I've patronize this particular restaurant for years without any disappointment ever. It's run by Asian Americans who are both nice and pleasant. The prices are very competitive for the type of cuisine that they serve. And it's a hearty meal.

This place brings sooo many memories back. I kind of grew up off this place when I was going to high school and it didn’t make any better that I lived close to downtown so I always had access to Kelly’s. Me personally this is the best food spot in tower city and if you think about it they are the only ones still standing in Tower City, while all the other restaurants are closed down. Their potatoes used to be soooo fresh, spicy, and delicious. They are good now but they don’t taste like they did when I was in high school. I recently just had them and I did not enjoy my potatoes at all. They didn’t taste or feel down. I enjoy their bourbon chicken. I’m realizing that I don’t like orange chicken anymore. I still recommend them.

Don't go in the evening before they close cause the bourbon chicken they served us was old, dry, and hard!!! I was highly disappointed after someone recommended we try it cause their food was great!!! So maybe I'll try them out at lunch and see if it's any better.

Got Orange Chicken, Lemon chicken veggies and potatoes. Food good.

I've been eating here for years and everything I've ever tried has always been delicious. If you're interested in checking this place out and would like a amazing recommendation, I would suggest the lemon chicken. I will admit, i'm sort of addicted. When I use to work downtown, after work and if I got off early enough, I would always head over here to get lemon chicken no sides. While other restaurants inside Tower City have opened and closed, this location has been around for 10+ years. Need I say more? The staff are friendly and while it's a bit hard to understand them sometime, they've NEVER made a mistake with my order. If you're in Tower City and are in need or good food, check out this location before anything else, you won't be disappointed!

I went there with my mom and brother, i had the orange chicken, i absolutely love orange chicken, had the noodles, had the potatoes, and two egg rolls, everything was absolutely perfect

The quality of the food is really inconsistent as of late! Sometimes they're friendly, sometimes not. They are usually pretty busy and I don't get it anymore! Maybe because their prices are cheaper than a lot of downtown places? I personally plan to stop visiting for a while bc today was much of the same! The noodles were good but the potatoes were undercooked & the bourbon chicken that I was served had so many extra char pieces not even connected to meat that I was constantly picking through it to not eat so much of it. I understand some char is expected when grilling, but this is different. The value recieved for the price & food quality used to be really good, but has slowly declined to the point that I find everything really inconsistent. A lot of times I don't even finish a meal anymore because the items are not cooked properly or taste like they are just not freshly cooked. Perhaps they are being held too long on line for service and not being sold? Either way, next time, I am going to do something else with my money when lunchtime comes around!

Whenever I'm in Tower City I stop by here to get something to eat. Generous portions and the food is always delicious. My favorite item is the lemon chicken.

I was there for lunch. When I asked about the Cajun Chicken, the language barrier kicked in. Instead of asking me what I wanted the woman decides I would eat what she was giving with a rude attitude. I had to tell the ringer more than once I didn't want it and even tried to give me what I wanted plus what I did. Then she made my first card decline...I asked for diet Snapple, she tried to give me regular. They were very rude , they forget we have a weapon against this behavior....It is sad...they used to be good...oh well. They may not get another chance. Pitiful

The orange color of the chicken reminded me of Donald J. Trump himself. That made it a bit difficult to eat considering the fact that he is our president and our founding father However it was worth the sacrifice. Taste like liquid gold. I think I found some ecoli in it but other than that I think I did considerably enjoy it.

I watched Iin horror as the Latino worker give everyone a nice helping of what they paid for, but when two other black people were in line she gave them the bare minimum....after they paid for their food just like everyone else..... Then being the racist restaurant they are.... Charge me extra for more , after I call them out on it.... No apologies.... Noting.... Never get my money again!!!!!
