My
husband
and
I
recently
traveled
to
Cleveland
so
I
could
be
evaluated
for
a
surgery
there,
and
we
picked
the
J
Palen
House.
It
was
fantastic.
What
really
stands
out
to
me
is
that
when
we
arrived
Cleveland
had
a
lot
of
snow,
but
the
b&b
made
it
a
point
to
shovel
out
a
space
for
us
and
put
cones
down
so
no
one
would
take
our
spot.
I
was
just
really
impressed
with
the
foresight
and
thoughtfulness
to
do
that
for
us.
There
was
a
plumbing
issue
with
our
original
room,
so
they
upgraded
us
to
the
Palen
room.
The
plumbing
issue
was
actually
fixed
before
we
arrived,
but
they
still
let
us
stay
in
the
Palen
room.
It
was
lovely.
The
bed
was
amazing,
I
never
wanted
to
leave
the
tub,
the
fireplace
was
cozy,
and
the
food
was
delicious.
We
had
the
whole
building
to
ourselves,
which
was
so
nice.
The
one
thing
to
look
out
for
is
that
our
room
was
on
the
second
floor,
and
the
stairs
were
quite
steep-and
the
only
bathroom
we
could
use
was
on
the
second
floor.
It
wasn't
a
problem
for
us,
but
it
is
something
to
keep
in
mind
if
you
have
severe
mobility
issues.
However,
as
there
are
other
rooms
that
don't
require
stairs,
I
wouldn't
see
it
as
a
deal
breaker
for
anyone
staying.
I'm
sure
all
of
the
rooms
are
wonderful
to
stay
in.
We'll
actually
be
traveling
to
Cleveland
again
soon
for
my
surgery,
so
we'll
probably
stay
at
the
Palen
House
again
then.
