For better or worse another's experience may vary...we visited on an NFL Sunday. Tip: Chiefs games rule the land so be prepared to watch other games on the side or bar screens. Service was okay. There are other reviews with folks mentioning the wait staff standing around talking to each other or disappearing and we witnessed the same. Food came out quickly and was tasty enough. The single star comes from them over charging my credit card. I called and left a message with a hostess and never got a call back. Called back myself multiple times and don't get an answer. Regardless of the overcharged amount, it's my money and they made a mistake that requires accountability and resolve. Great place to watch a game but I wouldn't return if I was paying myself. Also there were a ton of flies. Edit: the manager contacted me after my initial review. Said he would contact corporate about fixing the restaurant's mistake. He said it would take a few weeks. It's been 6 weeks since. Nothing happened. I was not refunded the overcharged amount. If I could take my one star back I would. Luckily it was an insignificant amount but principalities reign in this case. They made a financial mistake on a customer's bill and did not rectify it.

Great place to grab some pregame food, hang out, and cool off. Food is pretty good. Service was ok. Beer and food pricing was decent/as expected. We had the nachos and the stack of bbq quesdadillas. Both were pretty good.

I can only describe this place as a sports bar themed food hall with a Vegas style sportsbook feel. Can't imagine a better place to eat, drink and watch a game.

A great place to catch some pregame action with the best fans in baseball! Bally sports is right at the center, it's a bummer there isn't more seating but our service was exceptional and so was the food. For being a total tourist spot, the pricing was super reasonable. Sizable menu with your common bar selections but don't sleep on the Korean Bowl, it was SO good!

We enjoyed this place. Service was not great. There were lots of options in there. It was fun. Drinks were kind of expensive. I would recommend this place.

Needed a place to host our team meal and also host a surprise birthday party for our 14 year old. This place was beyond accommodating, especially super star sisters, Queenie & Janecia. Both made our daughter’s impromptu birthday celebration memorable. We went back again on Sunday and plan on going back for our remaining President Day Volleyball Classics.

My experience at Ball Park Village was AMAZING! Our host, whose name is Hannah went ABOVE & BEYOND. She is an awesome asset to the company while making you feel as if you're at home. Thank you so much to Hannah and the entire Ball Park Village staff for making yesterday such a great experience!

Good place to come eat. Real burgers not frozen. Chicken pasta was amazing according to daughter and the turkey club is enough for 2 people ITS HUGE. Service was great and he was very attentive. It's a little loud but what do you expect from a sports bar with 21 different screens and games going on at the same time. But a great family place on a saturday......

They know how to take the reservation, just don’t know how to hold them - isn’t that the whole point of a reservation… I reserved a table for 4 on 2-2-24 at 6:30 & got a confirmation back. After much confusion regarding concert goers, restaurant attendees, ticket holders & being told doors don’t open till 6:30, we finally made our way in up to THE DESK. Now here we were met with a we don’t have a reservation for you. So I pulled out my phone & showed him the confirmation. He says oh we don’t use open table any more. To add to the conversation, a girl with a clipboard tells me all reservations go thru him - pointing to the man telling me he has no reservation for us. At which time I responded then why is that reservation option even available on line??? I say so are you telling me we have no table, no dinner, no anything? He says we are sold out of all tables - didn’t offer to do ANYTHING. So here we stand, hungry, & getting flustered by the don’t seem to care much attitude. Anyone who is indeed engaged with their position would try to right this wrong. But NO. NOTHING. We finally wandered over to the pizza snack bar & got a slice which was quite good. The show by Alexandra Kay & the AK Band was epic with the crowd totally engaged & singing along to all her songs. It’s a shame that our well planned evening didn’t go as planned from the point of arrival at the dreaded DESK. Beware of the DESK MAN - he is a no help, don’t care, can’t think outside the box to accommodate customers kinda guy. Poor customer service. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

First -Timer at Bally Sports and had exceptional service! The bartender was extremely professional, helpful and somehow managed a packed bar solo while making sure every customer was taken care of. His name was Daniel I believe (nickname-Potts) and he was spot on all night. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place for a drink and a burger.

KEVIN was AMAZING!! He took care of us like family and so appreciate him! He was a quick and rememberable bartender! If you’re going to Ballpark Village anytime soon go see KEVIN at the main central bar!!

We looked at this place from the outside and it looked kinda crazy so we decided absolutely not. We ended up going into the Budweiser brew house and accidentally made our way in here since it was attached. Very cool venue, I’m so happy we made our way in. We had a blast.

Went here yesterday to get out of the rain and eat close to ballpark. It was good food but a bit pricey. Even took the kids and they ate all their food. They do validate parking so bring your ticket!! Helps on food cost with no parking cost.

Very awesome experience and great location right by Busch Stadium! Great live music and lots of food and drinks to choose from. Cool vibe inside, and they even have bull riding! I highly recommend a visit here!

Oh my God!! The food was terrible!! I had the steak egg rolls and they came out burnt and super crispy. We had other people in our party who ordered fries and the fries were cold. My lady ordered nachos which we could tell had been in the back just sitting because when they came out the cheese was cold on top and warm and runny underneath!! The staff is really nice and unfortunately I was really looking forward to my egg rolls but had to send them back and settle for a new order of fries. Which came back hot the second time. Very disappointed!!!

One of our orders was forgotten about. Forgot sauce for wings, wings came out with wrong seasoning, chips not brought out, mahi tacos are way over salted, food runner spilled onion rings by our table that were never picked up. Checks were done way to complicated. Why does Budweiser cost more than a Michelob at a STL sport bar? And the Lions lost.
