when
i
approached
the
front
counter
to
order
my
drinks,
the
woman
just
stared
at
me,
without
a
greeting,
i'm
assuming
just
waiting
for
me
to
begin
to
order.
i
said
"good
morning
how
are
you
doin
today?"
she
shook
her
head
and
responded
"oh
please
don't
ask
me
any
questions"
i
said
"ok
then"
and
proceeded
to
order
my
cold
brew
and
matcha..
i
asked
for
a
sippy
cup
lid
on
my
cold
brew
and
she
responded
"yup
it
comes
that
way".
i
asked
for
no
ice
and
unfortunately
there
was
ice
in
my
drink..
i
already
waited
about
5
minutes
for
the
first
drink
so
i
didn't
want
to
ask
the
workers
to
remake
it
(especially
because
they
had
a
long
line
both
inside
and
at
the
drive
thru).
a
few
minutes
later,
a
employee
asked
what
else
i
was
waiting
for,
apparently
my
drink
sticker
was
lost.
the
gentleman
apologized
for
my
wait.
the
woman
next
to
me
said
she
was
waiting
20
minutes
for
her
food
order.
i
understand
things
happen
and
machines
break
down
etc.
but
that
was
no
quick
visit
for
2
drinks
