Owner is very rude. She wouldn't let my 7 yr old watch the basketball game that was going on, because there was a new "no kids rule" when we have been going for the past year to watch the games. I explained to her that we have been coming here but she didn't care to explain why there was a mistake or whatever the case was because I was confused why all of a sudden my daughter couldn't watch..she walked away and told one of her employees to get "us" out..They said I had to buy a membership, so I agreed and then they changed there mind and asked me to leave again!! Membership is over priced anyhow.. There are better gyms to go to with better customer service. Also, The Owner also has people leave fake good reviews to try to weed out the bad. Poor ownership.

The gym itself is fine..however literally nothing is ever cleaned. Never see any of the employees ever cleaning equipment let alone the locker rooms. and the womens bathroom has more toilets that dont work than do. Other than that the only issue is the rap music always playing with full profanity and f words.. there are kids that come here.

Loved the website. I'm hoping to speak with a Trainer that's looking to offer a new Sport Competition Experience to their clients.

Used to be a great place but has gone down hill. They force you to commit to a year. Wont even let you join for just a month but thats why the gym has gone down hill because they dont make enough to keep the place clean and equipment up to date

This gym is awesome and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The relationships that I’ve built with the people there are some that I’ll cherish for a lifetime. Also, the sauna and steam room are top notch. I grew up with this gym and looking forward to its longevity.

I don't think this gym is worth your money. You can find cheaper gyms in the area that offer more than this one does. Also they are super sneaky with the way your cancelation process is. You can't cancel your membership in person. I emailed asking to cancel because I cannot financially afford this membership. Then they emailed me back with cancelation fees. This is typical and I figured I would be charged extra. However after getting that email I figured that my membership was canceled. Nope! They want you to re-confirm your cancelation which in my option is just a cash grab. Regardless, they just got around 200 extra bucks out of me and now I have to go through this whole cancelation process again. Don't try calling to talk to anyone there either, no one answers the phone and you cannot leave messages.

Best gym in town. Some say it cost too much but they have more stuff than any other gym in town. 4 floors loaded pool sauna steam room and hot tub. Indoor track and all the free weights and nautilus. Cardio machines galore. Many classes free to members Basketball courts and roomy locker rooms. Opens at 3 am 365 days a year. You get what you pay for.

I've been a member for 3 years now and like the place. I'm 60 and it has everything I need to workout or take in a sauna or steam room. The addition of the golf simulator is a plus! They are helpful and always cleaning the areas. It's a above average price membership but you get your money's worth I feel.

I have been to several gyms and this was by far the best! The girl who showed me around was really nice, everyone was very welcoming. I felt at home right away. No one stares or bothers you. They have everything i have ever heard of and it is all the newest & best equipment. They even have a workout room just for women. The start up fee was only 22. Yes $60 a month seems like a lot, but it is more than worth it.

-1 star for zero guest pass policy. If I want to work out with my buddies they shouldn't need to spend the $60 a month I do to join me for a day or so. -1 star for general attitude of one of the employees. Other than that, they have some raggedy old weights in the basement that you can lift. That's all I need. Their policies are outdated though and they're blaming covid. It's mid 2023... not a relevant excuse anymore. The convenience of their location is the only reason I chose to go here.

This definitely is a top notch gym. Only thing I could say is the treadmills need to be updated, some of them are a little off. Other than that this place is perfect

Leaving this review to warn others of CFC's awful membership/cancellation system, which is so bad that it feels like a scam. I signed up for a year, and enjoyed going but didnt use it enough to justify the $650 annual fee. My membership automatically renewed, which I should have seen coming, my fault. This is where the fun begins. You cannot cancel your membership in person or on the phone, even if you are able to reach a "manager". They direct you to a customer service email. After emailing back and forth for about a week, I was able to get my money back, but they charged me about $200 in fees. Whatever, the fees are crazy high, but not too uncommon for a gym to make money off of unfair fees. One more year goes by, and once again I see a charge on my credit card for $650! I was able to successfully reverse the charge by emailing CFC to cancel and after recieving no answer, letting my credit card company know the charge was erroneous. I am still not sure if I am off their list, so I will probably have to get a new card with a different number. The gym itself has some nice features, but if you sign up, please pay in cash, do NOT give them your credit card number.

Simply the best gym around, I've been coming here for 20 years and will be coming here until I'm a geriatric. The owner is amazing and sincerely wants to provide the best experience for all those who attend. Kudos to her for all of the amazing changes and new high quality equipment she's constantly adding. Facility is always clean and well cared for, staff is friendly, my daughter loves coming during child care hours and always has a great time. I'm a proud member!

I don’t see why this place has any bad reviews , it’s the best gym in northeast Ohio and the amount of equipment it’s offers is like no other. There is no wait for machines because there’s 2 more on just about every floor so that’s an upside and I’m not sure why I’m seeing anything about equipment not working when I have been going here for the past year and have never seen one thing that I might need to use not working. This place is awesome and for $50 a month that feels like nothing if you take advantage of it and go 4 - 6 times a week.

I’ve never been to gym that didn’t allow you to drop in or purchase a day pass. Apparently this is the only one! Thought about a membership but guess not. Unbelievable

😠 The nicest and cleanest gym in Cleveland and the members are great. However, they have dramatically reduced their hours since Covid, so if you work till 5/6 or later good luck making it before close. 😠 The gym equipment itself is still nice, but based on the trend I see it’s only because it’s still relatively new. In terms of the overall gym experience, it’s not an enjoyable time. Starting with the equipment, the gym has very few attachments for the cables outside of lat pull-down bars. Again, wit...
