I had gotten brows done here occasionally, but this was the first time I came for a blow out. The online scheduling system is great, prices are what you would expect and the finished product is awesome. As a downtown resident, it's great to see a small business open with the skills and experience to back it up.

Elaina does amazing work! My confidence soars to about 1000 after a blowout with her :) She is very professional, her space is clean and welcoming, and has the best attitude! She styled my hair for an event and I felt GORGEOUS! Plus, it lasted the entire night and still looked good two days later. Cannot recommend enough!

I'm so glad I found Elaina! My family and I were in town for a wedding so my mom and aunt both got up-dos while I got a blowout. Elaina was both down to earth and very knowledgeable about hair. Her attention to detail was excellent, and her shop was very conveniently located near our hotel. Prices were reasonable as well. Would absolutely recommend!

Elaina absolutely killed it! I’m transitioning. My roots (3inches) are 4c, the rest (6 inches) is probably a 3a but damaged. Elaina took special care to make sure she properly conditioned my hair without using too much heat (to be honest I was nervous about how it was going to turn out because she used significantly less heat than every other stylist I went to). My new curls are bouncy and voluminous. It truly took her 45 minutes. She will forever be my stylist. EDIT: the pic of me in the black sweatshirt is what my hair looked like after a rainy/snowy weekend. I ended going to sleep with out pin curling or wrapping my hair. It still looks beautiful. My roots didn’t puff up, my curls didn’t drop. I’m impressed.

Loved my shampoo and blowout but the best part was the spontaneous brow wax I asked for! She nailed the shape I prefer with such ease, which is usually hard to get because I prefer short-trimmed straight brows because my hair gets long so quickly and will look way too bushy with any makeup application. I will make a point to see her whenever I'm in cleveland 💖

Was in Cleveland for a wedding and randomly found this place in a search—so glad I did. It is a one woman shop—the owner/stylist was so friendly and professional and did an amazing job on my hair. My hair held all night (and still looked good the next morning). The shop is literally across the street from the Hyatt at the Arcade—so super convenient if you’re staying downtown. I would 100% recommend this place to my family and friends.

Every time I am in Cleveland, I make sure to get my hair blown out here. She is fabulous, truly a magician. My hair looks great when she is done and stays so for several days afterwards.

Elaina is such a pro. She did an updo for my hair for a wedding at 10am and it was still completely intact at 1am at the after party. Her updo was even better than the photo I showed that was likely airbrushed. She’s amazing. Run to her for any event updo.
