Just driving by curious I stopped in to see what they had. Its a Cute little unique donut shop with alot of different specialty Donuts to choose from. I'll tell you right know it's sugar city lol. My donut was overly too sweet. But that just my opinion. I also tried a gluten free donut too, it was pretty good too, less sugar in it too. She said they put butter cream icing on there donuts, but it's more sugary than buttery to me. Coffee was nice and hot. If your up to try something different for breakfast, this would be a great option if your in this area. I would definitely come back.

Well I don’t understand the rating of this place because these donuts are very sweet and dense. the glazed donut are o.k. The sour creams are super heavy and just bad flavor all around. The French cruller we're super sweet. I do see many flavors but only the employees know the names? The store is very small and parking is difficult to get. All around, is average and nothing amazingly flavored or a unique to be floored. I will pass this place and continue to the place in Brunswick.

I heard these were the best donuts in Cleveland. They most certainly are not, and the prices are almost comical. $3 for a single plain donut. $16 for HALF a dozen. $7 for an apple fritter! They are ok, but nothing particularly different or remarkable about them, and definitely not good enough to be double to triple the price of every other donut shop. Just cashing in on local reputation at this point. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Royal Donuts instead.

These are some of the BEST donuts in Cleveland, located in Old Brooklyn Neighborhood. Their donuts are made from scratch and very rich flavors. Easy parking.

Amazing donuts!! I am a donut guy, so this was my happy place. The donuts are crispy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. The staff was charming and genuine. I love family restaurants where you can feel the community's love. The perfect donut.

My wife bought two donuts there this morning: one raspberry filled glazed and one peanut butter creme. She calls me and asks how much do I think she paid for two donuts. My guess was five bucks but I was way low. She told me $3.15 EACH!!!! $6.30 FOR TWO LOUSY DONUTS--NEVER AGAIN! I get the idea of charging higher for singles to push the value of buying a dozen instead--TOTALLY GET IT but $6.30 for two donuts???? When my wife commented on the price, she was told by the server behind the counter that they recently remodeled (which they in fact did) and that the prices went up to reflect this. NEVER AGAIN--thanks to Brandon prices are way up and donuts aren't an "I need" but an "I want." What was once discretionary money used to buy things like donuts is now going elsewhere and that's where I will go, ELSEWHERE whenever i want another donut. (BTW, too much frosting on the Peanut Butter Cream!)

I used to love going here and have been more times than I can count over the years. Sadly, I was just there this past Sunday (10/2) and was caught off guard by how much the prices have gone up, $26 for a dozen donuts is ridiculous ($15 for half dozen). Even worse, when I got home to eat them you can tell they are definitely much smaller than they used to be and the quality seems to have declined, as well. I have no problem paying a little more for good food, but you have to make it worth the price. I think they have let the fame of past years go their head and are living off of reputation at this point. You can get better quality and prices at other shops. Very sad to see how much they raised their prices while lowering their quality.

Jack Frost is phenomenal! It's a tad pricey, but that's because the quality is above all other donut places. The gluten-free donuts are pictured, and they are actually 10/10 very good. Moist, soft, dense. $4.35 ea, and you have to order a minimum of 6. Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They might be one of the only places near parma that has gluten free donuts. Other than store bought Katz donuts. Gluten free breakfast and not depressing. Thank you Jack frost! Most excellent.!.!.!.!

Donuts...food equals memories. One of my favorite stories from growing up was when my father would let me go on his bread route with him. He was a driver salesman for a local bread company. And every time I would ride with him we would stop at @jackfrostdonuts in Parma. Consistently rated number one or number two in Cleveland, these are by far my favorite cake donuts. Be sure to check hours and follow them on social media because they do sell out frequently. Today I picked some up for one of my clients. Although one magically ended up in my belly also

Now that’s what I like to call donuts!!! They were delicious and really satisfied my sweet tooth 😍 The chocolate donuts were pretty dry unfortunately. Donuts were pretty good but were they worth $25 a dozen?? Probably not

Love, love, love their donuts! I always overindulge when I go. Go in for 3 and leave with 12. And we cut them in half so you can share all the flavors.

Not sure if the folks who leave all the great reviews have ever had a good doughnut, because the ones on offer here were not at all good. And, at $3+ each it’s actually nuts that they’re so awful. Way too sweet frosting and the cake tasted like old grease. Threw 2 of the 4 I bought away.

Grew up with Jack Frost being my favorite donut so had a craving when I was back in town for the holiday after many years. Wow, what a DISAPPOINTMENT! They used to be freshly made and SO soft, and now they taste STALE and HARD! It was such a let down!! Seems they tried to become designer donuts vs. the old days, but instead they need to go back to the basics of delivering fresh and delicious. I used to be the biggest fan but sadly I will NEVER go back, and at $25/dozen I recommend you spend hard earned money elsewhere for better quality.

Every year I get 3 - 4 dozen donuts around Christmas for work. Been doing that for almost a decade. Always been great, but very disappointed this year. The donuts are about 25% smaller than they used to be and some looked sloppier than Dunkin’ yet the price has gone up. Sadly the last year I will be doing this. Not worth it. In the past they have always laid them on the counter to show them before I leave, but they did not do it this time. No wonder.

Delicious donuts! One of the best cake donuts I’ve ever had. Lots of variety and kind workers. Not the biggest donuts ever but the make up for it in flavor. Obviously, we enjoyed them because my husband and I ate half before I remembered to take a picture! We tried the fruity pebbles and the chocolate peanut butter.

My husband stopped here on the way back from a Business Trip. We rarely eat donuts, especially not cake ones. But the Chocolate Iced Peanut Butter Cream was so moist and delicious. Absolutely the BEST Cake donut I've ever had! Can't wait to try the Boston Cream tomorrow.

Very disappointed, glazed donuts seemed stale, raised donuts were dense and hard. Was there at 9am so I don't believe they were day old donuts. Fried donuts were fresher and softer. I remember when JF was on Broadway in Cleveland years ago, they're quality has definitely slipped. Used to buy a lot from them saddened by this, looked forward to getting a dozen from them my kids loved them. Not worth the price sorry to say. Probably will not be going back.

This was a great experience for starters. The ladies inside were very friendly and patient with my 4 yearmold niece and I. I loved the selection of donuts that were available and they even had cake pops for her little brother. The donuts were made really well too! Very delicate looking and tasted just as grand! I will definitely come back to this location should I be in the area.

Absolutely the very best donuts I’ve ever had. Huge variety of very creative and pretty donuts! Most are cake batter which I love and they are super moist! I ate them too quick before snapping a photo.

We used Jack Frost Donuts as a second dessert for our wedding, and we are so happy we did! Traci was extremely helpful to work with, and she made the whole process so easy. All of the donuts were amazing!

Great donuts! This place does have the soft, springy and chewy yeast-raised donuts I absolutely adore. Their cake donuts are also soft, moist and flavorful. I think their donut holes are probably my favorite thing there. Best donuts in Cleveland, so far!

First time here did not disappoint! Pretty crowded on a Sunday morning but service was super quick and efficient plus friendly staff. So many options to pick from

Ordered half dozen for Fat Tuesday. What a disappointment! So much buttercream you couldn't eat all of it. Some of the donuts were hard as a rock. For $4.75 a piece I expected fresh, delicious donuts. Never again! Called the store and have been waiting for a return call from someone for over a week!

I truly appreciate the service my the year old son and I recieved today. He has an egg allergy and they offer vegan donuts(which is awesome) but none of them had sprinkles on them. The woman working(I wish I had gotten her name) checked the sprinkles and added them to one of the vegan donuts. My son was so excited! Thank you for being so accommodating and making his day. Also, the donuts were fantastic!

Everyone is extremely friendly and the service is great. Honestly the donuts though are average at best, but the prices are unbelievable! 16 dollars for a half dozen for average donuts. I definitely cannot recommend this place, that's just highway robbery!

Yum! Saw the reviews online, and decided to stop in- so glad we did! Amazing donuts! Got the salted caramel and was beyond happy with how delicious it was! Wish I would've gotten more for later! It was perfect! We also got maple bacon, powdered sugar, and some kind of chocolate with sprinkles. All of us loved our donut treats! Anytime we're back in the area, we're definitely going to stop and get more. The employee who was working with so kind, and very helpful with suggestions since it was our first time in, and they had a lot of choices. We went pretty early when they first opened, so there was no wait at all. Great place- highly recommended!
