The burger was mediocre, falling apart and definitely nothing special about it. The fries were soggy. We spent $30 on two burgers and one large fry. No drinks. Haven’t been to a Five Guys in 10 years, it will probably be another 10 before I come back.

Five Guys, Five Stars God vegetarian options, very customization friendly. (a bit low on protein) Normal burgers also very good. A scoop of peanuts 🥜 for the wait time, was such simple but such great waiting snack. Very good idea. Shakes was simply amazing might be the best I have had from a fast food chain ever. Fries 🍟 very good a bit too salty for me but rest of the family liked them. I didn't get a soda but a family member said drinks were not tasting chlorinated, so that's also great. Restaurant was clean and spacious good distance between tables. Restrooms were quite alright, I'm still puzzled over how filthy people are in public restrooms.

Literally was told 2 minutes on the fries after waiting 4 minutes in my car. So after waiting a total of 7 minutes a family walks in. He served their order however I was Still waiting 2 minutes which was now 10. What a WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY! DONT LIE TO CONSUMERS!

Maybe it doesn’t look the best, but it taste the (second) best. Shake shack is better. Too expensive. Fries are soggy if you don't eat them right away. 4.6 stars out of 5.

Listen, I love Five Guys more than most people. Even though their prices are outrageous. The good news is that their fries are shareable due to the amount they give you. I ordered a grilled cheese double bacon cheeseburger which was decent. My only gripe was how loud the music was inside. Way too loud. Not sure why this is becoming a trend in fast food spots but it needs to stop.

Didn't get my shake till after I had finished my 25 dollar lunch . When I went to the counter to ask for it the girl says , I called that out already instead of any kind of apology. There was a guy walking around talking on his phone on speaker the entire time. The burger was average at best ant the fries had so much salt I couldn't eat them. Very very very disappointed. I'm not hard to please and I feel this location failed in every way. The girl that took my order was friendly so I tipped the jar 3 bucks but I'm sure she won't see it. This is the hanley location I'm speaking of. Terrible experience

The burgers and hotdog were really good, and the fries were delicious and hot. Active menus did a great job in listing the menu, as well as coordinating the delivery in a quick and timely manner. Unfortunately everything was smelling so good I was unable to take any photos. But trust me the food was delicious!

Usually I don’t care too much for the 5 Guy chain but this location is fire! Burgers are delicious! Dogs yum! Fries so good! Service is great and it’s clean

did uber eats here, but one of the very few restaurants i’ve seen in a few years that still wears hats, gloves, and aprons. that goes a long way.

I'm from NYC and this is 1 of the best 5 guys I've been to. Customer service is Exceptional food was great and the bathroom is the cleanest I ever used Great job Guys keep up the great work

The hamburger itself is good but no service and no help from the frontdesk. We were triyng to understand what and how to order cause there is no menu and the frontdesk doesn't help or try to explain how can we order or explain how it works, just asking "what topping" very annoyed (end of shift?). After the order i find out i can choose every topping i read on the menu. So the price is very high for just a burger with ketchup and nothing else, i would have expected and appreciated some help!

Good food, bit pricey, friendly staff. Why in the heckin' heck is the music so heckin' loud? Like you literally have to shout to be heard when you order. Considering it's mostly 90s grunge I highly doubt the GenZ staff has any control over the sound system, so shout out to the universe brain at HQ who thought people needed Soundgarden cranked to 11 along with their burgers and free peanuts..

The bacon cheeseburger with the toppings of your choosing is a must try here. Nothing can go wrong with five guys. The food may seem a little pricey, but trust me, it's worth it.

The cocktails were excellent. The food was wonderful. My favorite dish was the bone marrow appetizer.

Always great food! Fast service. It's over priced so we don't go there often but their burgers and fries are the best anywhere! Wish they would put their coffee milkshake back on the menu.

Came to 5guys 9:50pm workers were still there and they refused to open the door. "Closes at 10pm" is a pure scam, shameful, have more respect for your customers
