Would have received my one smoothie faster through door dash than by going to the location to pick up. I ordered my smoothie over the phone, took 15 minutes to get there, and the person the that had just ordered when I got there got her smoothie before I did. It’s no wonder with only two people working there. Avon location has a way better work flow.

Nice to have another location to grab a great smoothie from. Been going to various Pulp shops across NEO for a long time now, this is a nice large and clean location. Grabbed my annual Pumpkin Pie smoothie which is always absurdly delicious and today was no exception. Only one girl working the counter on a Monday morning, usually there are at least two people there so we waited a couple extra minutes, but otherwise quality and service were exactly as expected.

My daughter invited me to this pulp stop. But I was not greeted and not served well at all. The girls are to young for there job..we were served unfairly. My daughter visited another stop and was quite happy. But I suggest retrain them and show manners. AND leave friends out of the equation as well when working.

One person working on Saturday 12/02/23. Young trainee. I felt bad for him. He had online orders coming in. No manager or second worker seen on site

Workers are young and immature and look like they hate their job. They are not friendly and take forever to make a smoothie. There are far better locations. This one unfortunately is terrible, hence the low rating on Google.

Normally really good but the consistency is never there. Only go when the manager with the afro is in bc they always make sure my smoothies are on. Got a matcha match this time and it tastes like nothing but kale

I liked pulp until I found out they use white sugar in their smoothies.. I thought the fruit was all the sugar needed.. I will still go for the freh juices tho! Why I'm giving them 3 🌟 🌟 🌟 s
