Basically …there was a FLY IN MY FOOD and a biscuit had bite marks in it. I ordered it late last night (1first mistake) and by the time it got here i was tired so i figured id eat it when i got off work tonight. Luckily i took a good look at it before i ate anything.. now the fly was under the wrapping paper but still in the box and giving customers a side of flies instead of the cajun fries i ordered sounds like the store is overdue for a health inspection 😷 I hope you dont order there after seeing this.

This location is a joke. If I ever decide to go to popeye's again I will drive out to North olmsted. It came here the other day to get some of their chicken sandwiches Their wine only had 2 cars. The girl on the speaker box wouldn't Take your order. So after about 1520 minutes of each person sitting at the speaker phone they just went up to the window and ordered their food. Then she asked them to pull off into the parking lot and park and that she would then find them. It took an hour from the time I pulled in till the time I was handed my food. That is simply ridiculous I could have gone and sat down in a restaurant and ate and left before that. There wasn't anything wrong with the speaker box in fact when I first pulled up to it she told me to give her a moment. I didn't know one moment equalled 20 minutes. Popeye's get yourself together or just close down that location because it's ruining popeye's completely for people

Aside from the homeless man asking for help from every car in the drive through, had the pleasure of sitting in the drive through with 8 cars in front of me. Waited for almost 40 minutes to get to the window. What I wanted to order was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. Changed mind and got a chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry, but was actually good!

Worst service ever. Yesterday evening we went thru drive thru. We had a large order. Asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for the order to be filled. 90° outside. We waited over an hour. One of the workers repeatedly came out and said they were cooking the chicken. At one point she asked to see the receipt, never to return with it. When we got home we found the 8 piece was all breasts (we were expecting a variety). They left off 2 chicken sandwiches, we can't get a replacement, no receipt. We will never return.

Visited on Nov 4. Worst fast food place I've been. Popeyes is really good but the service here was unbelievably bad. The guy on speaker kept telling us our total after we ordered an item and when we said we weren't done ordering he said "y'all need to order faster". Got our order completely wrong then pulled us forward bc we were "on the timer" and then forgot about us.

Early this afternoon, after leaving the Cleveland MetroHealth hospital, we decided to stop in at Popeyes not long after they opened. We were told that they were short staffed, so it will be a little longer wait than normal. Everyone was in a rush, but working together to get everything taken care of. I just want to say that I appreciate everything and everyone who took the time to do today as far as Customer service. I worked for McDonald’s for over 25 years and I know what it is like to not only be short staffed, but do you have a restaurant for an online order coming in. Great job to the manager in charge in to the crew!

At this location the drive thru is a little confusing. There's a do not enter street, then the Popeyes parking lot, but if you need to use the drive thru, you have to drive just past the parking lot or you can't enter the drive thru. I waited for around 7 minutes once my order was taken. The sandwich was amazing, the biscuit was also pretty good, and the Mac and cheese was okay.

Food is delicious but I ordered Cajun mash potatoes and instead I received the red bean and rice. Kinda disappointed since I was really looking forward to the Cajun mash potatoes and gravy.

Didn't have biscuits didn't have small cups no cup holders so I ordered apple pies boom get the whole order n I have to wait for pies now I'm waiting on the side for 25 mins. Guess what my food is cold all for some pies this place is a joke everyone I'd standing in the back smoking some good bud atleast they know how to do that right!!! The manager answers the phone says 🙄 I'll send fresh fries r u serious? My whole meal is cold n the ice is melted in my drinks. The poor excuse for a manager brings the food out n flings the bag yikes how ghetto

This is the first time I’ve ever tried Popeyes. We got extra pieces of chicken and mashed potato, the chicken was juicy, and the cashier was so friendly. This store definitely deserves a five stars review. Highly recommend !

I wish i could put 0 star rating . There is such a big line and they are not doing properly . Literally i had to wait in line for 45 mins and yet it was late .i had to ask 2 times and they didnt even respond to me . I went to the door myself and had to ask them again they said it's coming but again waited for 15 mins and never came . Finally they came after 30 mins . Very bad service . There are 5 people working and yet idk what's happening with them . Soo dissapointed .
