Phoenix Coffee? More like Phoenix "Coff-YAY!" Their cappuccino? A solid 4.8/5 – almost as perfect as my bed hair. Ambience? A whopping 4.9/5, but heads up, it's the morning hotspot, so you might have to elbow your way in. They have a great outdoor area to relax. Inside? A record player with tons of vinyls ready to go. It's tucked under an apartment, so if you hear someone's alarm, that's just the upstairs neighbor.

Any chance to have a little power over someone they will absolutely take it. I had finished my coffee and was chatting with a friend. Out of nowhere the mask police came over and told me I would have to leave if my mask was not put back on. They hovered over me just waiting for me to finish my drink so they could come over to create some drama. We will not be returning to this place ever again. Stay away unless you want to encounter a power tripping Karen

I have been to three locations so far and I like them all. The shop is clean and customer service is great. The coffee is excellent, just perfect!! Every time I have had this coffee I have not gotten the jitters at all! It’s smooth and it gives me the energy I need with out making me jittery and also it’s not bitter tasting like other coffees I have had in the past. I like it so much I bought some coffee beans to send to my sister out in California! Oh! also I had the morning muffin and the cinnamon muffin and they both where just the right size and super tasty.

Great ambiance in this neighborhood cafe. A solid array of baked goods, decent coffee, and friendly staff! I have been here many times for some light work or reading. Great to have a cafe in Ohio City that is not right on W 25th St. I love that they sell house plants too!

My girlfriend and I were excited to try the coffee here for our first time and were extremely disappointed! We stepped one foot into the door and were offered masks, we declined and were told it was a requirement. The woman in front of us who held the door open didn't seem to mind we didn't have masks.. However, owners and staff are in fear and pushing it onto potential new customers with no regard or respect for their personal preferences or medical exemptions #plandemic

Wonderful local coffee shop! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, super safe & COVID-friendly, awesome coffee. I enjoyed a honey cinnamon oat milk latte - DELICIOUS. Not too sweet, deep roasted flavor but not burnt or bitter. They don’t charge for the oat milk which is extremely kind of them. Seems like they have a lot of regulars & I can see why! If I lived closer I’d 100% be one of them! I’ll be back for another latte (or 2, or 3...) and to try their cookies, bagels, and scones for sure. Support local & give em a try!

Great Café. Their self-roasted coffee is really great. And they make their own oat milk, too! Best: there is no extra charge for oat milk! The location is nice with lots of seating and fast WiFi. Perfect to work on a laptop. You can also sit outside. Quite noisy.

Coffee was delicious and well as the gluten free muffin options! I ordered an iced oat milk latte with coconut water!! I know I was skeptical but my friend Cory told me about it and it was delicious!!

Order a speciality drink, pre mixed, didn’t taste fresh at all. If that’s the case I’d go to the gas station and buy a bottle of coffee. Who wouldn’t offer fresh brewed coffee, at a coffee shop? It was in a pitcher lol

the espresso is just bitter and no like fruity notes or chocolate notes or notes of anything really ☹️ also they give you like one tablespoon of cream cheese for a bagel 😭 the wifi worked tho and the plants and records are cool

We love Phoenix! Don’t go anywhere else. Staff is extremely friendly, coffee is awesome, and our dogs LOVE it here. The staff is always incredibly kind to our dogs as well and asks about them when we don’t bring them! Phoenix is the best.

The place is great. If i lived closer, i’d visit there more often instead of Edda on 25th. The atmosphere spot on the place is clean up kept the baristas are great and in a great location. Great place and even safer place to work in peace. Next time I come I’ll be checking out the patio.

After a heavy night of drinking because either the browns,cavs or guardians lost I like to head over to phoenix coffe house to get my lack luster morning going. They have amazing coffe and great people working there. Thank you.

They have a nice cold brew latte. The parking lot is right next to it, and the place is not big but cozy. I liked Everything scone for breakfast as well.

Been here a couple times. Took home some coffee beans and they were fantastic. Great little gem. Excellent outdoor seating in the warmer months

The Barista suggested a freshly made ginger syrup for a coffee flavoring option - the blend of coffee, flavor, and milk in my latte was divine! So happy to have stumbled upon this amazing coffee house! A must if you're in the area.

My iced coffee was great. As someone who must have a Paleo diet, oat milk isn't really the best option for me (the only non-dairy option available). And the excursion to the restroom was interesting, down 2 flights of stairs, through a closed doorway and then down the hall. Excursion back was even more interesting, with unmarked doors how to return to the coffee shop. And if you don't do well with stairs, there's a pretty steep flight to even get in! Just sayin'...

I got several drinks here, and they were all very high quality and tasted authentic. While there weren't many options, what they do offer is quality drinks.

This is my go to for my Americano. Their coffee is just better than I can at other places nearby. I wish they'd get covers for the food though. They have fresh baked cookies, but they are on cake stands without a glass dome. Makes me uneasy knowing a fly could be all up on a cookie before I get it.

I was disappointed. They could do better with having more for traditional coffee drinkers like offering medium roast and sugar free flavored syrups. It’s a nice shop, friendly service and busy but too trendy catering to trendy clients.

Was a very neat place, just a few minutes away from where we stayed which made it super convenient. Coffee was really good, as well as the customer service. I would for sure recommend and go back my self if I was in town.
