After being treated poorly by workers next door at Platypus, the experience was completely different here at General Pants Co. The employee who helped me out was lovely, very accommodating and polite. Good prices too.

I had the best experience. My mum and I went in looking for some winter clothes and I started talking to a lovely and very goofy (in a good way) worker. He had brown curly hair and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When I went to the checkout I also had a very kind hearted lady. I wish I got their names but I know that she’s also a teacher at a high school.

I very rarely leave reviews however I had the best shopping experience so I figured it’s worth one. I was served by Aaron and was incredibly impressed by his service and how he conducted himself. While waiting for a membership email to come through he made fantastic conversation and is naturally a great salesperson. He displayed impeccable customer service along with other members of the team and I will be returning to purchase more products. Great job Aaron and the rest of the team for creating a welcoming atmosphere and being overall good people.

Had the best shopping experience in this store today! Gemma and Archie were incredible at helping my mum and I today. They said they were short staffed but they were still so wonderfully attentive and friendly! They had great energy right up until closing and made us feel so welcomed!
