This store truly went above and beyond helping me! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I came to buy a watch for my husband and send it out to be engraved. I needed the engraving pretty quickly (within 2.5 weeks) and not only did they make sure I got the watch before my wedding anniversary, but I picked it up over a week before! Super thankful for their help and kindness. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to Kay to have my original engagement ring re-sized. Upon arrival we were greeted by Patrick who went right to work looking up the warranty on the ring and helping me to choose the correct size for my finger now. He and my husband also discussed having work done on some of my husband’s pocket watches. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional, we look forward to working with him again.

We stopped in today to clean our rings. To find out there's a new manager here and we couldn't be happier. Past experiences here were not to great. I wish we had gotten his name, but the new manager was very informative and helpful in getting our accounts matched up. We didn't buy the matching anniversary band today but we shall return in the future for any of our jewelry needs.

I am 100 percent satisfied. It was my first time going to a jewelry store for a real engagement ring. They made me feel welcome and right at home. I would definitely suggest kay jewelers and will be returning.

This was my first time at a Kay’s Jewelers, as I was looking for a specific ring that my girlfriend wanted as an engagement ring. Patrick was nice enough to help me find the closest possible option and did an excellent job with setting up the package I was ordering. Went in to look for the Nightmare Before Christmas ring and my luck would be that it was my size. Both employees were extremely helpful.
