Dinner at Tartine was a delightful experience. The food was awesome and the service was equally trè formidable! 😙 They have a smaller menu which means the dishes are made with good ingredients and extra care. We sat on the quaint patio and definitely will be back!!

Unique cocktail menu and knowledgeable bartender! The French dip was delicious and she gave me fresh au jus when we boxed it up to go 🤤

The hors d'oeuvre pickle plate was so yummy. Who knew pickled apples were a thing...and delicious at that haha...very good...dark inside but they have a nice patio... friendly staff. Will definitely eat here again.

Everything was very delicious. The cocktails are also very good. The pickle board was amazing along with the muscles.

My dinner club had a wonderful dining experience at Tartine Bistro. The vegan menu was extensive and the selections were all so really tempting! The whipped ricotta appetizer was a huge hit! The 🍅 tomato bisque was super tasty!

I enjoyed this spot and the over all area it was located. Lots of good choices tucked in the area but this one stands out. They had some great items to choose from on their menu and the quality cuisine will have you coming back to sample the rest of their offerings. The service was great too. It is a smaller size location so I recommend getting a reservation for busy times.

We had the best experience here. The two server/bartenders working were so friendly, helpful, and made amazing suggestions. The French onion soup, fall caprese, and chai tea cocktail were outstanding, we can’t wait to go back!

The place itself is quaint but the service here was atrocious. The wife and I had a early dinner 5pm and have to say the food was AMAZING and all credit should go to the Chef's for a outstanding but the wait staff was way off their game which made our experience very unsatisfying considering it was our first time here. Very slow considering it was only 10 people in the whole place and the place isn't that big. And they had a drink menu that didn't have most of the drinks on it. But that's not the problem the guy that was waiting on us didn't tell us that he let us ask for drinks then said he didn't have it. 🤔🤔🤨🤨🤔🤔

I went for the vegan menu (I’m whole-food plant-based), husband got the lamb. Both of us would not order the same menu items again. We shared the tofu skewers (charred tofu cube un-marinated with a ton of strong red onion and couple mushrooms). I had to order hot sauce on the side for some flavor. I got the vegan tartine. Both entrees were very greasy. I know it’s a slice of Paris but neither could stomach all that butter/oil. I only took a couple bites. They were out of a few of the vegan menu items as well that I would have chose (hence the reason they were out, which I suppose is good for them that they were making sales!). Service was great though, server was very nice. We were one of 4 tables on a slower evening. No complaints there. We didn’t order drinks, just one sprite and the bill was >$70 before tip. I guess I just had my hopes up for more flavor or variety. They were highly recommended by a friend but maybe next next I’ll ask if less oil/butter can be used. So for the food taste and price overall 3 star rating. 🙏 Looks good though 🤷🏼‍♀️

We had the most lovely dinner here. The food and service were excellent. I ordered from the regular menu and my friend the vegan one.

What a lovely dinner! Every server is friendly and made my friend and I feel welcome. My server, whose name began with a T, and has brown hair and bangs, checked in on us and took the time to explain to me about the food options. The salad was a great starter and my croque monsieur was a good choice. Yummy and filling! I liked the pear and pomegranate mocktail. It was a busy night but we had a reservation and didn’t have to wait long for food at all! The creme brûlée with a candle in it was a thoughtful touch for my birthday. 🍮 I’ll certainly return in the spring/summer to have a meal outside.

Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Unique dishes and very high quality ingredients. Excellent variety of global wines are offered. Unique cocktails that are not your typical spirits and mixer. Be bold and try something new! The tartines are open face sandwiches that offer a great option as opposed to your everyday open-faced sandwiches. The French onion tartines was by far our favorite! We order the steak tartar on bone marrow. While the beef was well, flavored and served perfectly. It could do without the bone marrow as it was cold and not well seasoned. Desserts are a must try as we had the crème brûlée and the pot du creme. Perfection! Service is top notch and quick! I recommend ordering a course, finishing it and then ordering the next course. The kitchen is super fast and if you don't want to be rushed, this is a great way to enjoy Your meal.

Had my baby shower there and everything was PERFECT. Jen was the best event planner I’ve ever used for a room rental. She was on top of it leading up to the event and her/her entire team was amazing and helpful day off - including set up our personal decor and cleaning up. Plus food/service was excellent. I highly recommend the space!

It was my first time at Tartine on a Friday evening. We had a 5:45 reservation and there was hardly anyone in the small, intimate place, but quickly filled up as we sat there! Our waitress was incredibly welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. I appreciate how she explained things to us, instead of just assuming we should know everything like some snobby places might. She was excellent! The aesthetic was so romantic and cozy. The patio looks like it is so cute when it's summertime! I want to come back to sit out there!! They have an entire vegan menu on the back of the regular one. It's not an afterthought; it's intentional. We got the fingerling potatoes as an app. They were fine, nothing special. I got the vegan French dip tartine with real cheese (I'm vegetarian, not vegan). The salad it same with was excellent!!! The tartine itself (open face sandwich) was lacking in flavor. My husband got the Mediterranean couscous with scallops, which was in special. And he said it was excellent! For dessert, we got the crème brûlée and tiramisu. Both were very yummy! Crème Brûlée was typical. The tiramisu was different because it was hazelnut, which I love! This was a very pricy place, so not for a casual dinner. But for a fancy date (which is what we were on) it was perfect!!

Went for brunch. Had the mushroom Omelet with leeks, salad, side of hash browns and the bread service. All eggscellent 🙂

Tartine was a good experience overall. I went with my family and we ordered a number of things. The calamari was unfortunately way too salty. The French Dip was adequate, as was the Cod Provencal. The pan roasted dates were excellent, highly recommend those. The sausage pizza was good, but overpriced. Service was excellent, our server was very prompt and helpful, no problems there.

Amazing atmosphere, service, and food. THANK YOU for having a full page Vegan menu (so rare for French fare) and non-alcoholic drinks! Everything I ordered was outstanding, and I can't wait to visit again.

Excellent meal from start to finish. Great ambience and smart assistance in selecting a wine for us. Salmon was perfectly cooked and succotash was very fresh. Couldn't give 5 stars because the roasted dates were supposed to have some goat cheese but none was discernible (still tasty though), and the risotto was a little watery which prevented it from achieving the desired creamy texture, though it was properly al dente. They have an entire 2nd side of the menu devoted to vegan preparations. Service was excellent.

I truly love seeing restaurants having alternative substitutions for folks that cannot have dairy and vegan options. It's the inclusivity for me. I went during brunch for my first visit. I ordered a crêpe with braised beef, tomatoes, and cheese. The beef was very tender and overall the flavors were delicious. It was jampacked it with cheese. My side was the hash browns cooked to extra crispy. Overall my dish was delicious and I was pleased with it. My guest order the sweet crepe with berries,whip cream and almond. The sweet crepes didn't hit the mark compare to the savory crepe that I order. Not only was it missing the whip cream but it overall needed something else. However the green beans my guest order were delicious with the notes of lemon zest and cripsy in the fresh way had me reaching for more. If you are in a hurry, beware service was on the slower side of the spectrum. The staff was nice and helpful. They have lovely outdoor seating section perfect spot to enjoy the summer and fall weather we have in Cleveland. Overall, my experiences was pleasant, and I look forward to coming back and trying out their dinner menu.

Amazing experience at this restaurant. My first French Dining experience and it was one I’ll never forget! Everything I had was great. From the bread and butter to the lamb chops. I also tried a frisée salad and the onion soup which was immaculate as well. The service was exceptional and everyone had a smile on their faces. I can’t wait to come back!

On a Thursday, late afternoon, I drove from the east side of Cleveland to Rocky River, or as the locals say "River", to enjoy the food and happy hour at Tartine for a second time. The first was earlier this year at a birthday party. Then I didn't know what to expect. Fortunately, however, because it was a fun-filled gathering, I got a chance to sample some of the menu items that I hadn't ordered, most notably, the 4 cheese pizza 😋 😀. I ordered, for the first time, the chicken Tartine, and it was delicious. The taste stayed with me for a few months. So, when I got there, I knew what I wanted but also wanted to surprise my palette. I ordered the Tartine, of course, and I also ordered the caramelized dates. They were brought out together. I had fun going back and forth between the dishes. I savored every bite. I then asked for a recommendation for dessert from the bar tender, and she said that she would surprise me. She brought out the creme brulee, and it was amazing. 5 stars all around. Can't wait to go back.
