Staff is normally amazing except for the one manger last time I was kicked out for my friends mask falling down on accident. The manger was super rude and disrespectful. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin’ and can’t believe they would be so rude to a regular customer. Will definitely call corporate. The manager was unnecessarily hostile and mean.

The worst Dunkin Donuts in the state of Ohio , whoever owns this franchise should sell it to competent business owners. I try to support the local Fairview Park businesses but between the Macdonald's, Giant Eagle and this Dunkin Donuts it wouldn't shock me if all three had the same owners because they're horrible.

Usually have a good experience here but really disappointed in the overweight girl with red hair. Think she might be management. I did a mobile order and accidentally did a hot latte instead of iced. She told me I had to buy a whole new drink even though they're the same price I just wanted ice in it. But when you go through the drive thru and make a mistake they just make you a new drink. I spend money here every week and they really couldn't do something as small as adding ice. I spent the money and bought the drink I wanted and it felt like she was gonna keep the hot drink I payed for until I asked for it back.

They forgot two out of six of our breakfast sandwiches. They apologized and were quick to give us the two sandwiches. Five out of six sandwiches had no flavour. And the mocha latte didn't taste good either. Customer service was good aside from the 2 sandwiches. And it's not their fault nothing tasted good. They should just stick to donuts and coffee, nothing else tastes good.

Would go alot fasterzat this time if people just delegated responsibilities properly. It's really disorganized and they have the cashier handling every type of order.

I usually never have a problem and I usually get my order when I did this day however was not the case I asked for Less ice I get a cup full from bottom to top of ice so instead of getting a large latte I get a small basically he was rude about it and wouldn't even let me use my free coupon

When we walked in to place a togo order, we were never acknowledged at any point by the three people working by the front, until a girl came out from the back area to take our order. She was friendly in her process, we sat at one of the chairs and waited quite awhile for the food and when the other person brought the food to the far edge of the counter yelled carry out and handed the bag to me like it was a problem. Then when we arrived to our destination, the order was incomplete. To note that there was no one else except for us and the employee’s.

Go to this location not Lorain / Sterns. Friendly line moves quickly. I get charged correctly. I'd go here before other locations.

This is consistently one of the better Dunkins in the area (and I've tried them all!) they move lines much more quickly, on average are much more accurate and make better drinks than other locations in the west side cleveland area. For those complaining, keep in mind it's still a fast food joint during a recession/pandemic recovery period...you can only expect so much. This place definitely does better than most, and the employees are nicer too.

My food was super cold and messy. They also gave me the bottom of the bread for my avocado toast so it was super tiny and I usually love dunkins avocado toast but it was soggy. I will probably never go to this Dunkin again and I miss my old Dunkin’ before I moved.

These guys do a fantastic job with dealing with the morning influx of people! The line is always backed onto Lorain when I go in the mornings and it moves quick, especially compared to other DD. Drinks are always made right and they're very accommodating for people like myself who have food allergies and sensitivities. Hats off to them!

This is the worst Dunkin. They ALWAYS forget an item or give me something totally different. Ordered 2 coffees and somehow we only get one? The napkins are all bunched up like they smushed them all together before putting them into the bag. It now just feels like they’re doing it out of spite. Stay away from this Dunkin.

Worst DD I have ever been to! Didn't place the order right even though we repeated it twice . The woman at the counter couldn't understand English and was even worse speaking it. It took along time to get the order and was still wrong . Had to tell them and try to convince them ( with receipt in hand )that it was wrong but still didn't want to hear it. That will be the last time I will go there !

This place still has its bathroom closed to its patrons. A couple years ago, during the pandemic, closing a bathroom was a questionable, but acceptable decision... nowadays, it is just plain lazy and bad customer service for a restaurant. Not to mention, I think it may actually be illegal to not provide ADA compliant restrooms at a restaurant.

They have the sign up for medium pumpkin cold brews for 3 dollars. I ordered one, they charged over 4 dollars, despite the sign still being up. I informed them the sign is still up and they would not adjust to reflect the advertised price so I said nevermind. They got nothing for it and wasting the drink they made. Honor your posted prices. Back to Starbucks for me now.

Went through the drive thru, the person taking the orders cuts you off before you can get the specifics out and when you repeat, they act liked they understand..when you get your order, it's not correct. I just drove off, next time I'll double check. Food was hot and my drink was fine.

Needed pink glazed for 2 of my kids but they were already out. I went pretty late in the day though.

if i could give zero stars i would!!! the manager chelsea is extremely rude and unprofessional if you want dunkin don’t go to this place she will probably give you attitude and be extremely rude because she’s stuck working at dunkin donuts. if you ever have to go to this store and you have to deal with chelsea the manager just know she will slander your name and treat you with the utmost disrespect. everyone do yourself a favor and boycott this location and their disgusting manager chelsea.
