Bought a new Victa mower on Sat 29/7 and had trouble assembling it. First shout out to the gent who helped me with the purchase and second and very importantly to Tim who helped me assemble it today. Huge props and thanks. Was patient and got it set up. Gave tips on maintenance and then it worked a treat this arvo. Hopefully management see this and acknowledge his work.

I’ve been to this store to the point I’ve memorised where everything is, their customers can ask me and I can be more helpful. My only question is how did they even let the staff treat the customers so poorly for so long at this store. The most shocking store I’ve ever been to.Especially lady with the glasses at the service desk. Is it because they’re being selective? Ones that don’t have the right skin tone will be treated differently? Except for the old lady at the nursery section, she’s very kind and helpful.

I was helped by Glenn. He was fantastic. He cut all the timber to size for me and was a great help with showing me what to do and how to do it. With his help made a complete outdoor kitchen from formply and the doors with marine ply and it looks fantastic. Thanks Glenn :)

Always get support from the team members, Just ask staff then they will provide you with support . I don’t have anything to cut at home so always asking them to cut for me. Great service. Thanks guys

We were in a big rush last night and had no clue about what hose connection we really needed, Chris from landscaping saw our distress and asked if we were all good, from that moment in we knew we where in good hands! He help diagnosed the problem and got us our right part! So grateful for his knowledge and his help last night. Thank you Chris in landscaping!

Huge warehouse store for all your DIY projects. Warning: you’ll find tools and other items that you had no idea you needed. This particular store offers a hire shop, an outstanding paint section that will assist in matching your hard to find sun bleached color scheme, an order ahead and pick up service, and even a courtesy trailer to get those things home. This place even has a decent cafe!

Ok don’t usually leave a review but though I needed to.went into today ask a young man for help as I’ve had a hernia opp 6 months ago. Needed 6 bags of tile glue and a few things he was happy to get them and put into my car. Didn’t get his name wish I did. Thanks once again.
