Subway
deserved
the
5
star,
however,
Ms.
Cynthia,
deserves
none,
due
to
her
LACK
of
customer
service.
She
was
very
rude
and
doesn't
need
to
help
out
at
subway
and
if
she
is
a
manager
she
DOES
NOT
deserve
to
be
in
that
position.
She
needs
to
be
retrained
on
customer
service.
She
was
rude
to
my
sister
and
myself
and
nice
to
other
customers.
All
we
did
was
ask
her
to
change
her
gloves
because
some
ingredients
that
she
touches
our
stomachs
can't
handle.
My
sister
said
light
sauce
well
there
wasn't
light
sauce
it
was
more,
I
said
light
black
pepper
well
she
put
more
that
light
that
my
mouth
is
tingling
like
I'm
eating
nothing
but
black
pepper.
The
rest
of
the
employees
were
very
very
nice
and
respectful.
