun and yummy dine in “tasting” with Natalie, we decided to hire Sausalitos to cater our daughter’s wedding. Prior to the date, our new BFF, Natalie left Sausalitos. After talking to Babu (owner) and the new manager, Charlotte on several phone and live meetings, we were assured of the quality that would be delivered regarding food and service the day of the wedding, including Natalie and Charlotte’s presence to make sure of a great outcome.(Natalie was not present. Speaking with her after the fact, she was never contacted after the original discussion to ensure that she was present. Babu claimed he couldn’t control whether people showed up as expected.) The day of the wedding, Charlotte and the staff were kind, eager, and accommodating. The food was not. The steak- strip steak as advised- so tough and tasteless, it could not be cut, let alone eaten. (~50% of the guests ordered this option); Risotto and asparagus very undercooked. Salmon, cold and tasteless. Kids chicken strips, hard and uneaten as well as “mushy” Mac-n cheese. The cookie table was to remain full throughout the event. 6 large kolachi and many other cookies brought home. Ice cream cake never served at each table and 2 sheets also brought back home! After speaking with Babu, no resolution as his “customer is always right schpeel” was replaced with “it seems like you planned to ask for money back. 😳 Rude, arrogant, ignorant, condescending response. Take real ownership of your business and deliver what you promise or reimburse a portion to people who hired you and depended on you, Babu. We would’ve been happy to pay $12,000 for 175 people if we could brag about how fantastic the food tasted. That’s what we planned on! We never planned on asking for money back… We trusted you to deliver what we paid for in advance. I suggest you be a man of honor. The lower service score is not because of staff… service starts with good quality management and ownership.
