I just moved into this area, I am a regular at DD (any DD that’s nearby) I do have to say that I really miss the old Dunkin I was going to. People would say hello, ask you how you’re doing, all with a smile on their faces. No one greets you at this location, everyone seems miserable. They don’t even tell you to have a good day as you’re leaving. The customer service just kinda sucks. Also what up with their ice here? I don’t want little shards of ice going down my throat as I try to drink my coffee.

I buy a medium green tea refresher several times a week, when I went to this location yesterday I paid $5 when I know it’s $3 everywhere else. When I got home, I called every single other location in close proximity and every one of them only charges $3. It’s an iced tea. $5 for an iced tea. I went back to look at the menu and saw that they indeed are charging $2 more than any other location. My mom informed me they charged her $8 for two donuts she bought for my kids the week prior. They are ripping people off right under our noses and I noticed other comments saying the same thing so BUYER BEWARE.

I have never had a bad drink from this location- the lattes and refreshers have always been delicious and I don’t feel like I’m playing the Dunkin roulette. HOWEVER, this location is outrageously priced in relation to the others in the area. I know it’s a franchised location and a minor increase is to be expected, but $1.25 for oat milk vs 60¢ at other locations is insane. $4 for a medium refresher vs $2.79 everywhere else…it’s a little out of hand. The employees are always so prompt, kind, and respectful. I have never had an issue with customer service. Great team here.

My coffee never really taste the same. A couple times i went here and gave them my order, they would read it back to me, and i would receive the wrong drink or some of the things i asked for would not be in the drink. Some people are very friendly there but others are not. The drive through is very hard to hear idk if it’s just me but the speaker sounds very muffled and tends to cut out which makes it difficult to hear. Besides the negative experiences I have had, I've had good ones.

My son ordered 10 munkins. Which the employee never even looked to see if they had any. I ordered a coffee. Was charged over 10.00 dollars. I was given to regular glazed donuts. When asked about the price difference I was told to never come back. I sat down with my son anyways. There was an older man sitting there who said I they should have never asked me to leave. While having a private conversation with the man, the Manager and employees starting getting nasty and told me to leave. Which I did. When leaving I asked for managers name he refused. Lindsay spelled her name to me and told me i couldn't spell. If this is how you treat your customers then I rather pay to go to Starbucks where they have class. I rather pay for respect and over price coffee than to ever go there again.

Horrible experience every time. Orders never correct and serious attitude issues with staff members. It's almost like their job is to be a terrible employee. Let alone the strange music played inside. We had donut coupons valid for all cleveland locations and they rudely refused to take them even though their store zipcode shows up as cleveland AND parma. Avoid this location at all costs and do not support the incompetent owners and staff!

I’ve lived near this Dunkin for 3 years and have ordered the same coffee for nearly the same price the entire time. This specific location raised their Large Iced Coffee price from $2 and change (all of the other local Dunkin’s remain at this price) to $4. I’ve chosen this location due to convenience and proximity to my home. I will take the longer drive to a different location moving forward. The staff is not polite. I ordered a coffee through the drive thru this evening. The young male that took my order was rude, didn’t offer a receipt (I paid in cash), and when I confirmed my order because it was repeated back incorrectly, the young man took my coffee from the window, walked away with it to a corner behind a wall as if he was spitting in it, and a young lady working there watched him, laughed, looked at me surprised, and walked away. I threw the coffee away and did not drink it. It’s unfortunate how down hill this location has gone. I called the number provided online to speak to a manager. The number rings busy and is unreachable.

This place is privately owned and can't make the excuse that corporate made him do it. One medium sized coffee went up a dollar a cup this month. $1.00 increase! Why??? It's hot water poured over a bean. I'm willing to bet not one cent went to employee salaries?? Well? Did it? If I have to drive to Ridge Park Square in the future that's where I'll be buying coffee from now on, at Starbucks.

Do not shop here... There are plenty of other franchises to shop at in the city... They have the highest prices of all the local franchises and they are unprofessional and rude including the owners.... The donuts are old and stale if they even have any and the drinks are never made right.... in my opinion this is the worst franchise I have visited and I have been in a very long while but I ran across this particular store and thought I'd leave a review.... I said I would never shop at this store again and I meant that it's been a very long time and I will never patronize this store again unless they become under new ownership

Usually pretty good and pretty quick with orders. Unfortunately today they gave me almost half full cup of latte that cost $5! They replaced it which was nice. Donuts are a lil crunchy around the edges but not gonna make a fuss over that. Overall I’d come back

My drink felt light lol. Paid for a large got a medium, and it’s warm not hot 🤢 Apparently this is a bagel with raisins and cream cheese…… Lovely wasted money. Idiots. Not able to enjoy dunkin anymore because both stores around me SUCK. Love having to go back out. I’m coming back and you’re redoing it

I ordered bacon bites 25 glazed munchkins and three bottles of diet Coke and paid over $20, that was not the problem but I would have liked my order to be correct! The bacon was not even lukewarm, I've never ordered those before but I would have assumed that they would be something that would be served hot I wasn't a fan of eating cold bacon. And the munchkins were mixed so I ended up giving them away. They even confirmed at the window what kind I wanted! That is poor service!

Everything went fine, until I got to the window to get my order and the young man looked at me and decided he would show his prejudice by slinging my bag of food and then close the window without giving a common courtesy of thank you come again or have a good day, nothing. He was very arrogant and ignorant I guess you get good service if you fit the lack of color there of. Ridiculous this is 2022 treat people the way you want to be treated.

With this DD being right down the street it's my go-to. Their "A Squad" they have working in the mornings and weekends are so phenomenally efficient. It's especially busy on Saturdays I usually make my way there around 10-1030am and there's a drive-thru line nearly out to the street and a packed inside. I won't give you the secret to getting in and out ASAP but you can figure it out. I've always had a good experience here, everyone is great at their job, always are quick to greet you, always nice as possible, if they see you waiting a while they will ask your name and figure out why, and they want nothing but to best serve you quickly. They do so well I've let corporations know how great they are, and I've never gone out of my way to do something like that! Keep up the great work DD Snow Rd. Parma P. S. Don't be that genius guy or gal who orders 10 food items in the drive thru, it is the most inconsiderate thing someone could do and... Well I have to be nice and not say the rest... GO INSIDE

Spent $30+ here and regretted every cent. The male general manager that has a tattoo on his hand is very inappropriate and unprofessional. He made the whole transaction extremely weird. The employees were rude and the atmosphere was an uncomfortable feeling the entire time. Almost as if you could cut the tension with a knife. After asking one of the employees to please add the topping I requested to my drink at the counter she snatched the drink back up and came back and slammed it down and stormed off without saying another word. I mentioned how rude the employee was to the manager who was creepy to begin with and he just said good bye, bye, have a great day. All around just poor service. You can tell the manager is just an enabler to the employees. Please stay away from here. Try the Dunkin down the street or try Biggby coffee.

Learn courtesy and kindness, some manners. Some of the people here are very rude and not kind. I spent $60 a week here sometimes and I feel uncomfortable everytime like I'm unwelcome. I was given cold coffee multiple times. I always order hot. But mostly my issue is that I feel upset when I leave here. Teach everyone to be kinder.

Worker handed me my drink stating “here’s your handy dandy lotion cup” & the franchise owner who corporate had call me couldn’t control his temper long enough to issue me a refund. He demanded I provide him with credit card info over the phone (even though I paid cash).

I come to this Dunkin donut all the time.the employees are great. I come here about 5-7 times a week it's on my way to work. Unfortunately the prices keep going up. It's has gone up 3 times in the last two months. If there was another Dunkin' donuts on my way to work I probably be going to that one since this one their prices are getting out of hand

They were overwhelmed by the amount of patrons that came in, but they did an outstanding job. The food order was correct, the food was very tasty, they had everything that we pre-ordered and the employees still had smiles and a thank you for each and every one of us.

Order coffee.. was cold.. definitely wasn't good...and don't dare ask for a fresh one...they act like it's a crime to pay for a hot coffee...also I wonder why the cost is more than other dunk'in ..i seriously Don't mind paying a little more for convenience ...but not for cold coffee....I will not be going back..I will drive to Ridge Rd or another location....I don't know what happened..new owners or what....but if it is new owners..... you think they would be on top of their business....use to be good..but the last few times wasn't good at all...also had white floating stuff..at first I thought it was creamer..not sure on that...could've been..

The coffee at this location is good but the donuts are stale. I would give this location a better review- but they really need to get fresh donuts to the customers and not stale ones. Customers could get sick by eating stale donuts that are old and I have gotten sick the last time I was in. If you want real good Dunkin Donuts items here- I would only get the coffee.

Coffee left a bad bitter taste in our mouth and wasn't even made right. Also was 25 % higher than other dunkin in the area.

Hands down the BEST Dunkin! I come at least once a day for my macchiato and they always make it just right. I have tried other locations in the Cleveland area that were closer and my drink is either watered down, too sweet or not full. They get it perfect every single time. The customer service is amazing, especially the morning staff! They do charge a little more, but their coffee also taste so much better compared to other locations, that it is worth it. They do get busy in mornings, but the line stays moving. They work so hard and fast, yet always take time to give a warm greeting and know my order as soon as I pull up! Love love love this location 🤩

I don’t like to write bad reviews. But this location is horrible. I kept giving it a chance bc I understand how busy and overwhelming it can be but I went today I was as the first costumer at the speaker and my order was simple. I ordered 2 items. A small black iced tea with raspberry and a bagel with cream cheese. I get to the window the guy didn’t even greet me just told me the price it was 7.75 and i should have realized that it was wrong right then and there some lady hands me my bagel that was litterly slopped together the cream cheese wasn’t even speeded out evenly it was so thick and gross and all over the side of the bagel. I get my drink and it’s a latte yea a LATTE with raspberry shots So i tell the guy that it’s incorrect that I ordered a Iced tea like who would even put raspberry in coffee anyways but he was like that’s not what my screen says I’m like well I didn’t order this sir I ordered a black iced tea with raspberry not a latte and he was so rude to me I ended up driving off. Very disappointing and embarrassing. I would like to get my money back and I’m calling corporate bc this isn’t the first time I had problems here.

I went into this "donut" shop to use the term loosely at around 3:45 in the afternoon. Now this business is open until 8 PM. I arrived and went to the counter and three employees walked by me standing there and said nothing, Then when after a few minutes, a pleasant employee did come to the counter to assist me, and when I asked about donuts, the response was, "this is all we have" and there was a selection of nothing but a few donuts that no one would eat. I asked where the rest of the donuts were and the response was that that was all there is. Now if you're a business, and have a donut shop, the first priority would seem to me....is to have donuts. I asked if this was still a donut shop and another rude employee told me, well it's Friday what do you expect? I expect donuts in a freakin donut shop is what I expect.
