Excellent. Just perfect. The service is phenomenal. Everything was just right. Spiced just right. Great wine. Update: this is one of the best restaurants in the greater Cleveland area, it is the iconic Italian restaurant. Always friendly. The food is top notch.

Casual dress belies top notch Italian fare. Unique salads. Wife had the Italian Pork Chop, and did her happy dance it was so good. I went traditional with the Lasagna, which was the best I've had in a long time. Nice, hard working staff, great food!

December 2021: Upper leadership ordered the food for a group meeting. The catered options were limited to Chicken Parmesan, which many of us were okay with. Pros: * Tasty food. The sauce was just right and complemented the pasta and chicken very well. Cons: * I want to try a few of their other cuisines. One curious thought is whether they can prepare lasagna better that Gallucci's (who serves the best in Cleveland)? 🤔

Whats happening here? After years of coming here....sadly no more. Four of us out for a celebration. Not one of us was happy with what we order...and we all ordered something different. Not sure why everything tasted so salty, but it did. We didn't even bother to order dessert to celebrate a birthday. Why spend more $$ on bad food. In fact, we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert. We all left a good portion of our food on the plate. Wait staff didn't ask if we want to take it home. Maybe they already knew the food was bad. It was fairly crowded, staff do not wear mask or take any covid precautions (if that is a consideration in your decision for dining out). I can see by reviews that the owners do not address any concerns or comments. So this all is a mute point.

Update- I was unable to add a new review so I added to my previous review! We came back for the Valentine’s Day special we sat in Cathy’s section again, who by the way is beyond a great server!! The dinner was amazing!! We ordered mussels, and had the valentine special with steak, lobster tail, mashed red skin and broccoli. I have to say this has to be my favorite restaurant!! My husband and I visited Stancato's this evening and we're greeted and sat with our favorite server Cathy! Our food and service was as usual delicious. I would definitely recommend anything on the menu!

Haven't eaten in the restaurant in quite some time. They have awesome carryout and awesome catering for parties so we already knew the food would be great. Had the veal calabrese, eggplant rollatini, a Parmesan crusted steak, and a salad. The food was excellent. Everything tasted great and our waitress was on point. This place has been around a long time and the excellent food and service is the reason why.

The place is always super clean. The food is always extra delicious. And the staff is so friendly. Always have an amazing time. You should go!

New to Parma, heard this place was good. Must’ve gone downhill after pandemic. (Barely) Olive Garden quality food at authentic Italian prices. I ordered pickup, part of my order wasn’t included. When I called the restaurant, manager and owner refused to refund my $ for the food I paid for and didn’t receive. They said it’s not their policy to offer refunds of any type. They also mentioned how short staffed they are. I wouldn’t waste my time or $ here again.

Traditional Italian restaurant. The food is well seasoned and prepared. We use them to pick up catered food for parties a few times a year. The order is always ready when promised and we have never had a problem of any kind. The guests at our parties always enjoy all of the food. We will continue to go back there for catering! Update 11/2022: We went for happy hour and dinner in the lounge: but there are no longer happy hour prices on the food. The happy hour pricing is for drinks only. The restaurant is very clean and updated, which is good. The food was good but the entree could have been warmer. The server did not refill our water at all and never asked if we wanted another drink. I am changing my 5 star rating to 4 stars overall.

We loved Stancatos! The complimentry garlic rolls they bring you before your meal are cripsy on the outside, but soft in the middle. Sauce for dipping is also sooooo good, great flavor. I had the Cavatelli Genovese and it was to die for! I need that pesto recipe ASAP!!! My boyfriend had a pepperoni pizza and we both thought it tasted average. Not the worst, but not the best, just decent. I love that they have Sanpellegrino sparkling soda as well. Orange flavor was yummy. The service was also great! Our waitress checked on us often and gave a great meal suggestion. Nice, quiet atmosphere and we were seated in a cute secluded area. Very romantic for our first time there :) & not as pricey as I thought it'd be. Well worth it and better than any other Italian place I've been to. Will be back for sure.

Disappointing. The bread was excellent, the salad was okay, the chocolate cake was okay, the noodles were good, but the Alfredo sauce was awful. I have had Alfredo sauces at other restaurants that are bland, but this was worse than that. It actually tasted bad. I spent most of the meal just trying to decipher what that taste was. The flavor was a very strong cheese taste, like all they used was Romano cheese or something. There was zero garlic flavor, which should be a main ingredient for an Alfredo sauce. On top of that, the sauce was thin, and kind of watery. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

This is as authentic an Italian place as it can get. Extremely efficient and friendly . Our server Lindsay was so efficient and graceful. The Pizza is very fresh and the crust is perfect.

Always a lovely experience. The food is excellent, and our sever was top notch. Had the sunshine salad and loved the flavors of fresh fruit with romaine. Ordered my favorite veal picata, and it never disappoints. Smooth, buttery flavor, tender, and perfectly cooked. Our server worked all day and still was perfect. Kind, kept the food coming in just the right timing. She was the best. Highly recommend!!!

Wedding August 7, 2021. Food was amazing. My guest loved the food. Stancatos delivered on time to our venue. Staff was nice and professional through out the entire process. I would definitely recommend and use for more events!

Great place with good flavor to the food. We ordered a variety of food items and all were very tasty, good portion sizes and fair price. The place was very clean and staff were fast and friendly. I do recommend this place to everyone and will be back myself.

We ordered the Stancato Italian Sub for a birthday party. I have had it before when I used to work for a company that ordered catering often from them. Was still good. I did not know that it doesn't come with a bottle of their Italian dressing. We always had one with each sub we got so I just assumed it came with it. Thankfully I had a bottle in the refrigerator from the local grocery. It didn't really need it this time, but I like the extra for me. Bottom line its a great tasting sub and good value. Thank you Stancato's

One of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing. Big portions. Only downside is when you get a meal to go you get two rolls but no dipping sauce (there is no where in extras to add it as an option) so when my husband got there he asked for a side of sauce and the girl at takeout was rude about it and said he should have added it to his order because you have to pay for it (which he would have paid to get it when he picked up. Paying for it isn’t a big deal at all) overall still one of my favorite places but take out worker could have a better attitude

Very nice vibe, good food, the woman who serves at the bar did a really great job, getting to everyone in a timely manner. Will come again- UPDATE : 1/21/22, I moved my rating to 4 stars, while the food was still amazing. I felt the bar tender was a little rude, we overheard her talking to the host about being sat a table again, and they kind of just kept staring at us, so it seemed like the waiter was a little upset. We made a reservation for 8:30, the host didn’t tell us that the time was too late he still took our reservation. We kind of felt rushed out. But it is ok, the food was still wonderful and we will be back. Every experience will be different I am sure. Thanks again!

Love the food. Usually the service is good. Tonight is Christmas Eve and Stancato’s has significantly overextended themselves. There really is something to be said for knowing your limits. Currently waiting for a 4:30pm order. Food ready at…5:20p

We were there in a private party from a wake on Monday. There were quite a lot of us. Our server was the best! Nobody was there to help her and she expertly handled all of us. She was so kind and wonderful to all of us. I wish I knew her name, because I would request her anytime we are there! Food was delicious.

The gluten free pasta dinner was delicious. However……my only complaint is that I ordered it with chicken, shrimp, and mushrooms but when I got the order from door dash—there was no shrimp on top. What a waste of an extra $5!!! The least that Stancato’s could do when you order through a third party app is to make sure that the order is correct before sending it out for delivery! Other than that everything else was wonderful….

The place has good food and the take out option is nice. Sometimes they're hit and miss - I guess depending on who is working or the time of day you go. The pasta sometimes is a little overcooked and rubbery like it was sitting in a pan for hours. Other times it's perfect. Like I said, hit and miss. But when it's good, it's very good. When it's not good, it's disappointing especially for the cost. It's not cheap.

Food is ok but not worth the price they charge. 20 dollars for butter noodles for my daughter! The $25 lasagna portion I got looked like an appetizer it was so small. Also wanted to bring cupcakes as we were celebrating 2 birthdays and were told there would be an extra 25 dollar charge if we did that! Have never been told that before at any restaurant I've ever gone to...nonsense. Won't be returning.

We have a great time every time we’re here at Stancatos. The staff are very pleasant and never leave us waiting. The restaurant is two sided so you can dine more relaxed with family or there’s seating so you can sit with friends and sit at the bar. They serve authentic Italian food and they don’t disappoint. The food is cooked fresh and with plenty of flavour. I love the fresh bread and the gravy(marinara). My self and my wife will be attending again for sure. The beef Bolognese was totally different to any other I’ve eaten before. Very unique and very well done. The desert was so good too. Highly recommend this place.

We had a celebration of life luncheon for my uncle at Stancato’s today for a party of 30. Our servers Emily and Kaitlyn were just fantastic. The private room was set up beautifully and very clean and comfortable. The food was exceptional as was the service from the girls. I would highly recommend Stancato’s for any of your gatherings. 😋👍😃

Great Italian food. The bread and salad with your meal are both awesome. You can pick what type of side salad you want (Mediterranean, antipasto, etc) which is unique and great quality. Very generous portions and friendly staff
