Mercury Music Lounge

Live music venue

😠 Went during the week. Found out the bar had changed owners but that’s about all that has changed... Its still just as crusty as when it was tap house. There was legit 7 people in the huge space in the couple hours I was there. No live music.. or upcoming live music that evening. Bathrooms are DISGUS... People often mention music,

Went during the week. Found out the bar had changed owners but that’s about all that has changed... Its still just as crusty as when it was tap house. There was legit 7 people in the huge space in the couple hours I was there. No live music.. or upcoming live music that evening. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING 🤮 none of the toilet paper was in the dispenser. One stall had a hole and No door. Paper towels weren’t in dispenser. Bar in general seemed really dirty. This place has so much potential it’s unfortunate such a huge space sits wasted. Also there was no promotion for any upcoming music or bands coming to venue. Not 100% sure why it’s called a music lounge. My personal suggestions get a website together/social media accounts. Promote! Have something going on everyday of the week! You call yourself a music lounge then have live music or music trivia every night! Also clean the place up! Best of luck. My one positive is the parking lot is huge! Great parking for lakewood!

Pretty good music venue and bar. When you enter through the front, you will be in a large bar lounge. Through the doors ahead is the music hall, where there is another smaller bar. Plenty of seating was available when I went, however if the place hosts bands that pull a lot of fans they would need to remove the seating. The sound quality wasn't bad at all; however, I did find that it sounded better on the far side opposite the entrance than it did closer to where you come in. I was surprised at how many restrooms the place has. Overall good experience.

I get this is a dive but THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING. I would not eat here. Holes in the roof leaking water as you walk around. This is the same as going to hear music in a shack or an autoshop garage

Nice venue. Full bar with an entirely separate space that included a stage and its own bar. On this night, I came to Mercury Lounge to watch the School of Rock, a band of secondary school-aged music students. Parents & friends had a blast watch their children on stage to hits like, "Don't Bring Me Down" and "C'mon Baby, Do the Locomotion." Shout out to my girlfriend's daughter and School of Rock lead singer, Alyssa. Family & close friends showed up in droves to support her in her first public musical appearance. Everyone is so proud of her.

The staff was friendly and it is a great place to see a band. I was actually running sound for a friend's band, and the staff were also helpful to us as well. Also, the chicken sandwich from Oscar's was DELICIOUS - the hot buffalo sauce is fantastic!

Great mid-sized music venue in Lakewood. It's divided into a couple rooms with bars on both sides, great place to spend an evening. I met a smoking hot chick there so good luck to everyone else 😂
