Service not good at all. Food, the bread burnt. 2nd sandwich bread rock hard. Tried to replace it. Said out of the bread. Don't do refunds. Tried to replace sandwich threw 1together. Cold, flooded with condiments and toppings. Nothing that was ordered. Don't recommend this particular subway. Especially drive thru

I want to share my experience with this Subway, this evening. I went in this evening to purchase sandwiches. Before I placed my order, I asked the young lady behind the counter, will you accept coupons? She said yes. As I'm proceeding to place my order, there are flies in the bread box. I told the young man that there were flies in the bread box. His response to me was, what do you want me to do about it? I can't get them out. I said open the bread box and let them out. I then proceeds to get an attitude and opens the box. There were 2 other people in the store and they stood by and did nothing. I took pitty on him and proceeded to order my sandwiches. As I'm ordering the sandwiches, they were steak, the man operating the cash register says, corporate says you can't use coupons on steak sandwiches. I said, where does it say that? I don't see it in writing. He says, its not in writing, they just told us not to take coupons on steak sandwiches. I said thank you, I'll go somewhere else. I got to this subway all the time and have used coupons on steak sandwiches before. This was my favorite Subway. I'm not sure who is managing it now but I will not be back. Not anymore. With the files and lies, I will go somewhere else.

Coming in to pick up my subs I ordered through the app, restaurant is completely empty. I wheel in my scooter as I have done at countless restaurants in St. Louis but I get this guy telling me "You can't bring that in here." I'm so surprised I ask why and he says again, you can't bring a scooter in. Yes, let me leave my $1000 personal scooter outside because I can't bring it in for 5 seconds to grab my sub. Keep in mind this is a small scooter(27 lbs) and this isn't the best neighborhood(homeless guys literally outside). Yeah, won't be coming back or ordering again despite it being right next to my house. Clearly a Subway employee on a power trip. Won't be back, enjoy the countless dollars I WON'T be spending at this location due to one employee who fails to "read the room" as they say.

The amount of roast beef they put on a sandwich is miniscule. I took a bite of it and was actually concerned that I picked up someone's vegetarian sandwich. When I looked, I had a hard time finding any roast beef on it at all. Finally I found it. When I asked them about it, they insisted they made it correctly. They refused to allow me to return the sandwiches. When talking to the general manager the next day, she was extremely rude cutting me off from explaining why I felt the sandwich was made incorrectly only to just say there was nothing they could do. I guess with the labor shortage they'll just let anyone play manager. But really...what I bought was a lettuce sandwich. Look at the pictures. Can you find the roast beef. It's in there..keep looking.

Bad customer service I seen here..and the way the one lady talks to all the young adults there..OMG 😳 I would quit so fast..she must not know that you can't decriminate on no one from my understanding..and it was horrible just horrible .and the young people were very nice people I wanted to say something instead I won't be back to this location

I don’t know who is managing this place now but every time I walk in, it’s ALWAYS CLEAN!

I just had a great experience at Subway. Super kind workers, quick service and food tastes great.

Went in to s. Jefferson location today here in St louis the staff was so nice and inviting! I had a large order the young ladies hepled each other complete my order with class and professinalism very nice great experience all around very thoughtful young ladies very pleasent! Great experience! Service was top tier!!!

This was my first time in this location and the whole experience was great. Ordering online was easy and then everything was ready waiting behind the counter. I got a hotsub and cold sub and chicken salad. All were fantastic. Will be coming back for more to this location.

The staff was friendly and courteous my food was hot and fresh the atmosphere they provided made me feel very comfortable to eat on the inside but I was in a rush and I had to take it to go did I tell you how kind and friendly and fresh the food was.

Very rude young girls! Sloppy work.. had mayo all over my sandwich smh then the cookies were rock hard and when I asked for fresh ones she said they only got cookies from yesterday smh

The food is normally quick and good but I’ve connected the dots recently after getting…digestively ill…three times recently and discovered each time was hours after eating here. Not sure if its me or something else but I cannot eat at Subway anymore because of this.

I was at this location Saturday 4/8 at around noon. I got a footlong of course. The two young women making the subs were very Professional, Courteous, and Fast. They make an Excellent team! That’s why this is my favorite location.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE. I came in with multiple orders for my work. I had to call my work twice because people didn't have toppings on their order. The girls were EXTREMELY patient & VERY nice!! The place was very clean as well. The food was fresh & honestly the best Subway I've ever been to all the way around. THANK YOU 😊

The sandwich was amazing and fresh also the workers were very cooperative and nice.. but they do charge you extra for cheese and meat.

Must have had a new crew member, because both chicken bacon ranch sandwiches had the wrong type of meat on them and the first one had the wrong type of sauce as well. Since we took these to go, we didn't discover the errors till we were back on the interstate. Staff was pleasant and inside area was clean.

1st time to this location. Friendly and pretty fast for the lunch rush. Was clean for what I could see up front. Plenty parking. I wpuld go back here.

The location was easy to find. There were limited parking in front of the restaurant but you could park at the nearby supermarket. The restaurant was clean and organized. The vegetables were fresh. The staff were aloof and unenthusiastic. The price was reasonable.

The ladies weren't in the best spirit , but it was clean , and calm and veggies were fresh , enjoyed my sandwich

Ordered DoorDash twice. Order made incorrectly twice. Employee was rude on the phone and hung up on me when I called to ask for a refund of the item that was incorrectly made. Poor customer service

Okay, Subway is Subway right? Won't, great friendly staff. Plus a drive-thru and the only place left that has Baked Lays, Sour Cream & Onion! Fast and accurate.

I’m beyond impressed with my food My daughters and I travel from north county just for this location Whatever the team is doing they need to keep it up We eat subway 2-3 times a week and we have found our favorite location
