First of all, the food here is not bad, but not always. It depends on the shift. And here it is almost always dirty and there are a lot of vagabonds and other antisocial people. Some of them are constantly sleeping at the tables, they come with their own food and alcoholic (!) drinks. They act loud and they even smoke! (See photo) It's unpleasant. Especially when tobacco smoke gets inside, because a person smokes right at the table for customers in front. And this is provided that there are signs everywhere that "these places are only for customers". When I called the supervisor Dan and pointed out to him this trouble on their part, he just shrugged his shoulders. I was polite, calm and showed him that a non-customer was smoking right at the next table. He didn't say anything. That day I left. Then I came back the next day. There was a non-customer in a cafe that positions itself as health. He had a plastic glass, into which he poured yellow liquid when it ran out. It was dirty and smelled bad. He periodically jumped up, shouted something and waved his arms. It was scary and embarrassing. On the same day, the cashier girl cheated me for $ 8. I didn’t notice it right away and at the end of the meal I came up and clarified the situation. Luckily, my check was in their hand! I asked to explain the situation and the girl said that she had already returned the money to my account. I told her why I was not notified immediately about this error, she did not say anything about it. I just left, I was polite, calm and understood that if I had not come to clarify the situation, they would have taken this money for themselves, that is, they would have stolen (?). By the way, they still have not refunded. On the same day I told them that the broth has a lot of pepper and salt. And I didn't even ask for a refund. They kindly changed it for me, apparently by adding water, and there are no problems. I continued to communicate with my wife. I was calm and polite. He did not offend anyone, did not wave his arms and did not shout. Today I came and they told me that ... they will no longer serve me for the reason ... that I am evil. Really?!) This is me, who is a regular customer who improves the service by giving feedback. This decision was made by a manager who did not even see a single situation. Dina or Lina. That is, she made a decision without understanding the situation. This is very unprofessional. It is not surprising that such a dirty cafe and service depends on the shift. The girl and supervisor Dan turned me down in an annoyed manner. I placed an order via mobile order. They cooked it, and when I came up to just pick it up, they told me to ... get out of here. I asked, is this true? Supervisor Dan, said yes, go away, we don't serve you. I captured it all on video and left. It wasn't me who was rude, it was the staff who were rude. Frankly, it was quite humiliating. And this is in America, where there is a law against discrimination against members of society. Here, you guys are very wrong. Did you think that I am a foreigner, and in this way you can solve the problem by simply kicking me out? But you just found the problem. This start guys for you will be unforgettable. I'll go to court and please prepare the videos where I behaved badly and was rude. You won't find out. This is discrimination guys and you broke the 1964 law. By the way, I have all the evidence, including the video. I already spoke to my lawyer and he told me that you violated my rights. If you are not fools and professionals, you will correct the situation before it gets wide publicity. P.s. Yes, maybe I am a person who wants good service and a favorable environment. And all I did was give feedback to the establishment and ask them to better monitor the service. But I have never been rude, never shouted, waved my arms, threatened or been angry.

Some of the best coffee in downtown and great healthy and hearty food in a very cool location. It is inside public square, with a big picnic table area and views of terminal tower. The concept is bowl based dinners that you order at the counter and your name gets called for pickup. There is 5 signature bowls or you can make your own. They also have some beer, wine, CBD water, smoothies, juices and very good coffee. They also have some breakfast sandwhiches to go along with the morning coffee. Great spot all day long for a healthy, casual meal. One warning, inside area is not huge on a rainy or cold day.

Cute place during the winter! I walked in with a craving for something sweet, and their gluten free/vegan brownie just hit the spot! I didn't even have time to take a picture of it. I'm not a huge coconut fan and you could taste the coconut sugar in it, but it's a tasty healthy treat. The seasonal ice rink is right outside, so it added to the ambience. If I'm back on the area I'll for sure try a bowl!

Real Food.. Real Delicious. Chicken Chimi Bowl $12 was a tasty combination of texture and flavor.. especially Chicken.. and Citrus Guac.. Wow!.. Dine in.. and be inspired by the decor.. or sit outside and enjoy a nice part of the downtown Cleveland skyline and atmosphere. Friendly staff that even when busy service was good.

Awesome location for sure. Good selection of food to get you a bite to eat in the morning. Outside patio really hits though, great location to meet up with some friends and enjoy the city center in Cleveland.

As another reviewer said: Don’t confuse this with chipotle as it’s SO much better. Also wider theme on fitness/wellness/food. But also: Great food and price. Fresh, unique, nothing to not like. Highly recommended. Hope they catch on nationally - god knows we need it.

The location is nice with in and outdoor seating. Lovely views throughout. Service was lackluster though. The girl that took our order was very abrupt and borderline rude even though it was not busy when we went in. I had an immunity bone broth and steak rebol 2.0 with some of their reverse osmosis water. The food was very good.

We don’t go here often enough but have to tell you it is a solid place for good food. I would not consider them fast food but a great place for breakfast on the weekend. Oh and they offer CBD option.

First time here and i we found it on google so we gave it a try and it was delicious. I had a create your own bowl with grass fed steak, white rice, humus, goat cheese, scallions and yum yum sauce. It was amazing and their smoothies are fantastic too!

Got the Build a Bowl and Over Night Oats and lemme tell ya, more filling then Chipotle and the flavor in here in insane. I'd recommend to anyone and the service was fast. Done in 8 minutes. Oats were great too. Great for dieting. Definitely coming back!

Food here is great but was over $20 for a bowl and tea. Seemed a little steep but overall I would go back. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great spot to sit and watch people while you eat.

This place was super cool. The coffee was good but the sweet potato fries were so good. The aioli and seasonings made them even better. Personally I did not like the Rose Matcha Latte. Too sweet and did not taste at all like matcha. The bathroom is weird because the water does not run in the sink, but they have a hand washing machine outside of the bathroom...but the soap is only inside. Also, there is no sign saying that the water does not work. So you stand there for 2 minutes trying with soap on your hands. Overall good place.

Never spot on Public Square. There is two parking spots on the street that you can park if you want to run in and get take out. Food is decent. Wish the corn was dairy free/vegan. Overall, decent food Atmosphere is simple. A few places to sit. Outside there are several picnic tables. Beer is served here Offers gluten free options

The service was great even with a crowd of neon vested workers ordering the wakin bacon breakfast Sammie. I followed their lead and ordered my own. It was just ok and should have been served with a fork. The bacon was crispy, just the way I like it, but the eggs were a sloppy mess. The sandwich served its purpose though, and this was important since everything, even Addy’s was closed on this Tuesday morning.

Amazing customer service i had a stake bowl and a chai latte delicious definitely recommend and will go back. And you can also enjoy the Christmas decorations outside take pictures and all. I took a picture to show the view from inside the restaurant

Delicious and healthy! I was glad to find this in downtown. I got the vegan power bowl and it was a moderate portion but still filling. The falafel is amazing!

Ordered from DoorDash, got the order pretty quickly but opened the bag and noticed my cookie was missing…ok no problem, I just got on and logged that it was missing. Started eating my bowl and bit down on something hard…it’s a seed. Ok I can understand but maybe check over your ingredients so someone doesn’t chip a tooth?! Continue eating and bite into something hard AGAIN and pull it out and it’s something unidentifiable to me. So gross! Please check your ingredients before you send out food, I ended up throwing my meal in the garbage.

A nice spot for a quick healthful lunch! I enjoyed being able to customize my bowl, and that makes REBOL great for health-minded groups or picky eaters. The food was very tasty and of good quality.

We chose Rebol catering service for a small, casual dinner party. Ordered online smoothly but I recommend you call the number provided a couple times leading up to your event to ensure your order was received. The main catering leads were helpful and nice. Most important, the food was prepared as ordered and delicious - a definite hit for my party.

I definitely would rather have chipotle. The taste is just okay. I paid around $15 for one bowl with caulirice. I loved their healthy options ! I wasn’t a fan of the wait time or how cold the food was even though I ordered in person. It may have tasted better if it were warm and better layered. In the future I would get guacamole on the side so it would be possible to heat and mix my food. I had the cookie and chips which were delicious and added an extra star just for those two things. Yum!

Healthy and delicious food, what a great combination. The servers were polite and efficient. I thought their menu was well labeled especially for people who follow a certain type of diet. It is well appreciated.

Super delicious food, great atmosphere, and VERY reasonably priced for the quality of food you get. Loved the portion sizes as well! I'm always looking for healthy options near school (being a college student is practically a full time job these days), and I will definitely be coming back soon! Great place!! This is a fantastic health food restaurant, not only is it healthy but tastes delicious!! I didn’t feel gross after eating my fill! Love this place!! Got the breakfast bowl with sweet potatoes and kale (and loved the goat cheese on it), as well as the oatmeal. Husband enjoyed the bone broth which is on his pre surgery diet- happy to find this place and wish they had this restaurant down south

I don't know that my order has ever been 100% correct but I'm not picky when I come here. Every bowl I have ever had has been absolutely amazing. I love their food. I typically come in large groups which is why my order probably gets messed up a bit but that is ok. For the price you don't get as much meat as you would love to have but the quality of the food is outstanding. They are a bit hipster but that doesn't bother me either just wanted to point that out if someone cares.

I called the store 10 times. No answer. I ordered through doordash two chicken bowls and a bone broth. DID NOT RECEIVE MY BONE BROTH or my sauce on the side. Okay, that’s fine. I went to open my “pasture raised chicken” bowls. And guess what was in it??? Fried boneless frozen made chicken. Totally not healthy as I’m eating cleaner and want real chicken. And did I fail to mention only 6 pieces were in it? Terrible service and so disappointed. I was a previous employee and I can’t believe this coming from Rebol. I guess since I left the place went downhill. The owners are terrible people too by the way. RACIST and discriminatory! I will never come back and support this place. I spent $50 on this meal to end up disappointed.

Rarely write reviews but REBOL deserves one. I am always on the lookout for healthy food options and this place is it. I was visiting Cleveland for the first time and went here for breakfast and lunch. Yummy smoothies, bone broth and bowls with quality ingredients. Highly recommend!
