    It doesn’t matter which donuts you request, they do not listen and give you whatever they want. Now I have a box full of donuts and a house full of kids that won’t eat most of them… thanks again, Dunkin! I guess it is worth a few more miles to go to Jack Frost where you can go inside and watch what they place in the box.

    NOT EVEN a 1 star!! worst dunkin around. stopped in with a couple friends for drinks & sandwiches. had two workers, no manager. friend asked for a grilled cheese, “sorry we cant make that. we don’t know how and aren’t trained too.” while it’s not workers fault entirely, handled it with a bad attitude. & then! on top of that, frozen hashbrowns! couldn’t get a refund for the gross food because of no manager! their entire staff here needs to be checked…

    Coffee tasted great, but woman at the window who took my money didn't say a single word to me, no thank you or hi how are you doing. Not a fan of that kind of treatment.

    Stood in line for 15 minutes - woman in front of me had been there much longer without having order taken. At least 5-6 employees working in this small store. Manager completely unaware of the issue it seemed. 3 employees just staring at a machine while customers in line. Woman in front of me was very patiently waiting without even acknowledging any of us. Lost 3 customers.

    I’m not sure what has happened recently, seems like all new staff. Orders are often wrong or missing items. You see every car slowly pulling away and/or stopping to verify orders. Very long slow lines recently as well.

    I am in sales and work all across NE OH & have been to probably almost every Dunkin as a result. I can confidently say that this one is the absolute worst. No matter what time of day I go, the employees are rude, slow, and almost always get my order wrong. They have to ask me pretty much every time what was on my mobile order as well…umm how do they not have that!? The inside is almost always closed for ordering as well. Stinks as it’s the closest one to my home and have to endure this one the most.

    I picked up donuts and coffee. The guy at the window was nice. My only issue is not having all of my order done and asking me to go back through the line. Then sitting in the line waiting for 6 cars to order then finally reaching the window again. I came through the drive through to be quick and convenient. Every other place runs it out or has you wait. There should honestly be an easier way.

    Bad service. I went through the drive thru and tried to order 2 wake up wraps, 1 with sausage, 1 with bacon. A worker kept interrupting me by barking and making other weird animal noises. I had to repeat my order multiple times for them to process. After getting our food and pulling away, we saw that neither of the wraps had meat in them, so we had to go back through for them to give us the right order.

    This Dunkin’ Donuts has a terrible Customer service. The only time I seen anybody smile is when they messed up a customers order girl said I’m not required to smile. I think she should get a job away from the public. Management must be aware of all the bad reviews I’ve never walked into a Dunkin’ Donuts and seen an empty tip bowl that said it all and this is my first ever review in my life. They were absolutely terrible. Well actually, the one girl was.

    At 7:30 pm on a Friday night I wanted to purchase one glazed donut for my child. A special treat. I was told by the female cashier that they have zero donuts of any kind. None. Zip. The business closes at 9 pm. Isn’t donuts your main food feature of your business?

    I visit the location very often. I have to say over the last few weeks arrive has declined. The last 2 days my food order has been wrong and the wait for the drive thru has been ridiculously long. I normally wouldn’t say anything but second day in a row my order was wrong. Step it up Dunkin.

    I am usually in the area working I will never stop by this Dunkin again. Everyone was rude, I sat at the counter for about 4 minutes while employees walked past. No one said “someone will be with you in a moment” not even a “hello”. The young lady came to the register ordered HER food on the register then proceeded to tell me someone will be with me in a moment. After she was finished she took my order. Granted I understand it’s “fast food” however that was very unprofessional. This location is an absolute no for me.

    Went through the drive through said some of my order they said hold on then came back and proceeded to say the wrong order. The employees need to clean out their ears and learn to listen carefully when a customer is speaking

    I order strawberry coolatta almost everyday and I ordered it from here and it was the worst, it taste like a bad lemon coolatta and when I told them they said everyone else makes them wrong and they are the only one making them right ,yuck wasted money ,they weren't even apologetic. Never order from here on broadview

    when i approached the front counter to order my drinks, the woman just stared at me, without a greeting, i'm assuming just waiting for me to begin to order. i said "good morning how are you doin today?" she shook her head and responded "oh please don't ask me any questions" i said "ok then" and proceeded to order my cold brew and matcha.. i asked for a sippy cup lid on my cold brew and she responded "yup it comes that way". i asked for no ice and unfortunately there was ice in my drink.. i already waited about 5 minutes for the first drink so i didn't want to ask the workers to remake it (especially because they had a long line both inside and at the drive thru). a few minutes later, a employee asked what else i was waiting for, apparently my drink sticker was lost. the gentleman apologized for my wait. the woman next to me said she was waiting 20 minutes for her food order. i understand things happen and machines break down etc. but that was no quick visit for 2 drinks /:

    The staff had a line of cars about 8 long around 7:20 this morning, along with a number of people waiting inside the shop, and 15 minutes later the line was clear and the shop was empty (I was the last in the morning rush). The staff were helpful, the establishment was clean and the wait was great for two dozen donuts. Definitely stop here if you're in a rush and need some perk to start your day out right. ☕🍩

    Worst DD around here. The drive thru line was a mile long so I thought I’d just run in real quick for my two donuts. The guy was rude beyond belief and informed me they don’t have registers open and that they forgot to put the sign out. But yet told me to do a mobile order as I’m standing there. Makes no sense but he continued to yell at me. DO not go to this location!!! Rude rude rude!

    Love Dunkin’ Donuts but literally every time I go to this particular location they get my order wrong, forget something in the order but still charge you, forget your straws….. the list is amazing but every time I a few months later I go maybe it changed here and let’s give it another try but nope lol. Today they forgot the cream cheese on my beagle… I’m officially done with this one.

    I walked in today and ordered of coffee with a grilled cheese and hash browns . Tell me why the only 2 people that are there are untrained and don’t know how to make any of the hot foods. She told me “sorry me and him weren’t really trained on how to make those so i can’t make it”. She charged me after she knew no one knew how to make it. When i got my hash browns they were frozen in the bag and when i handed them back to her she said “oh i thought i had the oven on” at that point i just asked if i could get a refund and then she said she’s not able to because there isn’t a manager there which i do understand but??!! who left these untrained workers to operate this dunkin by themselves seriously. Worst experience.

    The Americans with Disabilities Act has been federal law for 32 years. Yet this business continues to discriminate against people with disabilities. They don't even have a single accessible parking space that meets either the federal ADA law or Ohio code.

    Even with at least 5 workers, one of which was a manager, they chose not to serve walk-in orders. Believe there was 6 but for the sake of certainty I'll say 5. We were greeted apologetically upon walking up to the counter and told only drive through and mobile orders were being accepted as they were short staffed. Upon asking they confirmed you could wait and make an order on the app. Once order was in the drinks came out quickly but there was no sign of the food so we waited. Having already retrieved the drinks and donuts more than 10 minutes passed and no food. Finally someone else's food was set out so I asked about the order. They checked and I was informed they were now out of an ingredient. We agreed on a replacement item and THEN they began making the food items. After another 4-6 minutes the food came out with never an apology. I understand Sunday morning is a busy time/day for them. But w such a small prep station I can't see where 7 or 8 people would even make a difference. And the same worker greeting was packing donuts, then putting food into the toaster and getting the online orders from the printer. Workers were moving n working. This appears to be more of an issue with mismanagement and role assignments. And there were at least 5 other patrons who walked in to order while we were there too. The younger ones jumped to their phone while the elderly were left dumbfounded as to why they couldn't just take the order same as the drive thru.

    I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. They are always SO nice and friendly. I messed up my drink order and they were quick and remade it and didn’t make me feel bad for messing up. Shout out to Kelsey; she is the nicest barista I’ve ever encountered. And thank you Taylor for fixing my mess up! You remade it perfectly! Always great service and great coffee at this Dunkin. They are the BEST Dunkin in the Parma area by far. Will be back so soon!
