I ordered the cantina box and was so excited to try it. When I bit into It I cracked a tooth!! The chicken was ROCK HARD! Disappointed!

Food is always on poing and always as fast as possible. When I come inside every worker is On The MOVE when I look back at the kitchen. And the employees are always polite no matter how busy it is and in my opinion that's not very common in a fast food setting. Give these guys a raise TacoBell; this is the service that keeps me coming back!

Drive through line was long but they were working fast. I always order the same thing when I go to Taco Bell Dorito loco taco supreme and cheesy fiesta potatoes. The food looked and tasted very well. It was nice and hot. It was not messy. It was very neat. Best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time.

Amazing experience, we came after an event and ordered almost $35 of food. It came out within minutes, was hot, saucy and made with no mistakes! Store was also incredibly clean for how busy it was. Best Taco Bell I have been to!

Literally could not tell you how the food was because the three people working were sitting outside the restaurant eating and drinking during work hours. Nobody went inside when we went through the drive-thru. We pulled around again and asked "is there anyone in there?" and they all said no, and one of them started laughing. I've had issues at this Taco Bell before but not like this idc if it's petty. This was at 11:24 on Sunday, October 1, 2023.

Number number number 9, still the best thing on the menu. I'm old, so give me 2 hard Taco supremes with a Mexican pizza any day. And that Mango Tea! WoW 👌🏽

I ignored it the first time, about 2 months ago when the same thing happened . But this is just too gross to keep reccuring . Usually when I ask for a certain sauce lately, they don't get it right. Then they confirm and ask "is everything on the screen correct"? It's like they're intentionally ignoring me . I asked for hot sauce 2x's and they gave me fire anyway . And I didn't even use them . Because they looked like this ☠️ last time it was mild sauce and they were all peeled opened and still put into the bag 🤢

I walked into the store I was the only customer and the dining area and no one would come to the counter and take my order they were there talking so I walked out

This Taco Bell has some caring funny and enthusiastic employee’s. After a horrific and horrible TB experience at 10800 Lorain ave Cleveland Ohio. When I got to this one Missy (the manager) helped me out without a question. I got food today and OMG 😳 this Mexican pizza looks just like the picture. I can’t even explain how delicious it tasted as well. So thank you TB on west 117th in Lakewood Ohio, you guys are the real champs!

I had an online order which wasn’t in the system yet but the lady manager took care of me and found the order she was very friendly and helpful then a young man brought my food to the window very polite and friendly you don’t find service like this at fast food places any more.. Thank You Guys so much Service was excellent and so is the food. I really appreciate you!!!!!!
