Many of my friends have complained about the owner making them uncomfortable. Very aggressive person, and the venue is honestly terrible. Do not go here, there are much better places in the vicinity.

101 has really gone downhill this year, used to be a decent place for pickup volleyball. For example, you can no longer bring a water bottle for sand volleyball. It doesn't matter that it's over 90 degrees, water just isn't allowed. Maybe they'll change their mind after players start passing out. I tried to call and talk it over with a manager but their phone is out of service, seriously!? So they get a google review instead.

I was excited to visit 101, but it fell short of my expectations. The music was not so captivating which is all I wanted on a Saturday night. Pros: good indoor and outdoor space to hang, some sport activities

The owner is very vocal about not wanting certain "demographic's" in his bar, his words. He also goes on rants about "not being a racist but...." and makes lewd comments about women and is just overall a terrible guy. I will never patron this bar again.

Everything is great at this place. Drink prices, bags, and dart machines are anyways well kept. The occasional compliment from random patrons doesn't creep me out too much. Assuming when the weather is nice and enough and customers express interest, the outdoor sanded volleyball courts contribute to a wonderful atmosphere. Keep up the great work guys!

Super soft sand. Great time. Really long tournament.

Overall good place. Wasn't too crowded for a Friday night which is a plus for me. There was a wide variety of music playing. I loved that the music wasn't obnoxiously loud. Some places have it cranked so loud you cant talk to the person next to you. Drinks were a good value and well made. Vape friendly and nice staff.

Best bartenders in STL. Service and food is phenomenal and the vibes are immaculate. If you are in STL you MUST check it out!

This place is not fun. They run deals for blues games; but, do not have their TVs working. They run volleyball leagues; but, are extremely disorganized. They charge cover at the door; but, harass you on the way in (if you get in). For example, one time they barred entry to one of my friends because he was "too drunk" and they could tell by observing the vibration of his eyes. After explaining that he is half blind and showing him his non-driver state license, they still wouldn't let him in! A drunk monkey could run this bar (and perhaps one is). 1/5 would not recommend. Go to a real soulard bar.

Total scam. I got 2 beers and 1 seltzer, allegedly $5 each. When I went to close out, the bartender told me "the printer is broken". Later, my card gets charged twice, once for $15 and once for $12. If you end up here, pay cash!

Autumn and Christine is awesome my first time and I think it’s going to be my go to…. I love it there

Music was onnnnn point! Didn't get to play tonight, but the courts looked perfect. I'll def be back.

The bartenders are great, actually most of the staff is, but the DJ apparently never got over some pubescent fascination with obnoxious, offensive songs.

The bartender was friendly and made sure we were ok all night!! Volley ball game was lit! Eat a piece of complimentary cheese stick… fire!!!

Awesome place to watch the football games! Fun staff and great fried pickles. Will be coming back for sure!
