    The service at this location is horrible. When I say never I mean never again. Tonight I stood in line waiting for the staff to clean like they were shutting down at 7. They were out of chips for the nachos, couldn’t order a quesadilla because they had turned off the griddle. They were out of lettuce, onions, chips and forks. The food was not hot and the rice and beans were hard. This place needs new leadership asap

    I work VERY close to this location and only get a short period of time for lunch- the staff is rude, SLOW, and not at all what it should be! The online orders take forever and when you see nothing but red times on their order system behind the counter it’s a sad sad day! My own experience is that the people behind the counter do not take any pride in their job- the counter is a mess- no hair nets for long hair- nearly silent staff.

    Went during lunch hour. Good place to grab lunch. Customer service was excellent and the food was really good also. Had the kids quesadilla meal. Good portions and they modified to my taste. Will definitely go back to this location.

    Questions about cleanliness. Rice was full of hard bits of rice, either not cooked or old rice that's hardened mixed in with the cooked rice. And several places through the burrito I got mouthfuls of the spicy queso, even though I ordered the mild. If basic things like this happens it makes me question overall cleanliness.

    Stopped ordering in person because the staff are rude or irresponsible. Order a takeout from the mobile app. They messed up my order by placing the wrong bowl in my bag. Can't even have a proper response or responsibility from any of them. Only going here as it is closer to my place.

    This location is RIDICULOUS. The managers are VERY RUDE towards employees as well as staff very poor attitudes as well as hospitality towards guest the light skinned manager with black hair is very unprofessional with staff and guest and is very disrespectful when in contact with guest.. the manager by the name of Kat is just the same. This location should be closed the food is terrible here as well as staff. I recommend to not eat at this location and go over to the one on south grand the staff there is great and very professional

    Qdoba is always quick. This location has a solid staff and they always serve good food. Featured below is a burrito bowl with Light Rice, Black Beans, half chicken and half steak. I have them sprinkle light cheese on. Probably around 700 calories.

    Picking up an Uber Eats order from QDOBA at the 4049 Lindell location and asked to use the restroom (which requires a pin) and was told I can only use it if I purchased something!! I've picked up here before and used the restroom, so I'm not sure whats up

    The staff and management are RUDE!! I traveled to this area for family funeral and stopped in to get my family and I a bite to eat. My first and only experience. Disgusting!! Food was nasty!! And pricing, you might as well go to a buffet. NEVER AGAIN!!

    This location continues to her worse and worse. Came to get dinner today (5/19/23 at 4:30PM) and was told they’re taking online orders only…. RIDICULOUS! And there were workers standing around doing nothing talking on the phone. I hope this location either gets it together or close down! I will never come to this location again and advise my SLU co-workers and students alike to do the same.

    Worst Qdoba experience to date. Staff VERY was rude and more concerned with flirting with other staff and looking out the window than taking my order. Counter was a disaster and the health department should make a visit. food was mixed and looked contaminated, cold and old. A lot of the items were missing/empty. One of my orders was thrown away because it could not be completed and I had to start my order over. In the end we got home and threw it away because it was disgusting. In hindsight I should've just walked out. I stopped going to the S. Grand location for the same staff and food problems. I will not EVER be returning to any Qdoba location after this.

    I only gave one star so this could be posted. I’m walking away from the establishment right now as we speak. It is to be open at 10:30. After tugging on doors, a catering driver comes to the door and says that they are ten mins behind from opening because “they have hundreds of dollars in catering orders to do” So us who work and are on a time crunch don’t matter?!? Yea first and last time at this place. My money apparently isn’t good enough

    Would like to give them 5 stars but the past few times I've been there, the service has been poor. The food is still good though so they make up for it! I pretty much stick to ordering online to make it faster and this last time I showed up when my food was promised by and they just kept making people who were walking in before me even when I got there first. So pretty much wasted more time by ordering online.

    In the last 3 times I've gone here I have been refused service now for 3 different reasons. "I'm only person working and not accepting orders", "we only accept online orders (despite customers ahead of me ordering in person)" and "we ran out of almost every ingredient (3 hours before close". Not sure what's wrong with this location but it's a waste of time trying to even get food here...save your time and go elsewhere.

    THEY ARE SELLING TRASH This place is lousy. Somehow my burrito got mixed up with the lady's burrito in front of me. Her burrito is not good. Also my chips were super stale. I wasted my money on trash today because this food went straight into the trash after 1 bite. I went to 2 different locations today for decent qdoba and both locations was trash. UPDATE: I just called up there to see what can be done about me not getting MY food that I paid them for yesterday evening and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I got robbed. I was supposed to waste my gas and return that lady's nasty burrito to the store in order for them to make me the burrito that I paid for, which they claim is "at their expense". When your employees make a mistake it should be at your expense and not mine. Yall got me for my time, gas, and my $15 but I will never be back and i hope I'm the last person to buy TRASH from yall.

    Wanted to go in and get food after gym. For some reason they’re always only doing online orders. It’s discouraging if you’re older and don’t know how to do it. I watched them turn 5 people away because they didn’t want the hassle of ordering online. Very disappointed Edit: As I was eating the food I found hair in it. I wanna say it’s mine but I have braids and black hair. This is blonde/brunette. Im disgusted 🤮

    I am not used to being told what I can't have on an order and I'm paying for it so I just left.Too slow to boot. Update: I came back and got what I needed. The bowl was amazing, chicken and steak.

    The food is made just fine. The manager prefers to be condescending rather than constructive to her employees. The girl who I assumed was a teenager took my order for a chicken queso bowl then asked if I wanted white rice or brown rice. The manager rather than saying "it just gets white rice" and leaving it there decided to be very extra and point and the menu item "read it stoopid hur hur". Was was too busy asserting dominance over her knowledge of Qdoba menu items she forgot she heard me request extra meat. If management is going to do this to their staff and get away with it because it's typically high schoolers with little confidence it's telling for the rest of the operation

    I never leave reviews, and the food was great.. but this was 100% the worst dining experience I've ever had. She was on the phone the whole time making my burrito, and then kicks me out 10 min into eating because the "dining room is closed" so I ate outside. Next to this guy passed out at the front door. (Also the drink machine had been down for multiple months)

    This place continues to disappoint me no matter how long I chose to return to this location in hopes that the service has gotten better. No it has not gotten better after 5 months at this location. I was on lunch and only had a short amount of time but the line had four people ahead of me and two were being helped. That didn't matter I was in line for over 30 minutes. The employees up front were rude and unhelpful. I got a protein bowl didn't get the second scoop of chicken but was charged for grilled onions as extra meat. I'M SO OVER THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    Burnt chicken over cooked chips. The new staff were unwelcoming and worst than the last crew… food not satisfying like it usually is… and I’m not usually charged for extra scoop of cheese for nachos it’s really tedious given they only gave me three scoops that barley goes halfway on the bowl…
