I'm so disappointed in the fact that Dunkin's customer service is this horrible at this place and I'm shocked at their lack of ability to follow simple instructions as putting cream and sugar in the coffee or caramel drizzle on the frozen coffees like it is in the picture. We have to ask for it because they can't make it how it looks and then get upset when they don't make the coffee right and people say something. Their coffee is so inconsistent with their coffees and customer service is awful!!!!!

Ordered several items one was a maple bacon sandwich and they left the packaging paper inside the sandwich and I almost choked on it. It’s not bad enough that we have to wait in terribly long lines and have people at the window not know what we ordered but now we have to check our food for our safety They need to be properly trained or properly staffed someone is going to get hurt

I totally get it that it is morning, and I expected the line to be long. But I waited and waited and waited. The line did not move. I pulled off to go (out of my way) to a different location. The grounds were ragged. Folks parked everywhere, including double parking at the gas station next door. I assume they are used to this ridiculous wait & they take things into their own hands. I do not have that option. I am disabled. I depend on drive-thru's. The next location had a line even longer. The line moved steadily. The drink was hot. The service was polite. The grounds were neat, clean, & nicely paved. I will never attempt to go to this Dunkin ever again.

Place is always so slow, but unfortunately is the closest to my work. Needed to get a coffee for someone on the way home and sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes as there was only 2 other cars in front of me. Last time! Go elsewhere if you want to get a coffee on the same day you ordered it!!!

Terrible customer service. I noticed they made my coffee wrong once I got to the window so the claimed to "fix it" by basically heating up the iced latte she initially made. They also used the wrong milk. The hot latte was cold once I drank from it. I went back inside and asked her to remake it once more. She proceeded to remake it and handed me this disgusting cup. I realized she also used regular milk when I got home. They hire immature employees- this is not the first time I have had an issue with rude and terrible service.

This has been the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes finally get to the speaker and waited 5 more minutes until someone took my order get to the window for my drinks and they was so watery it's like they ran a garden hose over the cups. Never again.

Updated black Friday 2023: They were really busy today so the lines were long and there was a way to get food. Despite that, the staff tried to be as diligent as possible and it still didn't take too long to get my food. My bacon, egg and cheese croissant was flaky and delicious possibly the best one I've ever had from this location. So they were working hard today but the quality didn't go down and that's why they still get five stars. Cold brew with sweet cold foam is awesome too

Took 15 minutes with 6 cars in the line. However once I finally reached the window the customer service was pleasant. My dog was pleased with the toy that I donated to get him lol.
